How do I tell the printer the new SSID and wireless key?

I have a HP Laserjet Pro Color MFP M175nw and it works beautifully. However, today I replaced my wireless router and thus have a new SSID and key. I cannot figure out how to tell the printer the new router info - it must be very simple. Please help!!!

I understand that you need the printer setup on the new router. I can help you with this.
Restore the printer's network defaults first.
Touch the Setup button. (wrench)
Select Network Setup Menu.
Then select Restore Defaults.
Print out a configuration report to make sure the IP address is 0.0.0.0.

Select Method one under the operating system.
Follow these steps to setup the wireless:
On the printer touch the setup button, (wrench) then select network setup menu, select wireless menu, select wireless direct and turn it on.
On the computer, in the bottom right corner click on the wireless icon and select the printer from the list to connect to. Then open Internet Explorer and type in the IP address (192.168.223.1) for the printer in the address bar.
This will load the embedded web server for the printer.
Select the networking tab, wireless on the left hand side.
Fill out all your network information, select infrastructure, select your network name, put in password and type of encryption. Apply settings.
Click on the wireless icon and connect back to your network name.
Print out a configuration report to make sure the IP address is valid. (192... or 10....)
Run the installation again or run the add printer wizard from the devices and printers.
Test the printer.

There are no viruses currently affecting the Mac but there is something called Flashback which is malware that has been doing the rounds and affected many Mac users. Apple have released some updates to Java that should remove it and improve protection. Run Software Update to see if there is anything for downloading.
A few precautions that can help prevent your Mac becoming infected:
If you use Flash only download it directly from Adobe.
In all web browsers disable Java (but do leave Javascript on as that's something else).
In all web browsers make sure downloaded files aren't set to automatically open after downloading.
Consider disabling Java completely (launch Java Preferences in the Utilities folder and disable it - you'll likely rarely, if ever need it. If you do just turn it on and off again when your done).

I am connected to wi-fi through TC connected to a specific router and is working perfectly and saving data through TM without any issues.
The TC version is 7.6.1 and am using OS 10.7.3
The router mode is on Bridge mode and router is connected to TC through USB cable, I suppose for internet access. My Mac is on wi-fi through TC
I have another location, much further, which recently have been installed with wi-fi through router that has WPA accessibiulity with password, 100% different than the current one.
Since, I will be most of my time in this new location, I wish to move my TC to this new location, and configure it in similar fashion like what I am having right now.
Naturally, I do not wish to lose any saved data on the TC.

Im switching email accounts on my itunes account am the computer isnt recognizing purchases made from my other account on the new one (apps). How can I sign in with my new account and get the purchases apps on both accounts?
This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

- The iTunes backup that iTunes makes included photos in the camera roll. If yo go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices what is the date of the backup? Is it when the photos were on the iPod? You have to restore from that backup.
- What may have happened is that you backup the iPod after you restored the iPod but before restoring from backup. iTunes only keeps one backup and overwrites the previous backup with the changes. -
Does the Airport Extreme support HP cp1025? There are two versions of the printer the cp1025 and cp1025nw. I have the cp1025, and can't set it up.
Is there a list of AE/bonjour supported printers?Bonjour is a transport protocol. It also provides a means of advertising a printer on a network.
Any list that shows printers that support Bonjour is generally an indication that the printer itself supports this protocol, meaning that when it is connected to the network, you can see it in your default Add Printer browser. In the case of the Airport, it also supports the Bonjour protocol and will advertise any printer that is connected to its USB port. The printer itself does not have to support Bonjour. The Airport performs this function. And like many lists, they are not kept up to date because each vendor releases several new models every quarter or half year.
There are definitely printers that don't work when connected to the USB port of the Airport. And this is more that the printer driver does not support this type of connection, mainly due to the port not supporting bidirectional communications which some printer drivers require. The Canon UFR2 and CAPT drivers are a good example of this limitation. But this is only the Mac drivers. The Windows equivalent drivers work fine when the printer is connected to the USB port.
So with you having an issue with the Windows drivers then I don't think it is a case of them not supporting Bonjour but more to do with some other component not functioning when the printer is shared by the Airport. The error message appears to have more to do with local user rights which is probably driver related. I've seen some printers that you cannot use the Windows Add Printer wizard to add them. Instead you have to use the vendors utility because of some proprietary protocol being used. Maybe this is one of those?
Now that you seen how it should work based on when you used the C3188, if you still get that error message at point 6 of adding the C1025 then it would suggest a driver compatibility issue with the Airport - which is not necessarily a Bonjour compatibility issue. So unless there was another model of HP printer driver that you could use to this C1025 and that was also compatible with the USB port of the Airport Extreme, then I would suggest your best action is to replace the printer with a model that does work. Maybe even one that has builtin wireless so you don't have to use the USB port of the Airport. -
We have 7 computers on a local network 3 of them have local printers 2 and are brand new Vista equiped. we shared the local printers on the vista machines but they are unaccessable from one vista to the other... it works from an XP to a Vista, but not from a Vista to a Vista.... go figure.... When we try to add the printers, the error message that we get is: "windows cannot connect to the printer. the local print spooler service is not running. please restart the spooler or restart the machine."

