I own a PowerBook G4 and I have used Photoshop for a while on my Windows laptop but I am not using that anymore(slow,very slow). So I want to buy Photoshop for my PowerPC but I have no idea where to buy it or what it will cost.

Amazon. You do have buyer protection and their customer service is great. I wanted Acrobat 9 for my Mac and it install without any license issues and I was able to upgrade. It was a clean license.
Some people sell their old Adobe software because they upgraded (they are not supposed to) and therefore the buyer cannot upgrade.
Anyway CS4 or CS3 would be best. They are PPC/Intel so if you discard your PPC, you can at least install it on an Intel Mac.

Versions of Photoshop have different installation trees and user preferences. You do not merge Photoshop versions. Each version is independent. When you install newer versions of Photoshop the are options to migrate your presets and Preferences. You can start and use any version installed on your machine. For the most part newer version of Photoshop are backwards compatible with older versions of Photoshop. However some changes Adobe make to Photoshop change user interfaces and and the way Photoshop performs some functions these changes break some user actions, scripts and user work-flows. In fact all the version you listed CS4, CS5 and CS6 have comparability issues. In that respect Photoshop CC is not any better it has compatibility issues.
Newer versions of Photoshop have new functions and updated old function. Older versions can not handle everything save by newer versions of Photoshop. If you save PSD and PSB files with the maximum compatibility option checked. Older version should be able to open you layer document with layers that look like what was saved though some layer may be altered and may even be a different layer kind then was saved. If you need to support older versions of Photoshop always use the maximum compatibility option.

I reinstalled CS6 on top of itself the install gave me three options install with a serial number, Start my subscription and install as a trial. I tried the start my subscription option. But the install did not find a CS6 subscription for my userid. I did not want to install with my CS6 serial number so I choose Trial the second attempt. The Install installed CS6 Extended but not as a trial rather it was activated for Photoshop CS6 menu help showed Deactivate not activate. Using CS6 menu Help>Update started Adobe Application Manager and it it found update 13.1.2 was available. So I left CS6 extended activated clicked update and closed CS6. The Application Manager updated CS6 to 13.1.2 without any problem. However when I tried to start Adobe Bridge CS6 I received several pop up errors stating msvcp110.dll was missing, try reinstalling the application. The same pop up error also happen when I started Adobe Bridge CC msvcp110.dll is missing try reinstalling the application. Searching this forum I found that this is a common problem with Adobe installs. That I should run Adobe vcredist_x64.exe that would fix the problem. So I searched for it and ran it and it did fix the Adobe install problems for now Bridge CS6 and CC now starts without any problem.
CS6 is now CS6 extendes at version 13.1.2... Thank you.

I just installed the Creative Cloud on my company computer.
The've told me if i had CC than i could also download CS6 files.
But where can i find them, i only see the CC files.

I was to quick with looking for an answer, than just pay good attention.
Because i have a Dutch version i thought i would found it by the subject: ALL APPS on the right side in the application witch you can download al the Adobe programms.
So on the right side you see: ALL APPS and the button shows also the name: previous versions (which i didn't saw before, because i was to fast with searching the CS6 button.
