Zero bonds: no cash flow in for amount at end of term?

Hello
When I create a zero bond with FTR_CREATE I can post the initial payment (95000 EUR) at start of term and the amount (100000) (5 % interest over a year) that we would get back at end of term in the Structure tab page. In the Cash Flow tab page I do not see the payment at end of term?

Hi ,
The repayment flows for bond are created  at security account  level .Hence the repayment flow wont be part of cash flow tab , in the menu bar of the transaction the position cash flow button has to be pressed then it will navigate to two views , one is cash flow tab and another one at valuation area level in both views the repayment flows displayed .

  • Cash flow statement...shows zero

    Dear all,

    Hi,
It looks that there is something going wrong in designing your Cash flow Statement.
You need to create a FORM in FSI4 and assign the same to report in FSI1.
You can see some of the standard cash flow forms in FSI5 or FSI6.
In your element definition, you need to pick the FS Item from Available characteristics to Selected Characteristics. FS Item is nothing but the node in your Financial Statement Version (FSV). You can see the FSV that has been created for your Chart of Accounts (COA) in OB58.
You should have a proper format for the Cash Flow Reporting for example:
    1) Sales Revenues
    Minus
    2) Material Disbursements
    Minus
    3) Personnel Disbursements
    Minus
    4) Financial Charges
    Plus
    5) Other Incomes
    Minus
    6) Other operating disbursements
    Minus
    7) Taxes from Incomes
    =
    CASH FLOW
Like this you design your Cash Flow reporting then you start adding / substracting the nodes. Before, starting this activity, I would recommend that you go through your FSV and make sure that it is complete in all respects.

  • Cash flow Report-profit centres

My requirement is to make cash flow reports for profit centres.  In our case new GL is activated with profit centre clearing scenario.  Is the standard reports is based on Profit centres or company codes ?

    Hi Prasanna
In the BP master you set a delay of 7 days for example, as this customer always pays 7 days late. The cash flow report will take the due date of an invoice and add 7 days. So if you run the cash flow report by weeks, then the due amount for that BP should move to the next week for example.

  • Cash Flow summary report

    Hi All,
The user was trying to run the following report.
    Report: ZKIOR095
    Description
This report is a variant of the cash flow report for use by the
ngineering department. The report is unique because it mixes both actuals and budget on a given line reporting on each IO.
The report lists on line per IO. Each line list a cash flow figure for each month. The monthly cash flow figure is either actuals or budget based on the crossover period number entered on the selection screen.
If the month is less than or equal to the crossover period, actuals will be display. If the month is greater than crossover period, budget amounts will be displayed. Excess and unused budget amounts are carried over to the next month and only December allows a negative budget amount to be displayed.
    Thanks,
    Shravya

    Hi,
You can do this in the function group's TOP include for the keyword FUNCTION-POOL.
You need to go to the function module's function group and then in the top-include(Include with TOP in the name) you can do this.
    FUNCTION-POOL zfunction_group MESSAGE-ID zms_cl.

  • How to create a Cash Flow Statement?

    Dear all:
I am trying to create a Cash Flow Statement, and my approach is to use Dimension formula to calculate on the fly. Is my approach the best practice, or should I use script logic instead?
Based on my understanding, if I use Dimension formula, I won't need to create new set Dim members to store the calculated values (such as Increase (Decrease) in A/R = A/R this month - A/R last month). However, I am having problem constructing the formula in FORMULAH1 column.
Given above A/R example, I tried to use [NetAR] - ([NetAR],[Time].[PRIOR]) to get the difference in value between this month and last month, but I received error message saying that "The hierarchy '[PRIOR]' was not found in the cube when the string, [TIME].[PRIOR], was parsed". Is there anyway to retrieve Next or Prior months data in MDX?
If my approach is not correct, please advise correct way.
P.S. I have searched the forum and someone mentioned using Account Transformation logic. I looked up Administration Help file but didn't grasp the concept of Account Transformation logic. Can someone explain in detail for me?
    Thank you for your help!
    Brian

