How to add Freight Charges while creating PO
At the time of creation of Purchase Order, the custom duty and the freight
charges are not known.(Sometimes we know the freight charge)
But when the supplier submit the invoice both these
Custom duty and the freight charges are included, Now how do I go about
matching the invoice. Do I need to go and modify the PO for the difference
before I do the matching of PO with the invoice.
Any suggestions would be appreciatedHi,
I think you need to enable a DFF at PO header to provide the fright charges, this could be the one solution for your requirement.

How to add PDF files into a slides? (Flash 8)
I am new to flash and I am using Macromedia Flash 8. My task is simple enough: I need create a Presentation with Screens from PDF files: I have 10-12 PDF files which I want convert into flash presentation.
I have read this tutorial:
http://w3.id.tue.nl/fileadmin/id/objects/E-Atelier/Phidgets/Software/Flash/fl8_tutorials.p df
Chapter 11: Basic Tasks: Create a Presentation with Screens.
I'm having trouble how to add PDF files into a slides: I want insert a whole pdf file as separate slide, without splitting pdf file into separate elements: pictures, text, etc. I tried import pdf file into Flash, wheen import there is shown prompt how program should process this pdf file(add in stage, library, as keyframes, etc) , not clear which option is correct for my task. What I got is pdf file splitted into multiple images, text, - which is not what I want. I want keep PDF files without changes, preserve original design and formatting, just convert this pdf into flash, so presentation will consist of PDFs organized in correct order, then add navigation buttons and some effects. How to solve this task?Just to avoid potential confusion... PDF is an Adobe format, but Flash 8 is/was not. Flash 8 came out before Adobe bought Macromedia. Even today, I don't believe anything has been done to accomodate direct integration of PDF content in Flash.

How to add image to webdynpro screen . ?
hi,
right click ur application and then click on create mime object.
with Mime Objects u cn upload doc , jpeg, or giff files from our local system into the webdypnpro system .
You can even try creating the MIME objects in webdynrpo abap .
Right click on ur component->mime object->import
after importing you can see that image into your component as MIME object .Now insert a UI element image into your view layout .
Go to the source property of IMAGE element and select F4 option , u will find a window is opening with some tabs
Select tab COMPONENT IMAGES and component name select your component .
You will find the image which you have imported into this section just select the image and save it.
In the transaction sicf/bc/webdynpro , u cn check your component name there you can view the mime objects created by you .

When using iDVD '09 to create a slideshow, I select the option to "Add image files to DVD ROM". As expected, my finished DVD contains the DVD-ROM Contents folder, and after digging down into a few more sub-folders I get to the original photos used to create the slideshow. So far so good. However, inside the folder containing the slideshow images there is another sub-folder that is always named "originals" which contains a second set of identical images.
This "originals" folder is only created when I use photos from the iPhoto library in my DVD. If the slideshow photos are sourced from a folder somewhere using the finder I do not get the the second set of images.
At first I thought maybe iDVD was placing a copy of the original unedited iPhoto images and a copy of the edited iPhoto images onto the DVD, but the 2 sets of images are absolutely identical as far as I can tell.
Anyone know why iDVD is placing 2 sets of images onto the DVD?Just made an interesting discovery. I went back through some older DVDs looking at the DVD-ROM contents folders. On my older DVDs, the main set of images are all those used in the slideshow, while the "originals" folder contains the unmodified copies of only those photos that were modified in iPhoto. The "originals" folder could therefore contain the same number of photos if all were modified, less if only some of them were modified, or none at all if you didn't modify any of them in iPhoto.
So it would appear that iDVD is indeed supposed to follow the same "original" and "modified" structure of iPhoto in order to archive both versions onto the DVD. This is obviously the correct behaviour and is a very clever feature for Apple to include, but it doesn't appear to be working with the newer versions of iDVD.
The older DVDs I have where this has worked correctly were created on my old iMac with iDVD 6. All the incorrect DVDs I have with 2 identical sets of photos were created since buying my new MBP. I started off with iDVD '08 on the MBP and I'm now using iDVD '09. So there is either something wrong with my system, or there has been a bug in iDVD since the '08 version (suppose it could be an iPhoto bug as well).
I would like to know if anyone else has checked the DVD-ROM folder on their DVDs to see if the main images and those in the "originals" folder are identical. This would apply to iDVD '08 and '09 and only if you sourced the slideshow images through iPhoto. If I'm not alone then it would appear to be an Apple bug. -
How to send image file through mail without any attachment
Plz tell me how to send image file through mail without any attachment ( i mean not converting that image into pdf or any format ) i want to send that text or image through mail .
Hi Sandeep,
I think you can setup the type of email in Shared office Settings in transaction S016.
There is an option called <Preset document classes>
You choose this pushbutton to branch to the maintenance screen for the document classes that are directly displayed to users in the Business Workplace for selection when they use the Create function. The name under which the documents are displayed can also be maintained.

How to add multiple table when creating add on using b1de
Hi all,
Plz help me
How to add multiple table when creating add on using b1de.
ThanksHi dns_sap,
Can you explain a little better what you are trying to accomplish? Is it to create UserTables and UserFields in the database, when the addon runs the first time?
If so, you can use the following code
Add User Table
Try
Dim lRetCode As Long
Dim oUDT As SAPbobsCOM.UserTablesMD = oCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oUserTables)
oUDT.TableName = TableName
oUDT.TableDescription = TableDescription
oUDT.TableType = TableType
lRetCode = oUDT.Add
'// Check for error when adding the Table: if lRetCode = 0 the table was created; if lRetCode = -2035 the table already exisits
If lRetCode <> 0 Then
oApplication.MessageBox("Error: " & lRetCode.ToString & ", " & oCompany.GetLastErrorDescription)
End If
Catch ex As Exception
oApplication.MessageBox(oCompany.GetLastErrorDescription)
Finally
System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ReleaseComObject(oUDT)
oUDT = Nothing
lRetCode = Nothing
GC.Collect()
End Try
Add User Field
Try
Dim lRetCode As Long
Dim oUDF As SAPbobsCOM.UserFieldsMD = oCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oUserFields)
oUDF.TableName = TableName
oUDF.Name = FieldName
oUDF.Description = FieldDescription
oUDF.Type = FieldType
lRetCode = oUDF.Add
'// Check for error when adding the field: if lRetCode = 0 the field was created; if lRetCode = -2035, the field already exists
If lRetCode <> 0 Then
oApplication.MessageBox("Error: " & oCompany.GetLastErrorCode & ", " & oCompany.GetLastErrorDescription)
End If
Catch ex As Exception
oApplication.MessageBox(oCompany.GetLastErrorDescription)
Finally
System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ReleaseComObject(oUDF)
oUDF = Nothing
lRetCode = Nothing
GC.Collect()
End Try

I want to add image in column is it possible then how to add image in data base what data type we need to give we required any casting please show me one example
jitendraHi again,
Several points that can help more:
1. If you are working with Dot.Net, then I highly recommend read the first link that you got! This is nice and simple coding. Another option is this link which is even better in my opinion:
http://www.dotnetgallery.com/kb/resource21-How-to-store-and-retrieve-images-from-SQL-server-database-using-aspnet.aspx
2. As i mention above both link use the column's type image. There are several other option of working with Files. In most of my applications architecture I find that it is better to use a column which let us use any type of file and not an image column.
In choosing the right column's type for your needs basically your fist question should be if if you want to store your data inside relational database environment or outside relational environment. It is a good idea to look for blogs on this issue. Next
if you chose to store your data inside then you need to chose the right column type according to your server version. I highly recommend to look for blogs on the differences between those column's types: IMAGE,
