Which is the table where we can get WBS description & planned cost in PS?
and any other table or report where we can see the comparison & see the balance of planned cost value and budget value

Hi,
You mean to say in CJ40 not in CJ30.
Step 1: Go to PRPS Table and enter the WBSE and get the OBJNR no.
Step 2:Pass the OBJNR in RPSCO and you can get the planned cost value.Note WRTTP should be 1.

For WBS description, please use table PRPS. Use the field POSID.I dont know whether there is any table for plan cost.However we use table COSS for Cost totals for internal postings & table COSP for Cost totals for external postings.

In which Table and field can i find planned costs for maintenance order. I need this info for individual orders and not collective planned costs.

You should be able to get that from table PMCO. It holds the cost for the order at the Value category level. You would have to sum up the cost from different value categories to arrive at the total planned cost of the order. The estimate and actual cost at the value category level is also available from the same table.
The same information can also be obtained from the controlling tables of COSS,COSP and COEP.

CO-PA Planning Costs(Budget) in SAP R/3

Hi All,
I am in the process of devloping the report of Cost per Cost Center.
I found the data source(CO_OM_CCA_9)for actual costs per cost element.
But i did not find the data source for Planning costs with respect to cost element.
I need the information of the souce table(CO-PA) which contains the planning data with respect to cost element.

thanks a lot for your help.
the data source CC_7 does not provide the planning data with respect to Cost elements, it gives with respect to cost center.
CC_1 and CC_9 both are providing the actuals.
but the tables CE* are giving some meaningful information to me.
I found the solution for my problem(with the help of CO consultant).
Planning data is available in COEP & COEJ tables
COEP - with respect to Fiscal year period
COEJ - with respect to Fiscal year.

Hi,
Tables for groups are SETNODE and SETLEAF. Select by object class the required group (cost centres, cost elements, etc.) The tables for planning are COKP (primary) and COKS (secondary).

Assessment Cycle for Planned Cost

Hi,
I have production cost centers and dept cost centers for which cost center planning has been maintained in KP06. I have maintained assessment cycle for planned costs with planned skf. When I run the cycle, system is apportioning the costs based on the factors maintained.
However on execution, without test tun, the system is posting the costs to the receiver cost centers as Actual Costs and not Planned Costs..
Can anyone tell me what is the reason?

Have you created ur assessment cycle in T.Code: S_ALR_87005540 - Define Assessment for Plan cost (or) S_ALR_87005742 - Define Assessment for Actual cost. Assessment cycle execution t.code. KSUB for Plant cost posting. and KSU5 for actual cost posting.
If you define cycle in S_ALR_87005540, Please check have u select Plan (or) Actual Radio button

Check for Maintenance Cost Budgeting

Dear All,
From EHP 5, there is one button in Order create/change screen called "Check for Maintenance Cost Budgeting", but couldn't find any documentation regarding it. I want to know total functionality of that button. Can anyone help me regarding this?

I am not able to check using CJI4 or CJI9 report.

Hi Jess,
Have you checked the navigation part which is being displayed on left hand side of report S_ALR_87013565 and S_ALR_87013533.? There you have option to check transaction currency and object currency when you double click on it.
In case if it is not being displayed under navigation. Then you can bring them on from transaction code CJE2. For eg: Report group for S_ALR_87013533 is 12KST1C. Double click on it and it will open up to do changes in report layout and many more. There you also have options to bring on transaction currency too. Similarly, you can check for other report groups as well just by checking the report description.
But I am not sure if suits your requirements. Wait for other experts to comment on this.

Issue - automatic release block in MRBR for planned costs (tol KW/PP)

Tolerance key KW is defined for planned costs. The tolerance is correctly selected in MIRO and invoices are blocked appropriately; there is no issue in MIRO.
The block for planned costs is indicated as a price variance in MRBR and the condition is listed. When MRBR is executed in 'Release Automatically' mode, system checks the tolerances defined under tolerance key PP rather than KW. MRM_TOLERANCE_CHECK is called for tolerance key PP.
Because the tolerance amount for tolerance key PP is checked rather than tolerance key KW (planned costs), invoices are released erroneously. The tolerance for KW should be checked instead.
Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, what action did you take?

Thank you for your input. However, this does not solve the issue. The tolerances should be checked appropriately in MRBR in the same way as in MIRO. KW should be checked for planned costs and PP for the articles.

PLM table for Internal Order budget, Actual Cost and Actual Hrs

Dear all
In cProjects version 4.0, we have integration with existing ECC 6.0. We create Internal Order manually and assign it to cProjects.
One cProject having one Internal Order.
Resource Planning part is managed in cProjects while Actual Time keeping(CATS with reference to Internal Order), budgeting of Internal Order, Material and Service Procurement which is done against Internal Order is managed in ECC. ECC and PLM are separate systems.
We have RFCs established to transfer actual hrs, budget and actual cost data from ECC to PLM.
Which is the ABAP table in PLM where we get linking of cProject with Internal Order and also actual hrs, budget and actual cost data in PLM system?

Its not there, actual hours can be found in DPR_Task but it needs to be transferred by running a report.
The planned cost etc is also calculated at runtime and passed on to Costing object in ECC (Int order/PS)
Actual hours will be in CATSDB in ECC
needless to say actual cost will also be there in ECC and not in PLM, PLM only displays at runtime based on RFC.
If you want to try, Break the RFC and try to check the Evaluation..

Report Internal Order needed - showing Plan and Budget Values?

Hello,
I want to create a report (Report Writer/Painter) which shows for example in one column the planned values and in another column the budget value of an order group.
I know the standard reports S_ALR_87012993 - Orders: Actual/Plan/Variance and the other standard report S_ALR_87013019 - List: Budget/Actual/Commitments.
My question: Is it possible at all to have these both values plan and budget by order/order group in one report? - Or it is not possbile because these values are stored in different tables and different libraries?
If it is possible with Report Writer, I would be very glad - if not, is there any other chance (e.g. individual programmed report)?

both are report painter reports for libraries 6O1 and 6O2 which are based on reporting tables CCSS and RWCOOM.
Try to find all value fields that you need in 6O2 / RWCOOM as this is the "big brother" of 6O1/ CCSS.

Analyse cost component split for planned costs:total/level/lower

Hi!
when I am executing the CK13N, I am able to get total cost , this level cost, lower level cost for each cost componenet and same thing from report CK80_99.
But My client is asking a report to know the level cost for header material in process order with actual production quantity.
So, I need to know, what are the tables, where i can see total, this level, lower costs each cost component structure wise.
I have checked KEKO & KEPTH, but not able to get this level cost directly.
can any one give tables regarding this.

Its not possilnbe... In Prod order, you issue material at say iits Std cost.. This will be issued at one single value.... You dont get breakup of the SFG material in the FG Production order
