Commitment and budget value updation in R/3 from Shopping cart

Hi,
I implemented extended classic scenario of SRM, so I create shopping in my SRM system and not anymore purchase requisition in SAP R/3. As a consequence in SAP R/3 all the controlling standard reports don't display any data about commitment from shopping basket.
SAP SRM only does budget check for shopping carts, but it doesn't post to funds management after the shopping cart's creation and approval. Our client requirement is to update commitment in funds management just after the approval of the shopping cart, just like purchase requisitions of MM does. Does anybody have passed through this problem? How can I solve it?
How can I get commitment from SRM in a standard or custom way?

Actuals after Commitment and Budget Carry forwards

We recently did a Commitment Carry Forward using CJCF from year 2009 to 2010 (but did not do budget carry forward) and this added the Assigned amount by USD 100 in 2010 for the WBS Element.
I have some doubts and my questions are :
1) when I do the Goods Receipt in 2010 for the commitments carried forward, will the system check for 2009 budget or 2010 budget ?
2) if it checks for 2009 budget and adds to the actuals in 2010, will it not be an incorrect business process ?
3) what would have happened if the budget had also been carried forward from 2009 to 2010.

In budget tolerence limit setting if you have maintained budget check ++ means for all trancastion the system will check for budget against posting values whenever you execute any transaction system will compare the values against available budget of posting year.
in you case at the time po coiitments are created in 2009 and checked for available budget for 2009 now you are posting GR / service entry in year 2010 at this time your PO commitments are going to transfer to actuals but as posting is happening in 2010 system will check for the budget availability for year 2010.
so for any annual budget project at the end of year you have to carryforward commitments and buget to next year.

Report Internal Order needed - showing Plan and Budget Values?

Hello,
I want to create a report (Report Writer/Painter) which shows for example in one column the planned values and in another column the budget value of an order group.
I know the standard reports S_ALR_87012993 - Orders: Actual/Plan/Variance and the other standard report S_ALR_87013019 - List: Budget/Actual/Commitments.
My question: Is it possible at all to have these both values plan and budget by order/order group in one report? - Or it is not possbile because these values are stored in different tables and different libraries?
If it is possible with Report Writer, I would be very glad - if not, is there any other chance (e.g. individual programmed report)?

both are report painter reports for libraries 6O1 and 6O2 which are based on reporting tables CCSS and RWCOOM.
Try to find all value fields that you need in 6O2 / RWCOOM as this is the "big brother" of 6O1/ CCSS.

SRM 7 - defaulting values for multiple line items on shopping cart

Hi,
We are using SRM 7 - Employee self service - Punch out catalogues and describe requirements.
Our scenario is this:
- User is responsible for creating shopping carts for numerous cost centres/other users
- Shopping cart will have multiple line items (but the cost centre/other user will be same for all line items)
- Is it possible to define in a shopping cart that all line items will have a specific value? E.g. all line items will be assigned to a specific cost centre?
I know about assigning dedault values in PPOMA_BBP - but our situation is where user does not want to use this default value this time, but another value
Any suggestions?

To confirm, did you use the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI (in conjunction with the BBP_ITEM_CHECK_BADI) to look at different cost centres on the multiple lines on the shopping cart?
Also - did you use the same BADI to give user opportunity to enter a default cost centre that is then automatically applied to all line items on the cart?

Copy fixed text values from shopping cart to PO in SRMSERVER 5.5

Hi,
We use SRMSERVER 5.5 and want to use text schemas with fixed values to allow the user to in the shopping cart select specific predefined texts that should be visible on the output of the PO.
When looking at the IMG documentation for standard text schemas, there is one line saying "Note: The system can only copy the long texts for text types for which no fixed values have been defined in Customizing for the source text schema or for the text type in the follow-on document."
Do you have any idea how we can copy the fixed values to the PO from the shopping cart? I have taken a look at BADI BBP_LONGTEXT_BADI but I am not sure how this badi coudl help for the transfer of fixed values.

we are creating PR thru n/w with item category L.we take 3rd party PR. we are not using MRP and BOM procedure. PR's value comes in commitment column in 533 report. but when we are converting these prs in PO in 533 report commitment column values are not coming. this is my problem.
when we take item category N all things are ok.

My spouse (who has now passed away) had an itouch with an itunes library on an IMac. here is the problem, I bought an new iphone 6 and wanted to sync with my windows xp library and of course my itunes version is out of date and I need to update it...well I try and update the version and it will not update the Itunes library and when I researched it I would have to upgrade from XP to Windows 7...r they kidding me...first of all my computer is old and a pain in the *** but I have my itunes library on it. Sp to get my phone working I sync'd it on the IMac and my spouses Itunes library has been sync'd to my iphone and I don't know how to get my library on it...After thinking about it I want to combine the libraries after all there are some purchases on each one.

Ashka, I have tried to "transfer purchases from device" but that is what I am saying that I do not see the app in the "mobile applications" directory after I do that process. VCS and How to Update OpenSSL to Protect from HeartBleed Vulnerability

This will probably be best addressed via a service ticket to Cisco, but thought I'd start here.
The vulnerability described here: http://heartbleed.com/ is definitely in our VCS infrastructure- perhaps as a Cisco variant, but definitely present. Is this something that Cisco typically will release a patch for, or are we supposed to update the box as like any other Linux based system. I'm concerned with warranty implications.

Create zero value PO lines from shopping cart

Hi all!
We are running extended classic scenario.
I have a scenario were I want to create a Shoppingcart with several items with the value zero (otherwise it is complete with vendors and all mandatory items). In standard this will result in a held, incomplete PO in the purchasers list.
Instead I want to create a zeroline in a PO and unflag it for invoice expected and in the backend integration flag it as free of charge. The problem I face is how do I prevent it from ending up at the purchasers list as incomplete?
Any ideas?

It is exactly what I want to archive, but I woul like to do it automatically so that it does not go to sourcing cockpit, neither as a held, incomplete purchase order.

at this time the value updation is not required so we can use unvaluated material type UNBW

in ono quantity update can be use in scenario of returnable packaging where u dont want to make any quantity updates and also value updates when u transfer the matrial

IM27 Budget Values not Carried Fwd

I have run the program IM27 to carry forward the structure and budget values to the new year, however when I check the budget for the new year no figures have been transferred, is there another step that needs to be carried out?

In IM52 when I select original budget I see no values and get the message "only supplements are allowed for carried-fwd measure' when I select supplements I see the figures, why has the original budget not been updated?
So if I have order from the last year and I want to increase the budget in the current year do I increase the budget in IM32 and enter the value against a measure in IM52 as a supplement or budget?

You mean to say in CJ40 not in CJ30.
Step 1: Go to PRPS Table and enter the WBSE and get the OBJNR no.
Step 2:Pass the OBJNR in RPSCO and you can get the planned cost value.Note WRTTP should be 1.
