Which table connects the PO and ship to party details

Which is the table that connects the Purchase order and the Ship to party/Recipient

Sorry...mistake in the above post.
I suppose ur working for reseller project...the PO contains a tab called delivery address in which there field called customer (ship_to_party) stored in table EKPO by field KUNNR as it may vary for every material in the PO...this again gets linked in delivery table LIKP by field KUNNR (ship_to_party), here you can also find sold_to_party.

  • Which table contains the Workcenter and the operation line of an order

    Hello
Does someone knows in which table I can found the link between the operation defined in a maintenance order and the workcenter? If there is no direct link in a table, is there a function allowing me to do it?
    Kind regards
    Chris

    Chris,
AFVC and AFVV contain most of the operation data.
    The link is:
    AFKO-AUFPL --> AFVC-AUFPL
    AFVC-AUFPL/APLZL --> AFVV-AUFPL/APLZL
See [here|http://www.sapfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=200474] for more PM/CS tables

  • Which tables store the domains and data types?

    Hi.
From what I know, DD01L stores all the domains (both SAP and user-created) in the system. Is this understanding correct?
As for data types, which table stores them?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
All abap program stored in the TADIR table and TRDIR
Z_reports are stored in the table REPOSRC

in this all Tables are stored.
TVDIR is a repository of VIEWS.
The domains are stored in DD01L
The tables that are created are stored in DD02L
    Fields are stored in DD03L.

  • ORDERS 05 idoc sold to and ship to party?

As far as i know the ORDERS 05 idoc is for sales order which we get from the customer who wants to but products from our company.
In the idoc there is a segment E1EDKA1 contain sold to party and ship to party fields. What is the significance of these fields? What values are filled for these fields? Are these 2 fields also part of any other idoc?
In real time from xi point of view from which system to which system this data will move?
I have checked few documents on sold to and ship to party but ended up getting more confused.
Please help me with the answers.
    Regards,
    Suresh.

    Hi Suresh,
The Sold to and Ship to party details from posted IDOC type ORDERS 05  are not at all in relation with the data moving from XI to whcih are sender and receiver systems.
You are right as the ORDERS 05 is used for Sales Order.
While creating the sales order we need to specify the Sold to party and ship to party information. this gives the information about the party against which you have generated the sales order and the the ship to party will indicate the location specific branch of the customer party.
For.eg. the customer will be requesting for the sales order and he wish to deliver the order at his particular branch then Sold to party--Customer No and Ship to party i.e. Location specific details are required.
    Thanks

  • Sold to party and Ship to party are the same but has different address

    Hi,
I have problem here wherein Sales order has the same sold to party and ship to party but they have different address. When the customer master data is changed the sold to party in the sales order is also updated but the ship to party is not updated.
I've checked the table VBPA and I noticed that the value of ship to party VBPA-ADRDA is 'E' (manually enetered).
Is this the reason why the address of ship to party in sales order is not updated whenever the customer master is change?
Another question, how does ship to party entered in sales order manually?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Please correct me if I have understood the scenario incorrectly which I try to explain below:
Sales order is created where SP and SH both have same address initially and while creating the SO, address of the SH was changed manually by Header>partners>SH
Now master data for that customer is changed for address. As per the standard functionality of SAP, all sales order created for that customer will have new address for SP only.
If address of SH needs to be changed in SO, it has to be done manually by the same way as explained in the above mails.
As far as manually entering the SH in SO is concerned, system will automatcally selects the SH if only one record is available for SH. If you have specified more than one SH, system will give you an option to select one by displaying a pop up.
Please let me know if you find this explanation suitable.

  • Which table stores the information about a user (name, username etc.)

Which table stores the information about a user (name, username etc.) .Is it LDAP server or MSSQL server? then hw to go to that table ?

I guess this is a question about CAD - and it doesn't matter much if it's UCCE or Express. The info is in the LDAP called Directory Services. In UCCE the Sync process updates the LDAP from the ICM config database.
You can use a free LDAP browser to connect to the LDAP (anonymous connection) and read the LDAP.

  • Which table stores the data of transaction FBL1N...?

    Hi,
Please help me find out which table stores the data ,generated from transaction FBL1N..Actually i need to find out the g/l account against the vendor account that is being displayed in FBL3N's document overview.

    Hi,
Data will be retrieved from following table :
    tables: lfa1, lfb1, bsik, bsid, kna1, t001,t005, SKAT, SKB1.
In BSIK you have  both LIFNR and HKONT. You will get the data based on the LIFNR and HKONT. LIFNR is Vendor and HKONT is GL assigned to the vendor.

  • How can I know in which Tables are the fields stored

    Hi,
In transaction FSE3 Display Financial Version
Statement Version, if I drilldown in details, I can
see Item No, Chart of Acc, From Accountm To Account D,
    C.
when I do a F1 on the fields, I can see that it is a
structure. How can I know in which Tables are the
    fields store?

    Hi Ankit,
There are no rules or guidelines for finding the table but i will share some of the tips used generally.........but i am not sure if we can do it for a tree structure..but try anyways....
Double click on the structure name seen on the F1 pop up window...
in the structure screen, try to analyse the field which is very important something like a key in that set of fields or do the same for the fields which we feel are more important, then click on the domain for that field....once in the domain..click on the "where used list for the domain" on the top...
it will display a pop up -> select only "table" and then press "Tick/OK"..A list will be displayed with the data element and table name ..from this we need to find out the right one we need either by going for text of the table or going through each and every one
It takes time but does the job.....
    Regards

  • From which table  feed back partner and root cause partner

    hi,
can any body tell me ,from which table  feed back partner and root cause partner
    can be find.
i need to add this in datasource 0crm_sales_act_1.
    thanks in advance.
    regards,
    sridhar M

It is always advsible to use function modules in CRM instead of making direct table access. Unlike R/3, CRM tables and buffering are quite complex.
In your case, to read the values of maintained Sales Areas, use the function module <h5>CRMA_BUPA_GET_SALES_AREAS</h5>
The function module takes the BP Guid (BUT000-PARTNER_GUID)
However you can also find your information in tables<h5>
CRMM_BUT_LNK0011 - BP Sales rule list
CRMM_BUT_LNK0010 - BP Sales rule list
    CRMM_BUT_SET0010 - BP Sales rule set</h5>
    Hope this helps.
