Where are the client stubs generated

I am using weblogic 8, so i understand that the client stub is generated by the container when the my ejbs are deployed.
But where is this jar file created.
Is there a tool which i can use to generate the .jar file once my ejb is delployed.

(Found something on this for weblogic 6 ..maybe this holds true for weblogic 8) ..still cant figure out exactly where it creates the stub.. might have to try it out and search BEA_HOME
WebLogic Server supports the use of ejb-client.jar files.
The ejb-client.jar contains the home and remote interfaces, the primary key class (as applicable), and the files they reference. WebLogic Server does not add files referenced in your classpath to ejb-client.jar. This enables WebLogic Server to add necessary custom classes to the ejb-client.jar without adding generic classes such as java.lang.String.
For example, the ShoppingCart remote interface might have a method that returns an Item class. Because this remote interface references this class, and it is located in the ejb-jar file, it will be included in the client jar.
You configure the creation of an ejb-client.jar file in the bean's ejb-jar.xml deployment descriptor file.When you compile the bean with ejbc, WebLogic Server creates the ejb-client.jar.
To specify an ejb-client.jar:
1. Compile the bean's Java classes into a directory, using the javac compiler from the command line.
2. Add the EJB XML deployment descriptor files to the compiled unit using the guidelines in WebLogic Server EJB Deployment Files.
3. Edit the ejb-client-jar deployment descriptor in the bean's ejb-jar.xml file, as follows, to specify support for ejb-client.jar:
<ejb-client-jar>ShoppingCartClient.jar</ejb-client-jar>
4. Generate the container classes that are used to access the bean using weblogic.ejbc and create the ejb-client.jar using the following command:
$ java weblogic.ejbc <ShoppingCart.jar>
Container classes include both the internal representation of the EJB that WebLogic Server uses, as well as implementation of the external interfaces (home, local, and/or remote) that clients use.
External clients can include the ejb-client.jar in their classpath. Web applications would include the ejb-client.jar in their /lib directory.
Note: WebLogic Server classloading behavior varies, depending on whether or not the client is stand-alone. Stand-alone clients with access to the ejb-client.jar can load the necessary classes over the network. However, for security reasons, programmatic clients running in a server instance cannot load classes over the network.

there are several ways to generate the stubs from a wsdl.
if you're using jax-ws, there is a netbeans tutorial creating web services. you found this on http://www.netbeans.org/kb/trails/web.html.

Thank you Curt Y. You're right. They're there. The tutorials are so smart. Don't know why they didn't download. With video tutorials "Live time" experts fumble themselves giving a perfect means for the user to absorb the "logic" of how the PhotoShop function thinks. There's no other way. Only a robot can, wants to, is motivated by boring line by line written description. I rather eat gravel than try and follow "line by line." line-by-line = ZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Where are the reports generated by Setup Manager ????

The funny thing about Setup manager is that it seems there is nothing to view the reports generated ....
after defining a project including an extraction then a report on this extract then execute it .... evrything end without errors but where are the reports ????
i've checked my project : no buttons or link to see the reports ...
i've checked the log of the execution : no report. the only things is the really nice and useful message 'file transfer done ...'
i've even checked EBS but no report
I've checked also the jobs in OEM: nothing
how can i get the reports generated and view their content ????

Click on View Executions link of project you executed (Here you can see all the executions related to that project. (Setup Manager -> Project -> View Executions)) -> Now Click on the execution name(Here you can see all the tasks of that project) -> Here Download link will be available if the task gets completed successfully

Where are the pictures found in the Adobe Photoshop 10 organizer?

