Help for finding tables in CO module

Hi all,
I need to create a report based on the profit center group
and cost element group(account number) for a period in a fiscal year which should display in the report for a given profit center group it should display amount both credit and debit for each account number.
so, for getting profit center group i found BAPI_PROFITCENTERGRP_GETDETAIL useful.
and for getting account numbers i found
BAPI_COSTELEMENTGRP_GETDETAIL useful.
But i dont know how to connect these two and to get the amount(both credt and debit) for this i dont know which tables and fields to use.
Please kindly help me.
I found predefined report s_alr_87013326(tcode) is useful for my case.
I have to create the report in the similar manner.
Any help will be appreciated.

I need help for finding tables relating fields INVOICE_ID, NOTIFICATION_ID and APPROVAL_STATUS or WFAPPROVAL_STATUS. I have searched a lot but has been unable to find any table containing all the above mentioned fields. I found the table WF_NOTIFICATIONS for INVOICE_ID, however have been unable to find the latest tables with INVOICE_ID and APPROVAL_STATUS as fields.
All the tables having this combination are either very old tables which are not used anymore or doesnt give the required data. Please let me know where am i going wrong. Once i get the required tables, i need to join the tables to get the required data with the imp fields. Also, the values of WFAPPROVAL_STATUS are not very clear to me. You will have to manually make the table adjustments in all the systems using SE14 trans since the changes done using SE14 cannot be collected in any TR.
How to adjust tables :
Enter the table name in SE14. For ex for any Z master data(Say ZABCD), master data table name would be /BIC/PZABCD, text table would be /BIC/TZABCD. Similarly any DSO(say ZXYZ) table name would be /BIC/AZXYZ00 etc.
Just enter the table name in SE14 trans --> Edit --> Select the radio button "Save Data" --> Click on Activate & adjust database table.
NOTE : Be very careful in using SE14 trans since there is possibility that the backend table could be deleted.
How to collect the changes in TR:
You can collect only the changes made to the IO --> When you activate, it will ask you for the TR --> Enter the correct package name & create a new TR. If it doesn't prompt you for TR, just goto Extras --> Write transport request from the IO properties Menu screen. Once these IO changes are moved successfully, then the above proceduce can be followed using SE14 trans.

These are the steps you have to take first:
1. Please elaborate, your question does not all too clear.
2. Search on SCN.
3. Search on help.sap.com (for creating F4 search help).
I guess you get the picture. Creating an F4 help is quite easy (you can find that on SCN for sure), but what do you mean by
for a table
1.Do you want to create a field which has an F4 help for searching tables or
2. is this field part of a table and you need to have a search help for that field of that table in order to select some sort of value
3. Is this a custom table.
4. Is this a custom field for which F4 help should be added.
5. Won't a domain value do.
6. etc.

need help for finding objects impacted by size change
for xxx infoobject, due to some requirements, the size to be changed from
char(4) to char(10), in the source database tables as well as adjustment
to be done in BI side.

If your requirement is after selecting the document no from f4 help then the corresponding year should be updated in the document year field then use FM --> DYNP_VALUES_UPDATE

F4 help for ALV table field

Hi Experts,
I need to implement F4 help for ALV table field.
I my scenario, I am using two views. If we click on any record in fist view then it displays the popup window (second view) with relevant record details.
Here one of the columns having fieldnames corresponding values (old values), for correcting old values I have created new value editable column, we can enter new value for old value then we can save it. Till this functionality is ok.
Then I have included OVS help for new value field. Here I need to get f4 help for newvalue field relevant to fieldname.
For example: user clicks on f4 in cell (new value) then if corresponding fieldname is u2018WERKSu2019 then it shows the plant values
Here I can get fieldname, domain name and value table using method set_attribute ().
Same concept I have implemented in ALV using F4IF_FIELD_VALUE_REQUEST. It is working fine
Here I have little bit confusion. Please advise me how to implement in OVS.

F4 help for custom table field - to be used when populating data thru SM30

Hi,
I have a custom table with 5 fields - say A, B, C, D and E. While populating data to the table through SM30, I need to create a F4 help for the field C. A custom function module needs to be used.
I have created a module for the same in the event PROCESS ON VALUE-REQUEST of the function group of the table.
But the F4 for field C depends on the values put in fields A and B.
I am not able to get the values of fields A and B from within the module PROCESS ON VALUE-REQUEST.
Please help me to create the F4 help.

In SRM 7 I defined a dynamic value help for a single field (ZZ_PROLE_R3) of my header custom table.

