Why i can't import myOwnPackage.myOwnClass ?

Question

Hello.
I am using NetBeans 6.5
I want to import this code wish is located in D:/NetBeansProjects/BoardGame/scr/Board.java
import javax.swing.JPanel;
public class Board extends JPanel
public Board()
}To another java source code with is located in D:/NetBeansProjects/BoardGame/scr/SkeletonGame/Skeleton.java
package SkeletonGame;
import javax.swing.JFrame;
import src.Board; // I dont know why i am geting an error here;
                          // The error says: package does not existe;
                          // Even if i create a folder called src within the src folder
                          // and put Board.java inside i still get package does not existe;
                          // I even tried import D.NetBeansProjects.BoardGame.scr.Board;
                          // But it dident work either :(
public class Skeleton extends JFrame
public Skeleton()
add(new Board()); // This error is understandible since the Board.java
// it's unrecognized;
// Rest of code here;
}Please SomeOne Help

®ok, after taking your advice i put Board.java in another folder located in: D:/codes/Board.java
but when i import it to Skeleton.java i still get the same problem.
of course this is how it goes:
package code;
import javax.swing.JPanel;
public class Board extends JPanel
    public Board()
package SkeletonGame;
import javax.swing.JFrame;
import code.Board; // I still have the same problem;
//import D.code.board; // this does not wrok either;
public class Skeleton extends JFrame
    public Skeleton()
        add(new Board());
}