Nov. 29, I had my computer repaired from a trojan, & I figured out that everything i've done since Sept. 13th was gone because when the computer guy was fixing it, he tried to put in the new MicroSD card reader, but he had to put an old one back in (from Sept.) as the new one had wrong connections.
Then, when he started the PC he only had the C drive (& my documents and pictures are on the A drive). He turned it off and realized he accidentally disconnected one of the mirror hard drives for Drive A. He had to turn it off and open it again and reconnect the cable that was disconnected.
During that moment perhaps a line in the drive had become corrupted. So, I restored through Carbonite, hoping I'd get back almost everything (or at least whatever was done being backed up). However, I lost quite a few pictures.
Tuesday, however, I noticed that the pictures I lost were imported into the organizer for Adobe Photoshop 10, which is on the C drive, so I'm hoping the pictures are still there, even if they are thumbnails (I assume they would be)! But where are the pictures found in the Adobe Photoshop 10 organizer? I assume in a folder somewhere? Am I able to copy them? (A low quality image, is better than no image!)

The thumbnail cache is separate and lives in the system files.
You could try a new catalog - it doesn’t involve any duplication.
Click: File >> Catalog
Click the New button
Give your catalog a name e.g. My Catalog2 (or whatever you prefer)
Check the box Import Free Music - that will bring in the Adobe MP3 tracks used in slideshows
Then click OK
When the new blank catalog opens click: File >> Get Photos and Videos >> From Files & Folders
Navigate to your root folder (normally Pictures or My Pictures or wherever you put your photos) then press Ctrl+A to select all sub folders or make sure the checkbox is marked.
Click Open or Get Media
Wait for Elements to complete the import, accept all keyword suggestions (select all) and then wait for thumbnails to finish generating.
N.B. You may not get all the metadata (keywords etc) but in view of the problems you have had it may be your best hope.

Authoring Tool - Where are the updated MPs for the Library After Applying Update Roll Ups

Fairly recently, I took a client to SCSM 2012 R2 UR3. Today I dropped by to do some work for them on custom MPs, and when I attempted to open them with the SCSM 2012 R2 Authoring tool, I could not, because the 7.5.3079.148 MPs (UR3 version) are not in the
library. I have searched high and low to locate these MP files to drop them into the library, but I am coming up empty handed. Where are the .MP files? I am aware that we can just directly alter the referenced MP version number in the MP itself, but I want
to know where do we actually find these correctly versioned files for the authoring tool.

I have heard back a few times from MS, but with nothing substantially helpful other than they created a bug for it. Today they called again and said this is listed with a low priority, because not enough people are complaining about it, which has a several-months

Where are the e-mail settings?

Hi, I have an E72, I have set up a POP3 e-mail server and I can receive e-mails with no problem, but I cannot send any! Now, I know how to solve the problem, I simply have to change the outgoing port number to the new one given by my e-mail provider, but I CANNOT FIND WHERE ARE THE OUTGOING SERVER SETTINGS!
The E-mail -> Settings -> Mailbox name -> Mailbox settings tab only has one server setting in it, and it says "Server name". There are no separate settings for Incoming and Outgoing servers! Where can I change them? In the Advanced mailbox settings there is only one setting - for the port number, but again not a thing about which are my ingoing and outgoing servers.

I have the last version (3.21 I think) and I know where the in/out settings should be located, but here is no such thing under the "Advanced Mailbox Settings"! The only settings I have are the port number and the secure connection on/off. I have this problem since I bought the E72. Previously, I had E71 and it had the in/out settings there!
BTW the provider I use is listed automatically for my country, just below Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo (I don't have to click "Other")
So I have some questions:
2) Delete and remake the mailbox. Don't use Nokia Messaging (their push service) by Declining the terms of service. Maybe that provides more control?
If I decline them, what client will I be using then?
3) Can you remove the email client? I hesitate suggesting that because some people have reported being unable to reinstall...but you can try if you feel daring.
If I remove it, how can I reinstall it later?
4) Do you recall when the problem started? If it happened after a firmware update, a hard reset ( *#7370# , default password 12345) will sometimes fix weird issues that occur after installing new firmware. Be sure to make a backup first.
The Problem started when my e-mail provider decided to change the numbers of their ports several months ago...

Where are the diagnostic reports, or why aren't there any?

