is there any tcode to know who moved the transport?
STMS->IMPORT OVERVIEW-> Select the QUA System->GOTO-> IMPORT
HISTORY
Select EDIT->DISPLAY MORE Int he USER column you can find
the User who moved the Request.
or
Check ALOG#### files in /usr/sap/trans/log
columns are:
transport number
SID
client
transport step (check for "I")
return code
time stamp
owner (person who released the transport)
user (person who controls/imports the transport) <--- this is the one you
want
host
tp key
-or-
To view most recent ALOG in STMS:
Select GoTo --> tp system log
Select GoTo --> transport steps
Check for entries where transport step = "I"
Person listed under "User" is the person that performed the import
is there any tcode to know who was logged into the system in a certain hour?
There is no standard transaction. The information is available for configurable time periods using transaction ST05N but it is not organized to readily provide a report of users and transactions. Also the information available summarizes a user's use of a transaction. There will be one entry (with count data) per user per time period. Daily, weekly and monthly summaries can be created and they are stored for configurable durations.
The information is summarized into a cluster table called MONI based on the STAT files that are written in the file system and regularly refreshed. MONI cannot be queried via SE16 etc., but SAP delivers a number of function modules that retrieve data from these tables.
It is also possible to configure audit logging via SM19 and read the log files via SM20. This will provide more detail but it also introduces new file management issues and requires a change to system settings.
Thanks,
Sri

  • Who moved the transport to a particular test system?

    Hi,
I would like to find out that which user id has moved a particular transports in a given test system? I was unable to find this in the transport log? Any idea on where to look for this info (source system, target system....) ?
    thanks for the quick help.
    regards,
    HB

    Hello,
You can get this information inthe STMS queue.
First goto the STMS queue and then select the option of the Import History.
once in the impot history following the following path EDIT--> Dsplay More and you will get the details as to which client the transport was imported and the user who has imported the transport request.
Please Note :The Import Histroy would show only the list of the imports that have happenend in that week. To increase the selection increase the date range by making use of the filter option.

  • Problem in moving a transport requst after changing the Infogroup

    Hi Experts,
Im facing a problem in  moving a transport request which has   Infogroup  changes.
In a action "intial entry of applican data"  i have added a customized infotype in the infogroup.
In Dev it is fine..after  transporting to quality even though the custom infotype  showingup in the infogroup..while performing action the particular custom IT is not populating in quality system.
What could be the problem and  how to resolve the problem
    Please advice,'
    Vi Sai.

    Hi,
Please check if you have the necessary authorization to maintain your custom infotype in QAS. Enter /nsu53 after the previous infotype (previous w.r.t the custom infotype has been saved).
Also, check if you can directly maintain the infotype through PA30.
    Hope this helps.

    Tanuj

  • STMS - who executed the transport?

    Hi All,
I'm trying to determine who executed each transport. I don't find this in the transport history of STMS and it's not in table e070. Does SAP record this information?
Inquiring SOx auditors would like to know!
    Thanks,
    George Clark

In STMS-> Goto->Tp systemlog   you can't  see the transport and the import person directly, you have to switch to the activity log ALOG:
The user, who imported a transport is listed in the <DIR_TRANS>/log/ALOGyyww.<SID> (yy=year, ww= calendarweek)
    Format is similar to:
    1) Request
    2) SID
    3) Client
    4) Step
    5) Returncode
    6) timestamp
    7) transportowner (who created the transport)
    8) USER-ID of import person !!!!!!
    9) Host
    10) tp Key
(see also note 43391: information that normally sidadm is listed at column 8 is based on times before transaction TMS was born and now wrong...!)
You can switch  to the ACTUAL ALOG via TMS:
From STMS-> Goto->Tp systemlog  (->lists the SLOG of the actual week)
Goto-> Transportsteps (-> lists the ALOG of the actual week)
If you want to see logs  from former weeks, you have to look on OS-level or try it via AL11 in  <DIR_TRANS>/log.

  • How to see who imported an transport request

    Hello
I wander how to see who imported an transport request

Will table E070 display the transports in the order that they were applied?
ie.  If I go to QAS system and look at table E070, will the date/time stamp indicate the order of transports?
We too are in a delima in organizing a LARGE volume of transports that will go to production to HCM customizations (we are getting rid of PeopleSoft and using SAP HCM for payroll , time and labour, ESS/MSS etc..)
I (BASIS) will be doing all the transports (almost 2000), and the dev. team has a transport log they have been keeping BUT I want to have a system reference to verify the order they have in the log with a more accurate list.
So will table E070 provide that for me?
I am looking at the table now, but the date/time description indicates it is the last update... not sure what that exactly refers to
    Thanks!

  • How to know who did a Transport request?

    Hey guys!
Does anybody know how can i find the user who imported a transport request? I checked the log but i could not find it.

