Wierd error when I run the script..

Question

HI all,
I am running a script one script which should insert data in some tables.
We are in Merging process from one application to another.
The code that I run in one environment works fine and creates data, how ever if I run it in next it does not insert any data and shows some unique_constraint_error.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (schema_name.constraint_name) violated
I have searched the constraint in all tables (all_constraints, user_constraints, dba_constraints..) of all schemas from dev, test or prod environment in both applications but I am not getting this constraint_name.
I really need help gurus.. and I appreciate everyone who spares their time to reply in this forums :)

please NOTE error message identifies both the SCHEMA & CONSTRAINT_NAME that was violated!
What better clue do you require?????????
