I've run various antivirus and Malware scans and CCleaner. The phrase is:

I'm not posting this from the affected computer, which is a laptop at home; I'm at work right now.
I'm trying to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling and any unforeseen problems that might cause (like lost bookmarks), that would be more annoying than this issue is.

Good post, and glad to hear you had a solid transition. Mine went well too, though I think I beat the rush.
It's worth noting that the vast and overwhelming majority of headaches people were experiencing were related to download and activation servers (as well as credit check servers for some mobile carriers) being crushed and overwhelmed.
To give you an idea of just how crushed, here are some numbers. In the last year, something in the neighborhood of 8 million iPhones have been sold. That's just shy of 22,000 per day. So the typical traffic is around 22,000 times a day, someone is hitting the server for update/activation.
This weekend, Apple sold 1 million iPhones. In other words, 333,333 phones per day. Holy crap!
As if that wasn't enough, there are 8 million of us out there with the first generation iPhone. Not only do we need to download the new firmware, but we have to install it. The installation process requires hitting the activation server again, to validate the phone. Mind you, not everybody upgraded this weekend, but a few million did. For the sake of argument, we'll assume that's 1 million a day. So, instead of the normall traffic of 22K phones a day, those activation servers got SLAMMED with 1.33 million activations per day.
It ***** that some people had delays and hiccups and a hard time and everything, but completely understandable. With luck things will run more smoothly from here on out.

This is my first time posting here, so I'm sorry, I re-read my post several times and honestly did think I provided enough information, but you're right, it wasn't the right kind. I work with jpg, psd, ai, svg, and pdf files. Most of my stacks are three different file types of the same image, usually jpg, psd/ai, and pdf.
I have not recieved any error messages
I am not having issues opening raw files, I am not having printing issues, I have listed the troubleshooting steps I have taken.

Have yu tried the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod.

Dymasearch comes up CONSTANTLY when using the Firefox search toolbar. I'm not bothered with those weasels in any other browser.

When I opened Yahoo mail from Firefox the font size suddenly shrunk and I can hardly read it. Font size in emails not affected. Inbox, sent list etc are all much smaller.
No problem when using Safari.

Gmail loads/refreshes several times without letting me compose an email only in firefox not other browsers like IE.

Whay am I having script errors with some of my websites only on Firefox, not other browsers, causing the computer to freeze for a bit at a time.

I keep getting "script" errors and my computer locking up while using Mozilla Firefox on some of my websites. I don't have this problem while using Internet Explorer. Keyboard language changed only in Firefox not other programmes

I have Firefox in English but I use a Spanish keyboard, meaning some keys like question marks or quotation marks are in different places, there are accents, a key for ç, etc. It has always worked normally but today, while the keyboard is working correctly with all other programmes in Firefox it works as if the settings were changed to an English (I think) keyboard.
I don't have that problem with Chrome though, it's just Firefox. How is that possible (add question mark here, I can't guess what key I'im supposed to use for it).
I haven't changed anything in the settings, so the only possibility could be some kind of shortcut I've accidentally pressed, even though I don't know how that's even possible, as I assumed you can't have several keyboard language settings selected at the same time depending on the programme you're using.
I type in different languages so this is terribly annoying! Thanks for any help.

It is possible that you have switched the keyboard layout by accident by using the key sequence to rotate the layout.

Getting a link error only in Firefox, not Chrome and not IE

I'm not the best at coding and I can't figure out why this link works in Chrome, and works in IE, but not Firefox, when you click on the coupon it gets an error. Any idea why??

Why do I get "Oops! Firefox could not find..." a lot only with Firefox not other browsers ?

All too often, I continue to clink on links and firefox can not connect to those link the first time and sometimes the second time, but eventually it does. How can I prevent this annoyance or should I just switch to a different browser that doesn't have that problem?

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.
