When  trying to upgrade to IOS 6 I recieve a error message  "an error occurred while backing up this Iphone (-5000) I have deleted and reinstalled I tunes and that did not help.

When trying to update to IOS6  i receive a error message that reads "an error occurred while bakcing up this iPhone (-5000).  I have deleted and reinstalled Itunes on my PC. I have Windows XP.  My current IOS is 4.3.1