    Hi Eduardo,
What is your SAP version? I found it is not possible for 4.6C, but I have a 4.70 x 2.00 system on Web AS 6.20 (I believe also upward) and it is possible to see there.
    Please do the following:
    1. Call STMS.
    2. Go to 'import overview'.
    3. Enter one of the buffer you want to see the log.
    4. On the menu 'Goto' --> 'tp System Log'.
There you can see who imported the requests.

  • How do I find who imported a transport request

    Hello
How do I find who imported a transport request

    Hello,
    1) Go to transport history or SE09 --> F5 in target system and find out what time your change imported to target system.
    2) now you need to find who did this and you can go to STMS_IMPORT on target system and look for transport monitor SLOG and match with timings. (you will find slog info at the same place at import monitor)
There was one time I have experienced mass import was done by a learner and I could able to go back and find the info by matching with SLOG, STMS_HISTORY, STAD.
    Thanks,
    Vasanth

  • How could I see who imported a transport request

How could I see who imported a transport request (not who is the owner)
In import monitor I can see it but only for current day(or I can extend that period)

    goto SE01 ..
    enter the transport request ...display
    In
    Object List of Request
        Comment Entry: Released
            EC6XXXXXX 20080325 190541 USER <-- person responsible
You'll have the person who released(USER)

  • Person who done the transport importing

After importing the transport request into the target system, how to find the person who imported(not the owner) the transport request?

    Hello Keshava,
    Hope you are doing well.
In STMS --> Import queue -> Import history
-> Select the appropriate date range.
Then go to Edit -> Display More, Now you will be seeing one more column 'User', this name corresponds to the guy who did the transport.
    Cheers!

  • Who moved the mailbox

In Exchange 2003, how to find the user account who moved the mailbox after its moved

    Hi,
You can look up the detail log files of the move mailbox operation, which is save in XML format into the
\My Documents\Exchange Task Wizard Logs folder. The XML log file is generated on the disk with the errors pertaining to each failed mailbox move operation. The log file contains mailboxes that failed with message ID, date of message and subject
    in the log.
Note that the XML report may not be viewable
on a machine that does not have the XML parser installed. And the XML parser is automatically installed whenever you install any Exchange 2003 binaries on a machine.
    Hope it helps.

  • Moving a transport from Q/A to Production

I have imported a transport from Development to Q/A.  How do I now import it into production? Thanks

    Niten
After testing objects in QA and if you feel every thing is OK then transport into Production system. This transport also will go directly from Dev to Production but not from QA to Production.
Same Transport number which you moved to QA. You don't have to create other one.
    Hope this helps

  • Moving a transport into a maintenance cycle

    Hello All
I am doing some testing moving transports out of a maintenance cycle.
It appears that I can move a transport out of a maintenance cycle if it modifiable or released. What I am not able to do is move a transport into a maintenance cycle. It appears this might be a security (Role) thingy
    The message I get is:
You cannot assign any requests to project
    Message no. CTSPRJ043
    Diagnosis
You want to create a request in project SB1_P00013, or assign an existing request to this project. However, you are not currently allowed to use this function for this project.
    Anyone have any ideas
    Regards
    Don Newton

    Good Day Srinivasa.
I am really trying to do 2 things.
    1) In the current maintenance cycle there is work that was started (transport created through Change Request Management). It was requested that the work be completed in a future Maintenance cycle.
I want to (1) remove the transport from the current maintenance cycle and then (2) add the transport to a future (open) maintenance cycle.
    2) There are transports that have been created outside Change Request Management and I want to move these into the current maintenance cycle.
Currently I am able to remove the transport from a maintenance cycle by using SE10, utilities, reorganize, u201Cdelete project assignmentu201D. What does not work is u201CAssign to a Projectu201D. When I try this I get the message u201Cyou can not assign any request to project SB1_P00015u201D.
I hope this gives you a better understanding of what I am trying to do.
As far as the SAP Tutor file, you could try to send it to me via the e-mail address that is on my profile.
    Thanks again Srinivasa.

  • MOVED: Hyper transport configuration on my K8N Diamond Plus

This topic has been moved to Overclockers & Modding Corner.
    https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=132723.0

Old thread I know.  Still messing with it.  Put this opty 185 in and am pretty impressed with the chip.  It was Prime stable to 2965 MHz with no vcore increase and everything stock on memory timings.  Now stable at 3016 MHz with only a slight vcore increase and memoy still stock.  It really impresses upon me the fact of the individuality of each overclock and components.  The opteron 180 I had in previously needed a large vcore increase to stay stable at 2761 MHz.  For anyone who cares I'll continue to post on the oc until I exhaust the potential.  With you guys pushing around 4 and 5 Ghz out there I know this is just old news.
