XML objects cannot be viewed

Question

I logged in as user TEST and registered an XML schema as follows:

DBMS_XMLSCHEMA.registerSchema('AllocEnvelope.xsd', xsd_file, TRUE, TRUE, FALSE, TRUE, FALSE, '', 0);

WHEN OTHERS THEN
dbms_output.put_line('Error is: '||SQLERRM);
END;
As user TEST, I queried the following results of the schema registered:
SQL> select owner, schema_url, local, qual_schema_url
2 from all_xml_schemas
3 where schema_url = 'AllocEnvelope2.xsd';

ERROR:
ORA-04043: object Allocation409_COLL does not exist
SQL> desc AllocId394_TAB
ERROR:
ORA-04043: object AllocId394_TAB does not exist
Is there any reason why I get the error that these objects don't exist and cannot be described and yet they do exist after the XML schema was registered?

try this:
SQL> desc "AllocId394_TAB"
the objects in XML are case sensitive.
