First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't help Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

Help!Other than changing the SIM card, you don't mention any troubleshooting you did with your phone.
If you haven't already, try the following steps as needed:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Setting.
Reset phone - press both home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears.
Restore phone in iTunes using a backup
Restore in iTunes as a new iPhone
IF the last step doesn't fix it, there is a hardware problem and you should make an appt. with an Apple Store Genius Bar. The fact that you haven't dropped the phone by no means rules out hardware issues. -
Hi, I’ve recently bought an iPad2 and can’t get connected with AppStore or iTunes, when I tap on these icons a grey page pops up saying is loading but never opens the page, no failure message is displayed, it just keep saying is loading.
Apparently it is not an issue with wifi since Safari, You Tube and Maps work well, I’ve tried some of the tips, e.g. log off/on my Id, change password but no one worked.

When I tap the mail icon on my iPhone 4s, the menu of email servers pops up. I already have a me acct that I check all the time, no problem. So I choose iCloud, sign in and it tells me that I already have an acct….so why can't I get to my emails then? I've turned the phone off and on twice....that has fixed it in the past but not this time....

I am a new Ipad2 user and have a problem that I'm not sure what to do. When I try to open my homepage I created or the Safari icon, it opens fine, but they don't work. The page is shaded, does not scroll and is locked up. I can tap google and a keyboard come up and I can search but the results are shaded and are frozen(does not scroll). Does anybody know whats going on? I appreciate your help.
ThanksTry clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Camera no longer working in iOS 5 on my iPod touch 4G. I have a black screen when I tap the camera icon. I still have all my photos, but no camara. Any suggestions before I head to the Apple Genius Bar??
Im having the same problem. I just got the itouch 4g this past sunday and everything was working great. Yesterday and today the camera went black out of nowhere and its black right now. After i turned it on and off it went back on but its doing it again. So i assume its just an iOS 5 bug thats doing this. But is there any talk about fixing this?

How do I set up my 4S phone to chime when a new email arrives? Right now, the chime only sounds after I tap the mail icon. I need an alert to check my mail. Comcast mail. Settings for mail set at "fetch new data". Thank you
Try if this works for you
1. Tap Settings on Home Screen
2. Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Tap on Fetch New Data
4. Turn "Push" to On
5. Back to Mail, Contacts, Calendars again
6. Under "Advanced", make sure that it is set to "Push" for all your mail accounts
Push means the server will literally push the mails to your iPhone whenever there is new mail. Fetch like the word says is where you have to manually update to receive new mail (what you are doing now) -
When I try to Home-Share It works most of the time. It will always show up, but sometimes I tap on the icon of my library then it wont load, I restart my computer, IOS Divice and my router It still wont load my library. I even went and tried to reinstall Itunes and everything nothing works.

When I try to do the updates my computer says it has ready it goes through like it is downloading them then at the end it says some of the files could not be saved to "/" files.

iPad- on all Yahoo pages the mail icon with the red number indication shows email. When I tap, it asks me to sign in again. I do. It takes me to yahoo mail but there is nothing. All the folders are emptied. All my mail is either read, trash, or deleted. Also, when I tap on the mail app on iPad home page, gmail is no problem but for yahoo I get error: no password for yahoo. Go to Mail Account Settings and enter password. I'm stuck. Suggestions? Thank you.

Go to your Gmail account in the browser.
Hit the folder icon that brings up the folder selection.
Scroll down to the bottom and select desktop version.
The broswer will refresh and bring up your gmail account as though you were looking on it on the computer.
The go to the upper right corner and select settings.
Then go to forwarding and pop/imap
Go look at pop download
There you'll find 3 numbered lines
Go to 1. Status
And select enable pop for all mail
Then save the settings
Once you have done that you can go back to BlackBerry device settings and sync your mail or wait for it to sync it's self.

I have iPad 4th Generation with iOS 6.1.3 Since my iBooks was updated to version 3.1.1 I cannot open pdf file attachment in my email. When I tap of the attachment, the iBooks icon no longer show itself. Can someone please help?

Reset the device did not help me but it does triggers me to attempt to resend the PDF file attachment on email--and it works the 2nd time. My problem is now solved.
The Adobe Reader is very helpful--it allows me to scroll through the document easily, unlike iBooks, where I cannot scroll straight up or down. -
When I tap on an ap, instead of opening up it immediately reverts back to the icon page.
I have an iPhone 5 that is a little over a year old. When I tap on an ap, instead of opening up, it goes back to the icon page. It has just all of a sudden starting doing this. Anyone know what could be going on? I've tried turning the phone off and then back on. I've tried swiping vs tapping.
Try resetting the device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the reset is complete, try again.
Your device isn't jailbroken, is it?

A problem has just started with my IPAD Air after 3 months of use.
If I try to open Safari by tapping on the icon the screen briefly flashes white but does not display the page.
Similarly if I try to open Settings page, Mail page, Calendar or Clock the screen just briefly flashes but the Apps do not run.
Some of the Apps do work on tapping the icon e.g. Maps, iBooks, Appstore, iTunes, Newstand etc.
I do have some website links which display when the icon is tapped e.g. John Lewis but some links do not work.
I have ensured that the ipad is fully charged, powered it off an on again, and cleaned the screen with a lint free cloth but the
same problem keeps occurring.I saume you used a second display at one time, otherwise the Display settings wouldn't be treating your primary display as a secondary.
IF you open your System Preferences>Displays (-System Preferences) and click "Gather Windows" it should pull everything to the display on which you clicked it. -
When I capture material from tape with final cut express 4, it used to create one icon for the whole clip. Now, when i capture, it breakes the material down into many browser icons, shot by shot. I dont want that. How to I return to what I ahd before/
What you describe is normal behavior for HDV capture using FCE.
DV captures as one clip or may split the clip if there are timecode breaks on the tape.
HDV always breaks clips at the shot changes using FCE.
HDV cameras can downconvert to DV even if HDV was used to record the footage so it's important to know what the camera outputs during FCE capture.
Maybe this is why you have had mixed results with the differing capture windows?

I installed half a dozen apps, all of which worked fine for a time. Now, however, when I tap the icon for one of these apps the screen darkens momentarily and then appears exactly as it was a second before. The app does not open.
If it's just the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store that aren't working whilst the Apple built-in ones are ok, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