So I'd like to do as follows:
- the user clicks on the search help for ZZ_PROLE_R3 field of the table;
- the above described value help appears;
- after the selection, both ZZ_PROLE_R3 and ZZ_PROLE_R3_DESC are filled with the selected couple value - text chosen from the value help.
Could anyone help me achieving such a behaviour?
Again, a little request... when I open the above value help dialog box, the window itself has a label "Floorplan Manager application for OIF.." that obviously I'd like to redefine (e.g. "Role selection value help"). Is there any way to do that?

lv_guid is the GUID of the document's header; I need to pass it to the method that populates my value help table because the values in it are derived from some fields on the document. (the situation actually is more complex; there's an RFC call on the backend for which the document is intended for to retrieve the data that populate the value help...).
I'm quite unexperienced on webdynpro and terminology; if dropdown menus are fixed selection option that appears on a field, I guess this is not my case. I did a pair of screenshot to provide an idea of what the solution by now is, and what "I would like to have":

Thanks for the code suggestion, I'll apply that. For what concerns the context node THCUS... It is, by standard, a node which I can't explictly find in the context for the view V_DODC_CT. The problem is that ZZ_PROLE_R3 and the corresponding description field ZZ_PROLE_R3_DESC of the table must be filled with data retrieved dynamically @ runtime from the backend. So I guess I can't populate a val help referring to a dictionary table/field; I'd rather do as follows:
- retrieve what's the target backend for the document (to do so, I have to process the document .. that's why the header guid passed to my method);
- RFC call to a custom method that extracts possible values for the specific backend;
- bind the ammissible values to the value help.

I've tried to check using SE36, i still don't get what i want.
Actualy what i want to do is, determine the business partner for a certain GUID(or OBJECT ID).
I've searched in this forum, some said that i had to connect it through CRMD_ORDER_INDEX.
It didn't work. Although CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDER_INDEX both had GUID field, i can't find same data at those field.
Some also said that i had to use FM 'COM_PARTNER_CONVERT_GUID_TO_NO'.
Aparently i can only found that this FM just for converting PARTNER to PARTNER_GUID (or PARTNER_GUID to PARTNER) that both are on the same table, that is BUT000.
I've tried to match BUT000-PARTNER_GUID with CRMD_ORDERADM_H-GUID or BUT000-PARTNER_GUID with CRMD_ORDER_INDEX-GUID, the result is the same, there aren't match data.
Did i miss some step here?
My next question is, i want to find which field and table that stores message status (New, In Process, Customer Action, Sent to SAP, Solution Proposed, and Confirmed) and how to connect those table to CRMD_ORDERADM_H.

Help for find/change glyphs script

Hi everyone!
I need help for creating a script (or modifying existing script) that should replace every Cyrillic character from an old ASCII font with the same Cyrillic character but from new Unicode font.
For example: Capital letter 'A' GID=107 from old font (Lazurski) should be replaced with 'A' GID=630 from new one (Myriad Pro).
I can do this by using Indesign Find/Change - Glyphs, but this will take me too much time.
So, I need a scrip for this job.
My first attempt was to use the FindChangeByList script by modifying the FindChangelist.txt document, but without success.
Here is what I've used until now:
1) glyph {glyphID:107, appliedFont:"Lazurski"} {glyphID:630, appliedFont:"Myriad Pro"} {caseSensitive:false, includeMasterPages:true, includeHiddenLayers:true, wholeWord:false}

The codes (both ID and Unicode) are correct for sure, but even with correct notation (obviously my was wrong) the script don't change anything.
Here is the line in the FindChangeList:

Update:
Finally, I found what is wrong with the script - the properties "caseSensitive:false".
By removing that properties the script works fine.
So, I successfully converted a book with old ASCII Cyrillic font to Unicode Opentype font.

FM to find Search help for a table field

Hello Colleagues,
is there any function module which would return the search help associated with a table field ?
I tried with the FM F4IF_DETERMINE_SEARCHHELP but it returns search help that is associated with either to table field DE or search helps associated with the value table fields. I need to find only
the search helps that are associated with a table field but not the value tables or fixed values.
For ex. If i pass table_name = 'SFLIGHT' and field_name='CARRID' then it should return me S_CARRIER_ID. but if i pass field_name='CONNID' then it should return nothing..

i have done this as following code:it appears as a range selection parameter but no options available in 2 drop downs.

How to keep f4 help for a particular field in module pool problem-urgent

i am displaying output using alv list display. here i am showing my pf status here. in this status i have one button called position. when i click this button it is showing pop up inside this pop up i am showing appln
for this i need keep f4 help. anybody can tell me how to keep f4 help fo this field.

You need to use function module POPUP_GET_VALUES.
If you want see sampl eprogram for this check the program RSSPO410.
Execute this program and input Example2 = X in the selection screen.

INPUT HELP FOR THE TABLE CONTROLLS

I have an issue in table controlls.
I need to give input help(drop box )in the field of table controlls in the module pool program.

As suggested,this will help you.
RSDEMO_TABLE_CONTROL
If you observed,then you can find that the particular field is maintained as listbox.
In PBO,populate the required values into internal table.
After that loop at the internal table and put it in table control.
The follg. part of code explains it.
LOOP at sdyn_itab into sdyn_sdw4 WITH CONTROL TABLE_CONTROL.
ENDLOOP.