problem description : I have a Lexmark x4270 all in one. I installed the driver for it in my new laptop running Vista. Turns out the driver is not for Vista but XP. I uninstalled the XP driver and downloaded a Vista driver from Lexmark. When I try to run the printer software I get a message "Local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine." I tried all of that. I have looked this problem up on the web and it is quite common with Vista. Many of the "solutions" say it is a problem with an incomplete removal of the incorrect printer driver and they show how to correct in the registry. I am not comfortable tinkering with the registry and thought I'd consult with you first.
I tried "everything" I could to fix the problem of getting "error 1075" fixed in my HP laptop running Vista. HP came up with simple solution below. The regedit part is what fixed mine. I did not need the safe mode part. I think Lexmark should add the solution to your knowledge base.

Reboot your notebook and press F8. The system will show some booting options select safe mode.
Note: Starting computer in safe mode may take some time.
Uninstall the printer using Programs and Features from the control panel of your notebook.

Delete the existing data, and then type RPCSS
Close Regedit.exe
Restart the computer.
This should resolve the issue.

The Tab says "New Tab" and the URL says "about:blank". The last one came up slowly in IE and turned out to be nothing more than a large pdf. Can you help me figure out what is happening and how to fix it, please? It is happening far too often. Running the virus, etc. software has not stopped this problem. Do you have a new Apple ID to use in NZ? If not open iTunes Store. Log out of your old Apple ID, then try to login. Select Create Apple ID from the dialog that appears. Make a new Apple ID for NZ with a NZ email address. Once that is approved and verified, log into the iTunes Store with the new Apple ID. This should fix all other issues.

3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;

On that website (member only site), when i clicked on print menu on the site, it normally loaded the page and then the print dialogue box appear and immediately, it closed down all the pop up and print dialuge so that i cannot print it at all. Anyone else have a problem printing from an iMac OS-X 10.9.3 to a wireless Epson 835 Artisan printer? Sometimes it prints but must often I get "The printer is not connected" and I have to retry printing 8, 10 or 12 times before it will print? I have followed all the instructions from Epson about upgrading, etc. but it is very frustrating when I have to repeatedly try to print. Epson says talk to Apple???

Also try deleting the printer from your printer Q system preferences, then reinstalling it (highlight the printer click the minus symbol, then click the plus symbol and add it again. Reboot, and try. -
I can no longer print to the 3 Canon printers on my local area network. The print dialog box states that the print file is accepted and the job is printing, but the files never print. Everything worked when the computer and printers were initially set up.
There may be some security issues related to the USPS PDFs.

I am having problems interacting with Microsoft Office programs since the last update:cannot create a pdf through the 'print' menu in exel and both Word and Exel docs sent in Mac Mail end up being received as .dat files.
Both these situations have cropped up on my MacBook Pro since the last update.

BobThe 'Winmail.dat' problem has been extensively covered in these forums, I would search for that (a Google search works well) and unfortunately I have not seen the pdf print problem before, but assuming the software is current and functions normally (other than the pdf print problem) I have no suggestion other than the obvious (but time consuming) re-installation of Office.
