How do I get the system to print-out a date at the bottom of page?

When I am at a website and ask for a print-out of the page -
the current date and time of print-out no longer appears at the lower right corner of page.

I have resolved the problem. I will not use your time attempting to explain the process of elimination. However, the end result---
I had taken delivery of a new printer mid-January - it is a HP OfficeJet 6000 (E609) - I wondered if that might be the problem - since I could not ascertain exactly when the print-out problem had presented itself.
O.K. I logged on to the system and brought up the "Google" page to ask for a print-out. I checked for a print - and when the print box appeared I checked on "properties". That showed - to the left: "General Everyday Printing" and over to the right: Page size "A4 210 x 297mm" also the option "letter 8.5" x 11" and Legal 8.5" x 14" - so, I changed it to ask for the "letter - 8.5" x 11" - then I checked to "print" - I believe it was the "OK" - and the "Google: page was printed intact - showing the data generally associated with the top of the page and the date/time at the lower right.
I placed a telephone call the HP this morning to ask them about the "A4" option and was advised that it is a "standard size paper" - but could not explain under set of circumstances it would be applicable.
Hopefully, this data will be helpful to someone - thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.

    Please try the following procedure to print the documents in memory:
    1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.
    2. Load paper.
    3. Press the FAX button.
    The Fax standby screen is displayed.
    4. Press the left Function button.
    The Fax menu screen is displayed.
    5. Select  Memory reference, then press the OK button.
    6. Use the   button to select Print all received documents, then press the OK button.
    The confirmation screen is displayed.
    7. Use the   button to select Yes, then press the OK button.
    All the documents in machine's memory will be printed.
    Each time a document is printed, the screen to confirm whether to delete the printed document in machine's memory is displayed.
    If you select Yes using the   button and press the OK button, the printed document in machine's memory is deleted.

    In Numbers '09, the only lines that print are Cell Borders. Apply borders and test by Printing to PDF.

    No on the book title, no problem there.
    The issue is: my book pages appear as on white paper, no background that resembles a open book and also no option to change fonts. The book was created in iBooks author, there was a problem going with the "Publish" menu route so I was instructed my Apple to "export" the file and submit that. I think that's the problem after reading that iBooks author is a hybrid epub file.

    Mac's don't have UI scale options like Windows has.
    Either you can drop the screen resolution in Displays a wee bit and make things appear distorted, or do what I do and use the Universal Access and set a control key, then use a mouse wheel/scroll to zoom in and out where the mouse is pointed.

    This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

    At the very top of the dreamweaver window just to the left of the search box you will find a drop down menu, here you will find all the different preset views, that are included with dreamweaver.  Assuming that all you have done is manually re-arrange the various panels, simply open the drop down and click 'Reset ........' which is third from the bottom of the list.  If you do rearrange the panels and get them in a view that you like to can save that as a workspace by clicking 'New workspace' and giving it a name, it will then appear at top of the list.

    I found a Business Objects Note with a possible solution.  You can search for Notes yourself by starting at the Business Objects area of this SAP Community Network (SCN) site.
    Go to the [Business Objects link|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc] in the menu bar on SCN.
    Then go to the [Support link|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/businessobjects-support] in the sub menu for Business Objects.
    Now go to the [Business Objects Note link|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/businessobjects-notes] in the left side navigation menu.
    Finally, click on the [Search Business Objects Notes link|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/advancedsearch?cat=sdn_ossnotes&query=&adv=true] in the middle of the page.
    From the Notes Search page click on the Advanced Search link.  For your question I searched on these terms - net page number - and added "boj" (without the quotes) in the Component field for Advanced Search.  The "boj" component helps limit the search to Business Objects components - like the Crystal Reports .NET SDK.
    This search brought up a number of results.  The second result looks like it will address your question:

    Do you have a back up?
    If not you're into using file recovery software like  File Salvage - you can download a free trial and it will scan the disk for you and tell you with might be recoverable. Actual recovery will require that you purchase the app. There may be many files with the same or similar names. Always recover the largest file size.
    There are other such apps. Search on Macupdate or the App Store

    I am using InDesign CS6, and I want to create a Table Style that has the bottom stroke show up, but does not have a table border, such as:
    However, whenever I try to change the Table or Cell strokes so that the last stroke shows up, I get the entire table border, or some strange combination of borders:
    Does anyone have any insight on how I can get the bottom stroke to show up while preserving my other stroke properties? Since I work with long documents, it's necessary to be able to control all of my tables through Table Styles and Cell Styles, and not by manually changing each and every table with the Stroke palette.
    For reference, here are the my current Table Style properties and the resulting table:

    Michael Murphy is the InDesign style-meister. He wrote "Adobe InDesign Styles" for Adobe Press, and did a great Lynda.com title on InDesign styling. Here's what he says in the book:
    "As mentioned at the beginning of this chapter, with all the power of table and cell styles, it is important to understand not only how they work and what they can do for you, but also to understand their limitations.
    "Two formatting features missing in table and cell styles have already been discussed: You will always have to set the column width and row height of cells when applying a table style for the first time, and you will always have to convert body rows to header and/or footer rows every time you apply a table style for first time or update the table's data....
    "But there's another kind of limitation that's important to keep in mind as you are designing tables: It is very easy to design a table that cannot be completely defined by a table style. In many cases, you'll need to define an extra cell style or two that lets you complete for formatting. [my emphasis]."
    So I think that's what you have to do: Apply another cell style on top of the cells at the bottom of the table after applying the table style.
