When I highlight my bank transactions and paste them on word, they do not retain the table format, why? answer in laymens terms please. I'm new to FF.

I Have Windows XP and I use Microsoft Word to make a copy of my bank transactions. With IE the copy/paste always retains the table format. With FF it prints out as a continuing line.
I had to open up IE to perform the action there.

Which file extension do those files get when you save them?
If they do not have a valid file extension for an image like .jpg or .png then try to rename the files and give them a .jpg file extension to see if that helps. 
If Windows is hiding the file extension then use quotes ("image.jpg") around the name. 
You can verify the file type via the right-click context menu > Properties.

Cannot copy pics from one event and paste them in another...not sure why?

What if a user wants the same photo in two separate events?

Since every tutorial I viewed on the 24-120 lens suggested fixing the distortion issues in P'shop, how do I make the choice without those specific products being on the list? I have been having several issues with Firefox since I installed it two weeks ago.
First, there is about a 5-second stall when I right-click to copy and past something. I work off of this computer so speed is paramount. I do not have this issue with Explorer, Chrome, or and offline programs.
Second, when I send emails from my Gmail account, I will send links or imbed pics in the email. When that happens, the first link or pic will show up, and the rest are broken links or code. This does not happen on other computers or web browsers.
Lastly, I have the flash player crashing quite often (multiple times a day).
What steps should I take to remedy these issues? I really like this browser and the add-ons, though speed is what runs my business so I may have to switch to Chrome if I cannot fix these problems. To use images from the media browser, you must generate previews of the images first. It sounds like the "automatically generate previews for every new project" is turned off under Aperture >Preferences>Previews. To generate a preview for a photo to use in the media browser, right click it and select "update preview". The quality of the preview photo is determined by the settings in the Previews tab found under the Aperture>Preferences menu.

Are you copying the cropped images directly from Aperture's Browser window and then pasting into your family tree?
It would be safer to export the cropped faces as new image files to a folder on your disk, and then drag them from there to the "Family Tree" window.
To export select the cropped image versions in Aperture's browser and use the command "File > Export > Version". Select a suitable export preset from the pop-up menu, for example "Jpeg fit into ..." and select a folder to export to.

In iPHOTO it won't let me "choose any of the original pictures to include in an email or even copy and paste them else where? Why ?

In iPHOTO I can highlight a photo to include in an email, but after I select the a photo, the "choose" box will not darken to let me choose that photo or any of my original photos to put them in an email or even to copy and paste them else where.
The only changes I have done is the original photos were taken with a different digital camera from the one I use currently. The newer digital cameras photos can be selected and emailed just fine. What is not being recognized by the iPHOTO programing as to not let me select (choose) to older photos taken by the older original digital camera?

Thanks for the response to my query on emailing photos from iPHOTO. To answer your questions:
1. When I first connected my new digital camera to my iMAC and installed it's program from it disk, all went well and that program with Icons are currently on my desk top. When I down loaded pictures from this new camera into iPHOTO, I was asked if all pictures from this camera were to be down loaded into iPHOTO only, I answered yes.
2. I did nothing to the photos in iPHOTO, they are my original pictures setup in various groups and are not thumbnail copies of the originals.
3. And yes, I have tried to attach photos from iPHOTO directly into an email message in both Apple's MAIL program and even through my AOL service provider account to no avail. I get the same issues of not being able to choose older pictures for insertion in an email message, only newer pictures taken with the new camera.
4. I have even gone back into my external back files and restored older versions of iPHOTO and the same thing happens.
5. I have even thought of uninstalling the unused new camera's desk top files, but since there is nothing in these files and both my new and older cameras are Canon models, I can see no issues for removing the new camera files?
I hope this extra detail is lear to you and again tell for your assistants.

Yes, that is correct. The alternative is to quit all applications prior to logging out. Lion will then have a chance to remove the saved states.

Installed 4 today, cannot copy and paste to MS Word

I get an error message when I try to copy from another site and paste to ms word, then it closes word, I tried it several times with the same result. I never had this problem before installing 4 today.

I sell items on ebay. When I copy and paste a web address it does not become an underlined CLICK ABLE LINK.
It does in automatically in Internet Explorer. I prefer using Firefox.

Just above the textarea that you use to enter the message text on the "Compose New Mail page" there is usually a button bar with buttons to add text formatting like Bold and Italic. 
That toolbar may also have a button to turn a text link into a clickable hyperlink (look for a chain like button). 
You can select the text and click that button to turn the link into a clickable hyperlink. 
If you can't find the button then hover them all to check the tooltip of each (e.g. Insert hyperlink).

I tried to sync music from iTunes to my iPhone and when I click on "on this phone" the songs are there, but they are greyed out and have a circle in front of them. I can not click on those songs and when I eject the phone they are not on the phone.

I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.