Try not to use DIMENSION LOGIC, unless it is really simple.
This is a set of ideas from the BPC 5 demo that I often use for Cash Flow Statements.  This may be modified for your use, but the idea is consistent. Just remember to prep the customer to understand that 1 time charges and 1 off changes to CF statements are more often added and managed manually since it they would always impact a CF report.
Logic from version 5 BPC Demo- Finance App
    *INCLUDE SYSTEM_CONSTANTS.LGL
    *SYSLIB CONSOLIDATION_LIBRARY.LGL
// MOVE INCOME STATEMENT ITEMS TO CASH FLOW STATEMENT
    RUNSUMMARIZE(ThisApp,CF_SUMM,%CATEGORY_SET%,%LC_RPT_CURR%)
//CALCULATE BALANCE SHEET MOVEMENTS AND POST TO CASH FLOW STATEMENT
    *SELECT(%FROM_ACCOUNT%, "[ID]", "ACCOUNT", "[CF_TO_ACCT] <> ''")
    *XDIM_MEMBERSET ACCOUNT = %FROM_ACCOUNT%
    *XDIM_ADDMEMBERSET TIME = PRIOR
    *XDIM_MEMBERSET RPTCURRENCY=%LC_RPT_CURR%
    *WHEN TIME
          *IS %TIME_SET%
                *REC(ACCOUNT=ACCOUNT.CF_TO_ACCT)
          *IS PRIOR
                *REC(FACTOR=-1,ACCOUNT=ACCOUNT.CF_TO_ACCT,TIME=NEXT)
    *ENDWHEN
    *COMMIT
    Changes to above:
    Dependencies (libraries, properties, etc.)
    - SYSTEM_CONSTANTS.LGL
    - CONSOLIDATION_LIBRARY.LGL u2013 to run the Business Rules section
    - The following dimensions, members and properties are assumed
              Account
CF_TO_ACCT property which is on all base level accounts which are part of the cash flow statement. The value should be the cash flow account that they map to. The dimension values are the IDs so they are all assumed as names
CF_SUMM property used to move the income statement items to the cash flow statement. Contains the formulas on the destination cash flow accounts that map the Income statement accounts.
Time u2013 just the dimension name
              RptCurrency
              CURRENCY_TYPE property with a value of  L or R
    What does it do?
Step 1 - MOVE INCOME STATEMENT ITEMS TO CASH FLOW STATEMENT
Use the formulas in the CF_SUMM accounts to move income statement values to the cash flow statement for all currencies based on the Currency_Type property
Step 2 - CALCULATE BALANCE SHEET MOVEMENTS AND POST TO CASH FLOW STATEMENT
    ·        Select all accounts that have values in the CF_TO_ACCT property
    ·        Add the Prior time period to the time memberset
    ·        Run this process for all currencies based on the Currency_Type property
    ·        Take the value in the current period and the negative value of the prior period to calculate the periodic cash flow amount and write to the account designated in the CF_TO_ACCT property
IMPORTANT NOTE: this step does have an issue that will be corrected in future versions of the sales demo. The issue is that if you run this logic for 2007.MAR, the negative balance for 2007.MAR will be written to 2007.APR as well as 2007.FEB being written to 2007.MAR. The logic needs to be changed as follows to work
First create two members in the DataSrc dimension that both consolidate to PreAdj member of the DataSrc dimension named CF_Current and CF_Prior
Add the following statement after the *XDIM_MEMBERSET RPTCURRENCY=%LC_RPT_CURR%
    *XDIM_MEMBERSET DATASRC=
Change the REC statements as follows
    *REC(ACCOUNT=ACCOUNT.CF_TO_ACCT,DATASRC=u201CCF_Currentu201D)
    *REC(FACTOR=-1,ACCOUNT=ACCOUNT.CF_TO_ACCT,TIME=NEXT,DATASRC=u201CCF_Prioru201D)
Hope this helps somewhat.  It is really hard to send this detailed stuff usingthe FORUM.

  • RE-FX - Transaction RERAPP - No cash flow planned records found in selected

    Hi everybody.
I am running the transaction RERAPP - periodic posting: contracts, and the following message is returned:
No cash flow planned records found in selected period
    Message no. RERAPP012
    Someone knows how to solve?
    Thank you.
    Lucas

    Hi Lucas,
The following are the reasons for the message.
    1. In the Terms tab of RECN, next to contract start date you can find a field called "Cash flow start date", Check whether it is start date of the contract or not, as based on that date system generates(plans) cash flow which gets posted by RERAPP.
    2. In the RERAPP screen due date field by default shows <= symbol, means any cash flow planned before or on the date given should be posted. So, check your RERAPP Run's Due date and Green color symbol next to it, and enter contract end date there to see cash flow.
    3. In some cases i observed that if you reverse your RERAPP postings and try to rerun RERAPP with modified condition amount, system showing the above message, so in this case we need to regenerate the cash flow using the regenerate cash flow Transaction code available in RE-FX> Tools> Cash flow regenerate for the given period, then need to execute RERAPP as explained above.

    Bala.

  • Cash Flow Statement - Average Delay Field Effects

    Hi Everyone,
Can somebody please explain exactly how the average delay on the business partner record affects the cash flow statement?
I ran a cash flow statement for 7/01/2008 thru 7/31/2008.  I then found an invoice that was to be paid the week of 7/28/2008 (it hasn't been paid yet), and opened up the corresponding business partner record and changed the average delay from 0 to 10.  I then re-ran the aging and nothing has changed.  The invoice still appears in teh 7/28/2008 week to be paid.  Am I missing a step or something?  If I understand correctly, the invoice should have moved into the next week on the cash flow statement as this is when the customer will be paying it according to past payment schedules.
    Thank you for your help.
    Amanda

    Hi Amanda
I just tested on 2007A PL37 and it worked fine. Moved to week based on due date + average delay. Are you sure you ticked the "Consider Delays in Payment" box? Also check again if the master record was updated with the average delay value you gave it. Let me know what version of SAP Business One you are running.
    Kind regards

  • How to change payment date in cash flow

    Hello Experts,
Ive had a facility with commitment fee.  The calculated figure of the commitment fee is correct which based on period end date and the payment date in the cash flow tab was also the end date but I wanted to change the payment date in the cash flow of the commitment fee  but the system does not allow me even if Im in an edit mode.
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks,
    Kath

    Hi Katherine,
I can suggest you another solution for the case when calculation of the respective cash flow is correct, however you have kind of fluctuating payment date. Instead of correcting it in a deal, you can post it with different date as planned, so when you run TBB1, you have to specify the required date in the field 'Posting date instead of due date' in the set of fields 'Posting control'.
So you can actually use this feature for those irregular cases.
    Hope it can help you.

