Turn call forwarding on or off: Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding. The Call Forwarding icon ( ) appears in the status bar when call forwarding is on. You must be in range of the cellular network when you set iPhone to forward calls, or calls won’t be forwarded. FaceTime calls are
not forwarded.
Turn call waiting on or off: Go to Settings > Phone > Call Waiting. If you’re on a call and call waiting is turned off, incoming calls go directly to voicemail.
Turn caller ID on or off: Go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID.

I have an Iphone 6 for about one week now. I would like to view my photos and movies on my laptop (windows 7). But I can't view them because it doesn't show up as a portable device in my computer. When I plug it in I do hear the sound as if any USB would make.
Does anyone know what's going on? Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem on my Iphone 5. It drove me crazy. I tried reinstalling ITunes and my apple mobile device driver, but nothing solved the problem. I was able to detect my iphone in windows if I went to control panel, then programs and features, found apple mobile device, right click, then click repair. This would allow windows explorer to detect my iphone, but I had to do this every time and it also drove me crazy, After trying everything I could think of, I decided to try and uninstall a program called expresso media. I am not sure where it even came from, but walla, once I uninstalled it my iphone shows up in explorer and iTunes just like it should. Simple but frustrating. Good luck,

My iPhone 4 when locked or when unlocked when I receive an iMessage doesn't tell me what the person has said. When my phone receives a message it says 'message' underneath the persons name but not what they have said. Please help me?

Also enable Show in Lock Screen on that setting.
Also, Settings/General/Passcode Lock. Set the options.

When I go to "Settings" and then go to "Wifi" it trys to load the available wifi connections, but it doesn't load anything. No... FaceTime is permanently removed from devices sold in certain middle eastern countries. There is no way to install it regardless of where the device is being used.

My iPhone 5s does not ring when receiving incoming calls yet I have signal, do not disturb is off and I receive texts or voicemails notifying me of a missed call which I can return immediately. What is going on? How can I fix this?

Yes the ringtone works. I know you are trying to help however I am fairly tech savvy and have eliminated all basic user defined settings that could cause the issue. The issue is not that there is no sound the issue is that there is no call incoming notification at all. The call does not connect to my Boone to even make it ring and display as a missed call

Seems to be a problem that developed recently with the Iphones.

IPhone 5 not showing received calls under Recent tab.

Currently using an iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0 on Sprint).
The issue that I am having is that the vast majority of recevied (incoming) calls are not staying on my call log under the recent tab. When I access the Recent tab under the Phone menu and select the All menu, I can see all of my placed and missed calls. However only about 1 out of every 10 or so calls that I answer stay listed on my recents tab.
This is making it difficult since I cannot go back and check numbers for clients that have called in to ask a quick question.
Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions ?

That is not a feature of the iPhone (or of any phone I've ever had so apparently it's far from universal). Apple has not said why they have no such feature.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 7.1.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.
You can no longer update to iOS 6.x, or down grade the iOS.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and antivirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 7.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
Tip 2 - If you're updating via wifi, place your iPad close to your router to preclude getting a corrupted download.
How to Upgrade to iOS 7
The iOS 7.0 update requires around 2.5 GB of storage space, so if your iPad is almost full, you may need to clear up some space. You can check your available space in Settings -> General -> Usage.
There are two ways to upgrade to iOS 7: You can use your Wi-Fi connection, or you can connect your iPad to your PC and update through iTunes. We'll go over each method.
To upgrade using Wi-Fi:
Note: If your iPad's battery is under 50%, you will want to plug it into your charger while performing the update.
Go into the iPad's Settings.
Locate and tap "General" from the menu on the left.
The second option from the top is "Software Update". Tap this to move into the update settings.
Tap "Download and Install". This will start the upgrade, which will take several minutes and will reboot your iPad during the process. If the Download and Install button is grayed out, trying clearing up some space. The space required by the update is mostly temporary, so you should gain most of it back after iOS 7 is installed.
Once the update is installed, you may have to run through the initial steps of setting up your iPad again. This is to account for new features and settings.
To upgrade using iTunes:
First, connect your iPad to your PC or Mac using the cable provided when you purchased your device. This will allow iTunes to communicate with your iPad.
You will also need the latest version of iTunes. Don't worry, you will be prompted to download the latest version when you launch iTunes. Once it installs, you may be asked to setup iCloud by logging into your iTunes account. If you have a Mac, you may be prompted on whether or not you want to enable the Find my Mac feature.
Now you are ready to begin the process:
If you upgraded iTunes earlier, go ahead and launch it. (For many, it will launch automatically when you plug in your iPad.)
Once iTunes is launched, it should automatically detect that a new version of the operating system exists and prompt you to upgrade to it. Choose Cancel. Before updating, you will want to manually sync your iPad to make sure everything is up to date.
After canceling the dialog box, iTunes should automatically sync with your iPad.
If iTunes doesn't automatically sync, you can manually do it by selecting your iPad within iTunes, clicking on the File menu and choosing Sync iPad from the list.
After your iPad has been synced to iTunes, select your iPad within iTunes. You can find it on the left side menu under Devices.
From the iPad screen, click on the Update button.
After verifying that you want to update your iPad, the process will begin. It takes a few minutes to update the operating system during which time your iPad may reboot a few times.
After updating, you may be asked a few questions when your device finally boots back up. This is to account for new settings and features.
