Why is my calendar not syncing on all my computers and devices
In the past, I could put an appointment on one computer and it would sync immediately with my 2 laptops, iPhone, and iPad. This is the reason I loved Mobile Me and paid for it for years. iCloud work fine for awhile, but now some of my appointments are not syncing. I have checked all of the settings and they are correct. I put an important appointment on my main laptop last night and it is not on any of the other devices; I then put it on my iPhone and it is not on my iMac at work. All of my software is up to date and current. I really depend on this feature. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I have tried network diagnostics which doesnt help... The only other ting is, when I woke the computer up it said tat another device was using my IP... My wife had plugged her phone into the computer to charge etc but even when i turn wifi off on the phone there is no change... also in settings on the phone the IP address is different...The answer to your question is - neither!
Your PC should to configured to obtain an IP address automatically, and to obtain DNS server IP addresses automatically, from the Airport Express. This is the way Windows (and Macs for that matter) are configued by default, and that is the way most people have their computers set up. If you manually configured your PC's IP address to be the same as your wife's Mac, it certainly explains why your PC is not able to access the internet. -
What am I missing here. I'm sure it is some kind of sitting that is not right.

Power off and then back on the router
What happens when you enter the network's PW?
Try forgetting/deleting the network if necessary. To do that go to System Preferences>Network>wifi>Advanced and select the network and click on the minus sign

Google calendar not syncing anymore with my BB and vice-versa
Hi everyone!
A few days ago, I updated my BB curve 9360 to OS 7.1 and earlier today I noticed that my Google calendar was not syncing properly... Well wasn't syncing at all. However I received mails and was able to delete them correctly
First I noticed, that my email address was not registered as a calendar anymore. Then I tried to send service books which added my Google calendar as default calendar in my BlackBerry (good thing I guess).
But that's all it did. Now, when I add a new event in Google calendar using my BB, it doesn't sync with the Internet-based calendar and when I add a new event in Google calendar, it does not sync with my BB either (and I have waited more than 30 minutes).
So here is what I can do to try and solve this problem:
-Send service books one more time but I don't think it is very useful
-Delete my email account and setting it up once again
So I am completely lost because it has always worked until I updated my OS from 7.0 to 7.1. My data plan hasn't changed.

To resolve this issue with calendar synchronization, please try forcing a Gmail® synchronization on the BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone. Before doing this could you please verify once more that your default calendar on the BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone is still listed as your Gmail® account?
1. Click the Menu key > Options > under Accounts click the Gmail® account > remove the Checkmark from Wireless Synchronization > click the Back menu key and Save
2. Under Accounts click the Gmail® account > place a Checkmark in the Wireless Synchronization box > click the Back menu key and Save
Note: The following prompt will appear " Some of your calendar changes might be lost. Enable wireless Calendar?" Yes or No. Click Yes

Why does my calendar not sync events created on my iphone
When I create an event on my iPhone 4 and then sync it to my MacBook, the event is not showing up in iCal. I have "Sync all Calendars" checked in iTunes under info when my phone is connected. This problem just started after I installed Snow Leopard.

Contacts and Calendar not sync across all devices
Installed mavericks a few weeks ago. Just looked at a contact on my iPad and iPhone and noted that changes made on my MacBook Pro are not showing up on either of these 2 devices. What is going on? I used to sync manually using iTunes. Tried this just now and does not update info in either calendar or contacts. I used to see :syncing Calendar, syncing contacts in the window describing progress - this does not appear.

Just created a dummy contact on my iPad, and it appeared on MacBook Pro but not on iPhone. turned off iPhone and turned back on and new contact appeared.
My calendar on iPhone has no data from the time I started using Mavericks until a dummy event I added this afternoon. Do I need to turn my iPhone off and then back on to get it to sync? even with turning off and on the missing calendar items have not appeared.
I am a bit reluctant (afraid) to go to the web and look at my iCloud.com account for fear of sending yet another copy of the same calendar appointments and duplicate contacts / contacts info to myself on my devices. I have multiple copies of the same contact on my MacBook Pro. some of the contacts have 3 or 4 duplicates of the same information - example "home phone" or "e-mail address." Sometimes I have 3 or 4 copies of the same contact card.

