Why did my airtunes fail after updating to iOS 5.0

I used to be able to play most anything from my iPad to either of my Airport Express units and the speakers atteched to them.
After iOS 5.0 update to my iPad 1, i am no longer able to do so.
The setup still works correctly with itunes on laptops in the house, and only fails with the iOS 5.0 updated unit.
Any helpful thoughts?

What happens if you try a hard reset of the iPod? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

It may be necessary to restore your iPod from a previous backup in iTunes or to factory settings if the problem still persists.

Bluetooth headset fails after update to iOS 8.2

I've recently updated my iPhone 5s from 8.1.3 to 8.2. Now my Dr. Dre Powerbeats2 isn't able to play music through the headset anymore. The weird thing is, it does connect to my phone and I'm also able to place calls using the headset, but the music when activated through the headset will play only on the phone.
I did find out that if you 'forget the device' on the phone and pair again all is okay. This problem occurs every time I turn off my Powerbeats2 headset. Before updating to 8.2 I didn't have any issues at all. To make certain is wasn't the bluetooth headset I switch to another headset (Jabra) and the same problem occurred there as well.
Apple please be so kind as to send out a new update to fix these issues.

Have same issue since the update to IOS 8.2. Headset not working with plugged in headsets (tried different ones), but no solution so far.

After i have updated my iphone 4 software version to ios6.1.2, it cannot be charged using the charger adapter that is from the box that also contains the iphone. It was charging fine after the update. How to i solve this problem when it is left with 33% or less?

So Basically i updated my iphone5c to iOS 8.1 i think and now after rebooting it asks me to activate it by typing in my apple id and then my password, after various attempts i manage to type everything in correctly(after changing passwords) and then my phone tells me that i cant use that apple i.d to activate my phone and that is the only apple i.d ive ever had.

Hi, I installed iOS 7.04 on my iPhone 4. I have not been able to use the phone since because it is asking for a password, which I did not have before the upgrade. My Apple ID password does not work. This means that I cannot go to "settings" in my iPhone, an action frequently recommended in "Apple support.". Please help. How do I get around this?

Iphone 5 stopped working after updated to IOS 7.1

I have just updated my iphone 5 to IOS 7.1 and unfortunately it stopped working. I can not turn it on. Anyone got the same problem? My phone is already out of warranty so I have no idea how much it would cost to fix my died phone

My sons iPhone 5 did the same thing after updating to iOS 7.1.
You may have to connect the device to a computer running iTunes and do a restore on the device. Restore as new. If you don't have a backup everything will be lost but you may get the device working again.

ok have a new Ipad a few weeks did this update and now poof nothing . have wifi but no Cellular Data seems its all ben wiped out, sat for over 1h came home after update and nothing but says i have full digicel signal in the top courner have looked on net for help nothing has woked and digicel not open now here till monday.lets hope they sort this one soon. anyone else missing info in iPad: Tap Settings > Cellular Data ??????

Restore iPad to Factory Default; do not restore from backup. It may be the cause of the problem.
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings

Try this.
Quit all apps completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Restart your computer
While your computer is restarting, clear all of the applications from the background on your iPhone. You can do this by pushing the home button twice and swiping the programs off the screen by pushing them upwards.
After you are done doing that, restart your phone.
Wait about 10 seconds or so and turn your phone back on. By the time you get your phone back on your computer should be completly restarted and ready to go.
When your phone is back on, plug it into your computer. This should automatically bring up your Itunes, you may get another pop up that says autoplay, you can close that out. That's it. I hope it helps and good luck

If you are having an issue with Touch ID not functioning as expected, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

Start with the section titled Clean the Touch ID sensor and then Get help with Touch ID.

Same problem here. After installing iOS 5, restoring, and syncing... when I clicked on the music icon on my iPad, none of my songs were there. All I saw was "download music from iTunes store." But, on iTunes, when I clicked on my iPad icon (then Music), it showed that all of my songs were synced!
So, this is what worked for me, I rebooted my iPad.
I turned off my iPad by holding down the sleep button for about 5 seconds, then the "Slide to power off" came up, and I powered off my iPad.
Then, I started it up again, and clicked on the music icon on my iPad, and now all of my synced music showed up.
I hope this helps some of you guys out there.
