How do I get I feel lucky to work in the address bar on Mac OSX?

In windows firefox I can just put espn in the toolbar and it finds the site, but in Mac firefox it directs me to ask.com. How can I change this?

I downloaded ZoneAlarm firewall. It has you install Chrome and choose its search engine when you download. I'd heard these were easily removed afterward. I reset Google in the upper right search bar.
Now Firefox starts OK, but each time I use a tab to open another window the ZoneAlarm search is in the address bar and the center search box, and Google search is in the upper right search bar. How can I get rid of all ZoneAlarm search everywhere?

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

Don't worry about that warning. The only content it will delete are the synced copies of your iTunes content from your library. You can add it all back once it's paired again. Be brave

I spoke with a genius at the montreal Apple Store, I asked about unlocks as I am moving to the states for work in the coming month. He mentioned that while carriers generally have to dot he unlocks they have unlocked international phones. My question is has anyone tried to dot his from Canada to the US. Also If you are still under warrenty and get a refurbished one in the US, at what point does it lock to your existing carrier. I was always confused as to how this works.Im sure there a lot of people who are wondering the same thing.

Unlock can be done only by original Carrier. You should get
this straightened out before leaving Canada. Warranty on your
iPhone is not international - if you need any repair or replacement,
you will have to return iPhone to Canada for this to be done.

Sorry I can't help you myself, I am still using Firefox 28 while I try to Customize the 29-plus versions without resorting to using CTR. I have tried it, but I prefer doing my own "cobbles" rather than rely upon an extension that "restores" much what I didn't like about Firefox 4.0 thru 28 and overrides what I do like about Australis. IOW, CTR 'fixes' things about 90% opposite of what I would do, if I had the talent to do a "retro extension".

How can I get my Firefox persona to work with the new version of Firefox?

Everything was working fine, then my computer automatically updated Firefox and my persona background disappeared. It's listed as enabled on the add-ons backgrounds under add-ons manager. I have Foxkeh tail wag. I went and reinstalled it but it still doesn't come on. I went to the firefox personas page and tried to install a different persona. NONE of them work now. How can I get my persona background back?

I took Lion off my Macbook Pro and put Snow Leopard back on and now I can't access Mail or iPhoto. How do I get Mail and iPhoto to work with the Snow Leopard I just put back on?

Hi. I was having slowness problems with my Macbook Pro and thought I would re-install Lion but put Snow Leopard back on by mistake. I bought the computer used with Lion on it and don't have access to the USB drive or a username/password to reinstall Lion. Now I can't access Mail or iPhoto since I put Snow Leopard on.
Is there a way to get my Mail and iPhoto working again with Snow Leopard or do I have to "re-upgrade" to Lion?

You can't. When you converted those libraries to Lion's format, you lost the ability to go backwards. Unless you saved a bootable backup./clone or Time Machine backup of your previous SL installation, you're up the proverbial creek w/o a paddle.

You don't need a power adaptor, get rid of it before you break something. Using an adaptor for the plug only connect directly to the US 110v supply and turn your Mac on.

I am getting annoyed by the site-specific icons that appear next to the location bar. I thought there was a way to disable these icons but I cannot find it. Is there any way to get rid of these icons on my screen?

To open the ''about:config'' page, type '''about:config''' in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

I updated my iPod touch with the new software. I went through all the steps like my location and language and such and I chose to "Restore from iTunes backup". I tap next and connect to iTunes on my computer. It syncs my things and my iPod still says 'connect to iTunes'. I already did that! What do I do?

If the printer connects to the USB port of this print server then for many brands of printer you cannot use the vendor provided driver. Instead you need to look at an alternate driver that supports this type of network connection. Gutenprint is one option and it is preferred because it is free. In previous versions of OS X it was included with the OS but with Lion it is not included so you will have to download it from here.
If the above does not help then please reply with the brand and model of printer you want to connect to the print server. And it would also help if you could provide a bit more detail as to what your issue is.
