While creating PO,PR creater need to get notice

Hi,
My client is looking,when we create a PO with ref to PR ,that PR creator need to get a mail (external)..
how to handle this ..
could we able to do through message type?
if so ,please advise ...
but whatever the possible way is o.k...

you can make it with technical development
Logic should be -
When you save a PO with ref to PR, your technical development will capture the PO # programatically & put a check
if Processing status- EBAN-STATU = B (PO created),
create a Function Module which will sent a mail
to PR creator - EBAN-ERNAM

I have no problem in creating Class using Bapi ,
Problem I am facing here in creating Local and global dependency together which i am able to create in debugging mode only otherwise either Local or global whichever function i am using first

When we try to create a business action with name "AcceptanceAcknowledgementException" and version 1.0, we are getting following errror:

We have checked the configuration and there is no validated configuration and all agreements are in "draft" state. We also restarted the b2b server but issue was not resolved. Please help us out.

This is to inform you that the issue has been resolved as of now. There was some issue with the environment and after restarting the b2b we were able to complete the preliminary steps. Dear Consultants,
My client using SAP HCM form 2008, now they want to create new positions to the existing system,
To create new positions I am using T Code : PP03, while creating I am getting error "Date Fields have not been filled- Error Message No - 5A135", I want to create the positions valid from 01.04.2014. please do needful why this error is coming

It is mandatory to give the org unit to which the position is being associated with.

if you are practising on an ides server, as a temporary solution you can goto OB65 and remove the tick against your company code and save it. Try doing the inquiry now.
By default when you company code 1000 or 0001 we need to maintain some settings for the newly created company code and business area is one. This is however an FI job.
*The functions of business area is to create balance sheets and profit and loss statement below the company code level. It functionality can be duplicated using Profit center accouting. *
OX03 - Creation of new Business Area
New Business Areas can be created anytime in the Enterprise structure in the IMG. However, in the year of creation, no comparison can be done with the previous year data as the Business Area did not exist in the previous year and there are no postings in the previous year.
After create the new Business Areas, new G/L accounts should be created for :-
Sales
Cost of Sales
External Process Cost
Consumption
Material Change
Purchase
Cost of Difference for Production
Factory Output for Production Order
Next create a default account assignment to maintained the link for cost center and business area.
Transaction OKB9
Enter the Company Code and Cost Element
Cocd Cost elem. Acct assignment detail
Enter the details as per business area/valuation area

I am creating sales order with reference using function module SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE , while creating i am getting error
Document doesn't have document category even thougth i am passing document category in header as well as item lavel.
In VBUK table there is no value for VGTYP.
Can you please help me how to resolve it.

Am working in ECC6.0 system with Funds Management integration. While creating PR am getting below mentioned error
"At least one GL account was not derived by the budgetary ledger
Message no. FI_E034"
Diagnosis
You are using the Funds Management system integrated with the budgetary ledger (BL) active for FM area .
Postings into the budgetary ledger require a GL account for each of the budgetary ledger line items. However,
in this case, at least one of the line items in the BL interface table does not contain a GL account.

but now i have created one newdata folder and trying to create in it also i have checked the path what have you suggested above and the NewData folder is existed please check below snapshot

i am using the following description to create a web service reference:

Then i tried to create form and report on webservice:

All the fields i keep as default
I tick the checkbox (url)in report Parameter
After clicking next whereever required i click create button
I get the following error
ORA-20001: Unable to create form on table. ORA-02263: need to specify the datatype for this column.
Please someone help to solve this as i need to fix it urgently.

i exported the application from apex.oracle.com and imported it to our environment
import went fine, but when I ran the IR page I got
ORA-20001: get_dbms_sql_cursor error ORA-00904: : invalid identifier
evidently the problem is a lack of public execute on DBMS_LOB, which is used in the generated IR source.
while waiting for the DBA to grant privs on DBMS_LOB, changing the dbms_lob.getlength call to length() fixes the IR.
however, i am not getting the download link on the associated form page... changed templates, that's not the issue -- we'll see if that's a dbms_lob issue as well