  • Cash flow report monthly? 2013

How can i report the tasks' cash flow monthly or daily? I use MsP 2013 professional
    Thanks very much.

    selcukz --
Allow me to officially give you the bad news that it is NOT possible to create a cash flow report in Project 2013 that looks like the Cash Flow report in all previous versions of the software.  The problem with the new Reports feature is that it will
not allow you to display a chart with tasks on the vertical axis and time on the horizontal axis.
What you will need to do instead is to create a new Visual Report for Excel.  Before you go to all the bother of trying to create a completely new Visual Report, I was able to modify the existing Cash Flow Report in only a few steps to accomplish
what you want to see.  Here is what I did and you can try it:
    1.  Open a project and then click the Report tab to display the Report ribbon.
    2.  In the Export section of the Report ribbon, click the Visual Reports button.
    3.  In the Visual Reports ?? Create Report dialog, click the Select Level of Usage Data pick list at the bottom of the dialog and select either Days or Months.  I selected Months.
    4.  Select the Cash Flow Report for Excel and click the View button.
    5.  In the resulting Excel workbook, click the Task Usage tab to display the Task Usage worksheet.
    6.  In the PivotTable Field List sidepane, deselect the Cumulative Cost field.
    7.  In the PivotTable Field List sidepane, select the Tasks dimension and the Monthly Calendar dimension.
You should see the Monthly Calendar dimension in the Column Labels section of the sidepane, the Tasks dimension in the Row Labels section of the sidepane, and the Cost dimension in the Values section of the sidepane.  If you do not seem them in the
correct sections, move them around until they match my description.
    8.  In the Task section of the PivotTable, completely expand all of the summary tasks so that you can see all of the detail tasks in the project.
    9.  In the Year section of the PivotTable, expand the Year dimension until you see months across the top of the PivotTable.
    10.  Click the Design tab to display the Design ribbon with the PivotTable Tools applied.
    11.  In the Layout section of the Design ribbon, click the Report Layout pick list button and select the Show in Compact Form item.
    12.  Select all of the numbers in the PivotTable and apply currency formatting as desired.
After modifying the default Cash Flow Report for Excel, if this is what you want to see, then you will need to completely create from scratch as a new Visual Report for Excel.  In Project 2013, I believe this is the best way to recreate the old Cash
Flow report we used to see in Project 2010 and earlier versions.  Hope this helps.

  • Cash flow code

    Hi,
My client wants to enter the cash flow code on business transaction entry level like Business area and cost centers. He wants the complete cash flow statement for the same (Not a Legal Cash flow statement S_ALR_87012271 - Cash Flow (Direct Method))
How can i get this cash flow code??? and what will be pre requisites for the same???
    Thanks in advance,
    Shobha.

    Hello,
If you want to include them make sure entries in OBC4 and OB41 (field status of the fields).
You can design your own cash flow as follows:
You need to create a form by using FSI4. You must be conversant with the basic report painter designing. Before doing this make sure your FSV must have been configured. All the items must have been taken into consideration. There is no need to create a separate FSV. Refer if you are not sure how to create FSI5 and FSI6. You will have some standard forms.
Assign this form to report in FSI1. For standard forms refer FSI2 and FSI3.
Please let me know if you need further help.
    Regards,

  • Cash flow configaration

    hi experts,
this is ram, i need small help from you experts, now i lam looking for the cash flow configaration , its very urgent to me , if any one having could you please forward to the following id ramutadepalligmail.com
i hope will get reply soon ...........
    thanks in advance ..................

    Hello Ramu,
I posted a similar thread just a couple days ago.    Then I did a search on "Cash Flow".  You will find that over time this appears to be a recurring question.  By doing the search you may find answers to your question regarding configuring cash flow.
I will say this, that without Multiple Currencies turned on in FI the whole cash flow process for consolidated purposes appears to be not very easily done in SAP.  I have created a Report Painter report for company codes with the same Local Currency but when you attempt to combine multiple company codes with multple currencies it appears to be a bit more difficult.
    Best of luck,
    Dan

  • How does the iTuens Store cash flow work?

    Hi there,
we're new here and we would like to ask for experiences as to how the cash flow works for the Apple Store.
Let's say, we submit an app.
    - How long does it approx. take for it to get approved?
    - How long does it take until the income from the app actually reaches the submitter?
    - Are there differencies concerning the cash flow between the customer's payment methods?
    - If yes, of what nature are they?
    - Is the Apple's share directly substracted from the price or does the submitter has to pay it out some other way?
Thank you very much for any precise info whotsoever.
