Not that I do a ton of photo editing, but there's a free app that works well, better than one I paid for

color correction, cropping, rotation etc.
I've used adobe for years and contemplated their app, but held off after reading some reviews that suggested that you have to buy filters etc for it. As much as I am familiar with Adobe products and have no real issue with them I don't do enough editing to get into something like that so I gave it a pass for the time being.

I have print the stack from the core file, I found the crashed thread's state which indicted by hs_err_xxx.log is IN_JAVA and no stack information.

Look at this technical specs document, your system should be fine with the possible exception of Color.
As for managing your preference files, use Digital Rebellion's tool.

Which KM are you using, I think that you are using LKM Oracle to Oracle (DBLINK)
There is some requirement for using this KM :
Restrictions:
- The 'tnsnames.ora' configuration file of the target server should be configured to recognize the source database
- The database link is created with the name of the data server defined in the Topology
- The default work schema of the source instance must have 'select any table' privilege set.

Here's something you can try with a copy of your current library.
1 - go to iPhoto's Events preference pane and set the auto split option to 1 day per even.
2 - go the the Events mode, select all Events.
3 - go to the Events menu and and select Autosplit Selected Events.
which will give you an event for each day.
4 - again select all events (although it might be better do to fewer at a time) and export them to your desired destination via the File ➙ Export ➙ File Export menu option with the following settings:
The workflow above will produce a folder for each days photos with the date as the folder's title.

It might be possible, though you will have to check with Adobe directly. Normally, an upgrade involves going from a product to a product or from a suite to a suite, but not a product to a suite or vice versa. And I don't know that this would be an upgrade since you are moving laterally rather than up. I have heard of exceptions being made, so your best bet is to contact someone who has the ability to work out a deal with you.
I am pretty sure that if you had a Creative Cloud subscription the question of Mac versus PC is moot as you can have installations for both machines with the subscription. But Creative Suites are different animals.

But returning to your proposal ... Apple does not sell any of the "wifi" connections. It would be up to providers of service to sell giftcards, and perhaps Boingo or some of other airport-commercial WiFi firms do. I can't think of any other place I've been asked to pay for WiFi.
Now Verizon and AT&T, as well as other providers in other countries, could sell Gift Cards... and again, perhaps they do, but you'll have to check with them or make the suggestions there. It's really not an Apple issue, as they don't sell or provide any connections, just the hardware to make them.
