CRM Serviceordermanagment - Configuration

Hello,
we are using SAP CRM 2007 and SAP ECC 6.0.
My question is if anybody has already set up the serviceorder in CRM with integration to R/3 logistics execution, Controlling and billing? Could anybody provide a configuration guide? We haven´t set it up yet but we plan to do this in the next weeks.
Thank you
Best regards
Manfred

  • CRM Factsheet configuration

    Hi All,
I need to configure CRM Factsheet ISU_BUPA_FS in my custom business role.
Currently its visible in only one business role.
How can I make it available on other business roles.
    Thanks
    Nikhil

    Hi Nikhil,
For which business role this factsheet appears presently?
Just to give you pointer "Account factsheet customizing is defined under sm34 view  "CRMVC_BUIL_PRT", in this customizing PDF smart forms and corresponding factsheet handler classes are registered against PFCG roles, which inturn assigned to business roles.
there could be similar view available for your requirement where we can maintain factsheet based on roles.
    Cheers,

  • Hiding Change Button from CRM ISA Configuration!

    Hi,
I have an requirement to hide the change button in ISA front end (web ISA B2B). From SAP i came to know that this can be achived from ISA configuration level. can someone assist me in this configuration part. how to approch.
    Regards,
    Anil.

    Hi Anil,
What 'Change' do you want to hide on the ISA B2B ? SAP would've suggested that it is a Extended Configuration Management (XCM) Administration setting. It could be accessed from a URL that would be something like http://yourcompany.com/b2b/admin/xcm/init.do.
    Hope this helps.
    Ashok.

  • How to avoid  configuration product downloading from R/3 into CRM

    Hello,
We have CRM 4.0 connected with R/3 backEnd and configurable products are downloading from R/3 into CRM with the whole characteristics.
We don´t use this characteristics in CRM to configure this product and the pricing. Is there any way to avoid this information into CRM??
    1.- Though the Middleware???
2.- Though the Uninstalling IPC(internet pricing configurator)???
3.- though the item category of the Business Transaction.???
It´d be grateful to get a way because actually, when we enter the product, this one has to be configurated because of the errors.
    Thanks a lot,
    Luis Angel Fernández

    Hello Luis,
First of all I am unable to understand how are you getting the characteristic through material download.
All configuration comes through Knowledge Base and its runtime version.
If you want to block configurable materials from flowing to CRM then set the filter on Item Category Group.
I think you must have different item Category group for configurable material.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Configuration is not copied from CRM to ECC

    Hi,
We have one contract in  CRM and configuration for the line items are done in CRM. Now when that contract is replicated in ECC, configuration of that line item is not copied. So when we create sales order with respect to that contract in ECC, we will have to do the configuration manually.
We have observed that the item category for the particular line item in question is active for configuration in CRM and not customized to configuration in ECC. Is it because of that the configuration is not replicated?
    Please help
    Thanks.

the configuration (variant configuration and not customization) that is done in CRM contract is not copied to ECC contract. Is it because that item category in CRM is activated for doing the BOM configuration and the same in ECC is not activated for doing the BOM configuration?
My question is that if item category in ECC is not activated for BOM configuration then is it like that the BOM configuration in CRM will not be copied to ECC?

  • Configuration is not replicated from CRM to ECC for configurable product

    Hi,
We have some materials in the system for which the configuration is not replicated from CRM to ECC.
We create a quotation in CRM and configure it. In CRM,  the configuration is complete and components are properly exploded but when we check the same quotation in ECC, configuration is incomplete with respect to some characteristics and product references.
    Please find below finding
    1. If the same material is created in another plant/company code, the configuration is replicated properly.
    2. We have also checked that the BOM is completely maintained for plants for which configuration is replicated. But we dont think so it could be an issue since if we create the quotation in ECC instead of creating in CRM, for the plant (for which the configuration is not replicated from CRM to ECC),  it is properly exploded and complete.
    3. variant prices are replicated properly even though components are not replicated.
We need to know if we can explode the BOM in the configuration even though complete BOM for the particular plant is not maintained. If its not possible to explode, why it is possible for us to explode the BOM in the configuration in quotation.
    Please  advise.
    Thx.

Use t-code SM59 and check if the following RFC destinations have been created:

    o     R/3 Destination for CRM e.g. CRTCLNT240
    o     R/3 Destination for ISU e.g. ISTCLNT240
o     Logical Destination for Middleware R&R queues – one for current client and one for client 000.                                                                            e.g. SAPCRM_MW_RR_240, SAPCRM_MW_RR_000

    o     Logical system for ISU – e.g. ISTCLNT240
o     Logical system for source client used in client copy – e.g. CRTCLNT200
    •     ISU
    o     Own logical system – e.g. ISTCLNT240
    o     Logical system for CRM – e.g. CRTCLNT240
o     Logical system for source client used in client copy – e.g. ISTCLNT200
Check if own logical system is assigned to the client.
Path: Sending and Receiving systems -> Logical Systems -> Assign Client to Logical      System.
Convert Logical System name in application tables
Use t-code BDLS to convert logical system names in the application system.
    1.     Enter old logical system name retrieved in step 1. e.g. CRTCLNT200
    2.     Enter new logical system name e.g. CRTCLNT240.

  • How to transfer CRM sales order to R/3,delivery to CRM

    Hello All,
I have a basic question, just want to make sure what I am doing right. We have a business scenario where Sales Order is created in CRM and it should be replicated to R/3 for delivery and delivery should be replicated back to CRM for Billing.
Can anyone please narrate how to configure the data transfer between R/3 and CRM.
    thanks,
    Kitcha

    Hi Kitcha,
First of all, delivery document doesn't exist in SAP CRM, just in R/3.
The must common scenario used by SAP CRM customer is:
    1. Sales Order is created in SAP CRM.
    2. This order is transferred automatically to R/3, using SAP CRM Middleware.
    3. A delivery document is created and a good issue is posted using the preceding sales order.
    4. The Billing document is created in R/3, based on delivery document or sales order. However, as you described on your post, you want to use the CRM Billing. In this case, you just can use the sales order created on step 1.
    CRM Middleware configuration:
Please take a look on SAP NOTE 490932 in order to identify all necessary configuration in order to do the data exchange of sales transacions between CRM & R/3.

    Gabriel Santana

  • Document Migration from CRM to SAP Content Server

We are going live with SAP CRM 7.0 next week. CRM team configured some of applications like ITSM, Change Request Management and Transport Request database also as part of implementation.
We got last minute requirement that CRM team would like to go-live with current configuration with current configuration and eventually they would like to migrate all documents to Content server.
We do not have content server in place yet and planning to implement sometime in Feb.  I am trying to explore ways how we can export existing documents created in CRM and migrate to Content server and link it.
    Any ideas/Suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Miral.

In which repository are the documents currently stored in CRM? Please see if Note 688241 on 'Relocating large SAP Content Server Repositories' could be of any assistance to you.
