When i try to stream live on my FF, it says that no playable source found...infact i have installed adobe flashplayer??

It could be that the page is using an HTML5 video player, but isn't using one of the formats that Firefox can decode. Have you checked out the site in the desktop version of Firefox? When you right-click the media, if you don't get the Flash context menu, or another plugin menu, then it likely is the HTML5 player.
