While i integrate crystal And Jsp I got the Error messgae- any one help Me

That sounds like the equivalent of a FileNotFoundException.
ie you have told it the rpt file to load, and it can't find it.
1 - check the spelling of the filename
2 - where have you put the file?
3 - What is your config for this?
Do you have CRConfig.xml (Crystal 11) or CrystalReportEngine-config.xml(Crystal 10) in your WEB-INF/classes directory?
That file tells it where to find the rpt files.
I think the default is WEB-INF/lib for some reason.
I keep my reports in the WEB-INF/reports directory
Mine looks something like this:

To elaborate a bit, you may come across offers of a new/unopened/unregistered version, which is the simplest case (you would need a guarantee). Other cases require much detailed information (and a guarantee).
If upgrading to 10.6.8 or higher is an option, you could use CS6.

Which apps do you open acouse iphone switched off? You can try to reset iPhone.

Iphone 4 new update can I update this new update thru ITunes the headlines say wifi and do not have wifi. I would like to do it from ITunes? When I tried last night I tried to do it it was almost done and then got an error 9006.Any one know what this is

It says in the nes that you have to do it thru wifi but do not have wifi and so I synced it with my computer and said I have the new update down now and selected yes and it startedto do it then stopped 3 times with error 9006? Is your device recognized by your computer? If yes, copy the pictures and videos as shown in this article:
Copying personal photos and videos from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer
If it is not recognized, try this first: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
Disable autosync in iTunes, right click on it in the device list and choose "transfer purchases" to copy apps and other media bought in iTunes to your new library.
Do the same again and choose "backup", to create a manual backup without syncing.
Since your device will be erased due to the new iTunes library during the first sync, you can use this backup afterwards to restore your settings and data.
Set up at least one contact and event on your computer before you start, to be able to merge calendars and contacts.

My emails keep disappearing from my Inbox and also my Trash. They arrive, manually summoned ,not Push, and I read them and they can disappera in front of my eyes or if I close the Ipad and then reopen Mail Inbox they just go. One has reappeared in the Sent Box but most have just gone. My Sent box has only got 3 in it, the others had 3 1 hour ago, they have now gone. They will also go if I recheck for mail. After a failed process of upgrade from 10g to 11g I got the error "your work repository is not up to date", this when I try to access to Designer Navegator.
I attempt to access using the repositories cloned, and the original repositories
I recover form th bakcup of the repositories original but also I got the error.

I did go to their Web site and I see they have a support link. Perhaps you can get help there or in their forum.
If you are OK with a DVD with a basic menu, you could try the Share>DVD option in FCP.
