Does anyone know how I can get a LIVE PERSON on the phone at ITUNES?

God, I'm so frustrated with ITunes, PayPal, and Ebay...why do they all make it so difficult to get live help? You call the customer service numbers and they tell you to go online. If I WANTED TO GO ONLINE, I'D BE ONLINE. I am CALLING YOU because I want to talk to a LIVE PERSON....Thanks for telling me how much my call means to you over and over, but it seems quite insincere. If you were really happy to be getting my call and my business, you'd have saved me the past 2hours I've spent trying to reach you....

I may have fixed the issue myself after a couple of hours. Thank you for your help and responses. I can't believe these companies make it so difficult to contact them for assistance to use their sites. That's why I rarely use them anymore. I've had so many issues with all 3 of those companies that I should just give them all up for good...it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE....I'm frustrated that everyone wants you to listen to their longwinded voice messages and then go to their website.....Not everyone has access to your website dopes...You're supposed to make clearing up issues as easy as possible for your customers to keep them happy - this one is not happy at all. Thanks again for your answers guys. They weren't the answers I wanted, but figured you had the right information....unfortunately, it's the world we live in now.