My ipad will not sync with my library in itunes, i have music and films in my itunes library but they will not transfer to my ipad. I have just carried out a restart to factory settings and then sync of my back up but still no joy. Any suggestions?
Have you selected the content to sync to your iPad in your sync settings in iTunes. The content that you want to transfer must be selected (checked or "ticked") to sync out will not transfer when you sync.
For instance - if you want to sync music....
Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Music Tab on the right.
Click on the albums or playlists that you want to sync - or the entire library if you like.
Click on the Sync Music Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
This applies to all content that you want to transfer from iTunes to your iPad. Make the selections in the appropriate tabs in the iTunes window on the right. -
Trying to get my recorded memos to install on my I tunes, these have my meetings etc on them. I have used all 5 installations and my understanding is that I have to wait a year to use this account. Is this true? What should I do? I have the new IPhone 5 and would like to start fresh with my account and think this is a crazy rule, especially if you pay for the music etc. Apple should be able to see that I'm only using one computer. I don't understand what to do. Thanks for any advice I may receive........ The stuff I read said to deauthorize your computers, however I did not know this when I donated them to the goodwill and traded them in at Best Buy.
The "crazy rule" was demanded by record companies back when Apple approached them for the digital distribution model. They did not want to sell a track for 99¢ and have it playable on an unlimited number of computers, so they settled on a limit of five. They were not concerned about iPods because they never thought Apple would sell any of those stupid things, so there is no limit for them.
Anyway, what do you want to do? If you are unable to authorize an additional computer to play iTunes Music, and you no longer have any of the five that were previously authorized, then yes you must "Deauthorize All" your computers:
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "Deauthorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "deauthorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize the computers that you need to play your music, as you need to. -
Why are my calendars not syncing?
I have put appointments on my iPhone. They have been 'pushed to my iPad. However these same appointments don't appear on my iMac or on my iCloud calendar. I'm confused... Should I be doing something differently?
If events added to your iPhone calendar aren't appearing on icloud.com, check Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar (in the Calendars section). Is this set to an iCloud calendar?

Why are Apps still not syncing between my iPhone 4S and iPad 4?
I have a new iPad 4 and I also have an iPhone 4S. I have enabled 'Automatic Downloads' on both, but for some reason, I can download Apps on one device and they're not showing up on the other. The only thing I can figure is that maybe some of the Apps downloaded on the iPad, for example, aren't compatible with the iPhone 4S and therefore they don't automatically download. Or, and I hope note, there's a glitch in the system :-(
I like to have all my stuff sync'd to the extent possible, but this automated App synchronization doesn't really seem to be happening as advertised.
And yes, I did go into iTunes on my PC and enable the automatic downloads there as well on the Preferences tab.
Some example Apps that didn't download from my iPad to my iPhone are USA Today, Men's Health Mag, UPS and Quick Scan barcode scanner.
Any help is much appreciated.I may recall that you might have to charge your device in order for the automatic download to work. But I'm not 100% sure, it is worth trying out.

I think I may be having the same issue In a round about kind of way. Just got an iPhone4S ... everything worked great until today when I started tinkering with the settings in my new phone and noticed my cloud was getting full and I had two iPhone back ups on there at 4GB a piece. So.... I deleted the old back up of the iPhone4 and after that is when I started noticing issues. The cloud on my phone can no longer authenticate itself , unable to tell me when the last back up was, and will not perform a back up at all. Furthermore I am unable to download apps or updates on my iphone4S, they all sit in "waiting" status....
I also must say that I purchased an iPad 2 and still have my original ipad in the house and active. Both back ups are in the cloud and both devices work fine independently and can download apps and back up fine as well. I'm pretty sure this may be the culprit concerning this issue and I too have no idea how to fix it. Please Help!!! -
i have a birthday showing in my calendar listed as an all day event and it is incorrect how can I delete it. When clicked on does not bring up the edit feature. The vodaphone shop thinks it has synced with my facebook app.
hello, the addons manager is exactly the right place to look for it. please try disabling the addons that are listed there one-by-one (a restart of the browser might be necessary after each step). maybe one of them is bundling this kind of adware.

After the last update of IOS5.1.1, all caledar entries are not saved on Icloud and thus not synced on all my Icloud devices, even though, spreadsheets are synced, photostream is working and contacts is syncing, only calendar items. Anybody has the same problem? Or a solution to this kind or problem?