I understand that under mavericks, diagnostic reports are supposed to be found either in
/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ (System Diagnostic Reports),
or in
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports (User Diagnostic Reports).
Unfortunately, even after a number of crashes, they aren't. While in my case, the system DiagnosticReports folder exists, but contains nothing but powerstats, in the user library, not even the folder is there.
So, either they are elsewhere, or they aren't being generated. In the first case, my question would be: Where are the diagnostic reports? In the latter, it would be: Why aren't there any (despite the system crashes)?

These are logs to help if a program crashes, or has other issues.
If there are no issues, no logs are produced.

Had been using HP LaserJet 5p printer with HP LaserJet 5p printer driver, but had printer disconnect for a few months due to not have black toner. Now I want to use the printer and my control panel does not show HP Laser 5p printer for my tablet but shows it for my laptop. I can not find the driver on the HP support list and the support list does not recognize HP LaserJet 5p.

You cannot use iCloud Storage to suppliment your iPad. They are mainly used to backup iPad.
Free up space on iPad
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad.

Alright it's probably a stupid question but I just bought a new mac that came with leopard.I used boot camp to partition and install windows vista on my new mac. Everything worked fine until I had to install the drivers.I don't know where the drivers are. They supposed to be in the leopard dvd that i don't have. Where are the drivers?

the Mac OSX install disc that you used to install Leopard on your Mac is a 'hybrid'-disc, which contains an OSX part (only visible while in OSX) and a Windows part (only visible while in Windows).
The BootCamp 2.0 drivers are on the Windows part of that disc.
While in Windows insert that disc and usually the driver installation starts automatically.
If not, use the Windows Explorer to navigate to the disc and start the 'setup.exe' file manually.

Where are the older BIOS versions gone?

A few weeks back, I've upgraded the BIOS on my Pavilion G6 1001sq to the latest version (F66). I noticed that the laptop is running considearbly hotter since then and I want to revert to an older BIOS version. When I go to the updates page on the HP website and click on "older versions available" I can only see the F66 version on the page I'm directed to ( http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/previousVersions?softwareitem=ob-115746-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&os=4... ), although a long list with many versions was available till recently. Where are the older versions gone?

Unfortunately, I do not know where they have gone. HP is working on issues with the suport and driver servers at the moment.
Since your notebook does have the UEFI Diagnostics installed, you should be able to rollback to the previous version that was installed. Use the firmware management option to do that.

Where are the print drivers found?

I have a Brother HL 2040 laser printer. THe Brother website has a version 2.2 driver for this printer. I downloaded and installed. When I add the printer I keep getting version 1.4 driver.
Can someone tell me where are the drivers found on my iMac?
Also I am trying to get this to print via a Linksys wireless print server. Do I use the ip address for the print server or the printer when adding this.
I tried using the print server IP but I get a "printer paused" issue. I think I need the new print driver.

I have not gotten the driver to update to the newest version. I deleted the Brother Folders as mentioned in the replies, no joy. No matter what I do it ends up 1.4 not 2.0.
Version 1.4 worked OK for a USB connection, so I went forward with trying to get the network connection going. By trying every combination available I got it to work.
What HP jetdesk-socket has to do with my printer...escapes me. But that combination with version 1.4 driver works.
I will leave well enough alone.
I have 2 other computer to update to SL.....maybe.

Yes, the driver file at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1398 allowed me to finally install my printer, but does Apple have _any idea_ how long it takes to download a 1.08GB file over a 1.5mbps DSL connection?
Never mind how much of my pricey new SSD is being consumed by the resulting 1.80GB of driver files all for _one_ printer driver that should maybe occupy 200K?
Or that the primary article on OS X printer drivers (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3669) -- which does indicate that the Artisan 830 is supported -- does not mention or link to the driver file that's needed to make it work?
Or what a complete violation of Apple's "it just works" gestalt it is to be confronted with the above Catch-22 and to have to search the web and then go through all of the above to make a new laptop talk to a two-year-old printer?
Yes, my printer now works, and yes, Apple's Support Communities were instrumental in getting to this point. But spending all morning (plus download time) getting a printer driver installed tastes way too much like I paid for Apple and got Microsquish.
