When i open facebook firefox got freezed for a while.does facebook planting something on my PC or its problem with my firefox?
it is been a long time i have seen this on my firefox that when ever i open facebook it takes 10-20 or even more seconds to load and during that time it freezes down so if i try to do anything on FF it will say "not responding".i doubt that its problem with facebook only because i have been using FF for a long time and never experienced anything like this before.
1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar
2. Hold the Apps in Task Bar down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close Apps
4. Tap center of screen to return to Home Screen
5. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

You will also notice that your shift key will be emulated. Meaning that keys you will try to press will press but they will act like you are pressing the shift key when you are doing them.
Try this, minimize the firefox window by pressing the tab on your taskbar. After doing that maximize it again. You will magically be able to click any link on your page. When you navigate to a new page however, the entire situation will start all over. My only remedy is rebooting and hoping it doesn't happen again soon. -
I'm having trouble updating my iphone 4 since i updated to 4.3.3 i can't update it anymore. initially itunes would let me go so far as downloadin the new software then an error poped up as soon as the download finished, and now when i connect it to my itunes, itunes freezes for about 5 minutes then says something like "could not load sync service, reconnect or try again later" any ideas on what i shud do?

I have an iPad 3 model A1416 16GB. It is about 1 1/2 years old. When I opened it today the screen for my password came up and then before I could enter it the screen went blank. When I open iTunes on my Macbook Pro, I am now getting a small window that says "Checking iTunes Library" with a pinwheel. This goes on for 5-10 minutes before I am able to access iTunes. Help! How do I fix this?
I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

You best bet at getting the most uncorrupted data out of that disk, is to stop using it until you get a new disk that is at least twice as big as that one. The reason is that when you get a new disk, you want to try to do a full disk image in one go and get as much data out as possible before more data corruption occurs or the disk stops working at all.
The twice as large requirement is because you can then take your time to extract the files you want from the image and have enough free space to store them. After that make a backup strategy if you don't have one yet.

Has far as I know, both Current_Pending_Sector and Offline_Uncorrectable attributes start out at zero and 1) increase when there is a problem with a sector, 2) decrease when the problem is solved either by overwriting the affected sectors or when the sectors get reallocated thus decreasing the count, which should return to zero when there are no more sectors with problems. This implies that the count should never exceed the total number of user addressable sectors. Like I said, I have never seen any disk where those attributes didn't make sense, if those attributes weren't defined they wouldn't be reported I suppose. -
N8 - Recording video freeze for a while

My MacBook Pro gets really hot when I open a video file of any kind and the video starts lagging and the image fades away, also with anything that starts the fan. Is extremely hot on the left upper corner. Is there something I can do about it?

I created in iMovie, and extracted audio from one of the clips to use in the title sequence. All is well, export to iDVD and it plays OK, but when I burn the DVD the audio for the titles does not play. Any suggestions?

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

I've installed DW CS3, and of course it has none of the customizations or plug-ins that I had in DW8. I drilled down in the Finder to both DW8 and DW CS3's Configuration folders. I copied the Snippets folder in the CS3 file and they show fine in CS3.
