Where is my CC Photoshop?  Is it installed on my computer? I can't find it anywhere.  How the heck am I supposed to use this thing?

The title sums it up.  I miss the old tangible versions of PS.  Am I supposed to log-in somewhere every time I need to use PS?  Endless redirect pages on-Adobe site to nowhere.  How does this all work?  I just want to edit a freaking photo!

Fishbelly66 for information on how to open your installed Adobe Creative applications, including Photoshop, please see Launch CC apps after install - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/launch-creative-cloud-apps.html.
I would also recommend reviewing Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html which discusses the installation and update process.
