Xml calendar help

Hi basically I want to create an xml driven calendar. I only need the calendar to display two weeks at a time (this week and next week) . Below is a very quick demonstration of how i want it to look.
I pretty confident i can create the xml file but have no idea how to create the template in flash where the data will be loaded into or how to write the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to change the first day of week from Monday to Sunday in Webdynpro ABAP screen's default calendar help. I implemented BADI CALENDAR_DEFINITION to change the first day of week, it worked for SAP GUI calendar help but not working for WebDynpro ABAP screen.

Hi,
Try using the data type TVDIR-GENDATE for date field. It will populate serach help Calendar and it should trigger the BADI from web dynpro also.
Refer SAP Help. It is pointing to the same BADI.

Calendar help for Date i/p field in SRM 5.0 shopping cart

Hi All,
I am working on SRM 5.0..I have a requirement for the addition of custom field ie. lease termination date field on SRM shopping cart screen and having a calendar help for this date input field.
Has anyone tried to add calendar help for an input date field in the ITS service??What all additions have to be done for this(style,images etc)...Does any one has any idea?Please help.

Calendar help: how do I get One event to show up on two calendars

Calendar help: how do I get One event to show up on two calendars? For example I want to enter vacation only once but I wanted to show up on the calendar that I share with my husband and the calendar I have with my assistant.

The signature should show up with each account. Usually the complaint is not having an option for multiple signatures or not being able to have a different signature for each account.

I used to have my upcoming events pop up in the right hand top corner of my screen, but since I upgraded my maverick, it has gone and I can't restore it with the calendar help instructions

Check System Preferences > Notifications and make sure the Calendar entry is set up as you wish.

How to keep Calendar Helper always on top?

In my jsf page, I have a input field with a calendar helper. Below this, is a drop down combo box. My problem is that when i click on teh calendar helper, the calendar appears in a drop down manner, and inspite of this, my combo box which is below, overlaps and appears in the middle of my calendar. Is there a way to avoid this? Perhaps by keeping the calendar always on top, or atleast making the calendar appear on top rather as a drop down.?
My code snippet is like this:

F4 date/calendar help for an inputfield

Hi All,
I have a Input Field mapped to context attribute of type String. I want to use the date/calendar help in this field, is it possible?
Just to clear, I was using a attribute of type Date and had a calendar help, but now this field was changed to type String and the users want to have a calendar help.

What kind of requirements do you have which forces you to use context attribute with type String?
BTW, you can use following approach:
1) create calculated attribute with type Date
2) in setter method convert Date to String and store it into context attribute with type String
3) in getter method parse String and convert it to Date
I don`t really like it because you have to do 2 redundant operations - parsing and conversion.

XML calendar

Hi
I am working with oracle portal 10G; We has been developing calendar events for portal using XML to avoid a database for update, change or create a new event. The oracle portal are in a cluster for high availability. When I tried to record a event in the calendar, the portal send me a message a "pop error and error 500" . We eliminate a problem with pop up but the Portal don't record the information in XML files, but when we deploy this application between to machines with JDeveloper all works fine. Some one have information about this error?

I am building report using xml publisher. Problem i facing was ,
1. I created the template in RTF and attached to data definition
for eg: my rtf is
sno item quantity price ( I created this field in table structure and mapped to xml data)
Total Price ( this also i am getting from data definition)
The below is sample constant sentence for my client and typed just below Total Price ( field i mentioned above)

2. When i ran the report, if my data definition return 5 lines means , i am getting PDF output Correctly in single page (1st page)
3) If my data definition returns lines more than 8 lines means, I am getting PDF output with Table structure values with item, in 1 st page and Constant sentence in 2nd page of PDF
4) If my data definition returns lines between 5 and 8 means, I am getting PDf output with table structure values with item and some of Constant sentence of my client in 1 st page and few of the constanst sentence in 2nd page.
Actually my need
Even if the data definitions exceeds more than 5 lines the constant sentence should be placed either in the first page or in the next page based on the no. of lines in the data definition.
How to resolve this... any approach most welcome. Wat changes i have to make.

XML Publisher Help

Hi,
We currently have a payslip report that has been developed using Oracle reports, but for this to run we have to change our NLS_LANG setting from UTF8 to WE8ISO8859P1.
The problem with this is to apply patches Oracle have told us we need to have the NLS_LANG set to UTF8.
As a result Oracle have said that:
The only available workaround for generating PDF on a UTF8 character set instance is to install and utilize the XML Publisher product or upgrade to E-Business Suite to Release 12.
We don't have any plans to upgrade to Release 12, so I am looking to use XML Publisher. I have a couple of questions:
Is this an add-on?
Where is the best place to obtain navigation guides and tutorials to teach myself this?
I have had a look at some of the pre-defined templates already and I am not sure how to create my own rtf file so that my required fields are passed to the template.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

HT1692 Have recently installed itunes and outlook on a new computer. Have multiple email accounts set up in Outlook tho only use contacts and calendar in relation to one of these. Cannot sync itunes with the correct contacts and calendars, Help!

My new computer is 64-bit running Windows 7 pro, SP1 and Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus 32-bit
My phone is a 4S runing iOS 6.1.3
Very frustrated now that I have recently installed itunes and outlook on this new computer. Everything worked perfectly ok on my laptop which was also 64-bit Windows 7 and running 32-bit Microsoft Office 2010 Pro. I have multiple email accounts set up in Outlook tho only use contacts and calendar in relation to one of these. Cannot sync itunes with the correct contacts and calendars, when I sync the calendar and contacts are empty. Not sure if there is any way to point itunes to particular address books and calendars.
I have installed and uninstalled itunes 3 times and thank goodness have a backup

I had my home computer set up to sync to work's Exchange server. It worked well, but I didn't like seeing work email messages and other programs trying to sync with my default Outlook folder, which was then the Exchange (& work related) .ost file. I know there are various ways to manage those problems using filters, view, subfolders, etc., but it was a hassle for me. I think it could work well for many other folks.
For now, I have published my work calendar and subscribed to that calendar on my home computer. So I have view only access to my calendar on my home computer (and I can add/edit calendar items on my iPad (or Outlook Web Access) when away from work). This is not quite what I wanted, but it may work.
It almost makes me long for the days when I used my Windows Mobile Treo to sync back and forth between exchange at work and outlook at home (but had many sync conflicts as a result).

Calendar Help Needed

My wife and I have the iPhone 4S, both have multiple Gmail accounts and use the Calendar on the phone. Our problem is that when she puts something in the calendar, I am not getting it on mine. We did for awhile with new items going to the other phone but something has changed and have no idea what the proper settings should be. Any help would be greatly appreciated as to what settings need to be made to both be able to get whatever the other puts in the calendar. Thanks,

I undertand that you're talking about your iPad.
Are you using an IMAP account?
If so, open that account in the Mail app sidebar and then tap the Edit button.
A New Mailbox button will then be available to create a folder.
But, as I said before, this is only availble if you're using an IMAP email account.

Error in my build.xml file (help with spotting syntax error requested)
