As far as the issue goes, you might need to extend the existing VO (need to use Jdeveloper for this) and then substitute the VO. Let me try to summarize the steps in brief:
1. Create a Jdeveloper project. Have the xml and class files for the VO being extended and its related EOs, AMs etc.
2. Create a custom bc4j package with a very similar path to that of the standard VO, but have a custom top. That is to say have <prod_name>.oracle.apps. instead of oracle.apps...
3. Create a custom VO by extending the Standard VO. This can be done very easily in the VO wizard.
4. Modify the existing VO query by including the new columns and their joins (do check the query in SQLplus earlier and be sure it works fine).
5. Once VO is ready, navigate to the jpx file and find the subtitution link.
6. Select the standard VO and the custom VO that substitutes the standard VO. Click on Add to create the substitution.
7. Move the jpx file on javatop and run JPXImport command.
8. Also move the custom VO(xml and class files) to the application server in correct directory structure.
9. Bounce apache.

Holiday calendar comprises of list of paid holidays to be given to employees on festivals by the company.
Personnel Area/SubArea Groupings
Go to SPRO --> Time Management --->Work Schedules --> Personnel SubArea Groupings
Maintain perosnnel area/Subarea groupings for work schedule.
i.e. Suppose in Mumbai you have WS = GEN ( 10 to 6) and in Chennai you have WS = NORM ( 8 to 4 )
Work Schedule
Go to SPRO --> Time Management --->Work Schedules -->Daily Work Schedules
Go to SPRO --> Time Management --->Work Schedules -->Period Work Schedules
Daily Work Schedule is actually your office timings with breaks (paid /unpaid) i.e. Planned Working Time which is then included
in Period Work Schedule to make a week ( M T W T F S S )
Daily Work Schedule (i.e. Day) -
> Period Work Schedule (i.e. Week)
Work Schedule Rules
Go to SPRO --> Time Management --->Work Schedules -->Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules
After doing above mentioned configurations,maintain employee group/subgroup groupings in which you have to define which calendar is applicable for which type of employees for which work schedule.
You will maintain this work schedule in infotype 0007 - Planned Working Time of employee via transaction code - PA30

Greeting to everyone.
I use Acrobat 8 Standard to create PDF files, usually by PRINTING TO PDF from a CAD file(Vectorworks) or web pages on the net.
I know how to create single pages and I know how to combine them into a single PDF file by using the Document - Insert Pages command.
My question is: When creating a PDF file(e.g from my CAD program), can I print and insert instantly, rather than going through 2 steps.

newButton is a method returning a JButton, not a class, so it would be just
JButton button10 = newButton("images/10p.png", "images/10pIn.png");

In the FAQ of "Understanding Bulk Export" chapter, it says "You can define your own view object for export. However, before you can use your view object for export, you must register
and enable it as an export object in the Setup and Maintenance, Manage Export Objects task."
Task "Manage Export Objects" does not have a create or edit option. Do I have to use a particular rol to activate this options?

As you state this is likely related to the permissions you have. Have you confirmed that you have the necessary roles mentioned in the documentation ? I think you would need at least "Application Implementation Consultant" and potentially others from the list also depending on the objects accessed.

Becaus I need it often, I arranged a couple of buttons to create a new control.
I saved it as a .ctl file, but when I want to use it LabView says it isn´t a control.
Whats wrong? I couldn´t find a proper hint.

The problem that you file *.ctl can include only one control, so you have 2 options:
1) Create ctl file for each control
2) Put all controls to cluster and save as ctl file.
When you will insert this cluster to your vi, get out one of buttons and remove cluster.

Before you sell or give away your computer, in addition to the steps mentioned in this support article, take these steps:
Run Apple Diagnostics or the Apple Hardware Test. The buyer will do this (or he should), and you don't want to be surprised by the results.
Reset the PRAM and the SMC, which might contain personal information.
If you set a firmware password, remove it by running Firmware Password Utility in Recovery mode.
If you activated FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, turn it off.
If you use Boot Camp, the partition must be deleted
If you created any other data partitions on the internal drive, remove them in Disk Utility.
Erase the data partition(s) with the option to zero out data. An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.
You can't legally or practically transfer any software downloaded from the Mac App Store to the new owner of the machine, even if it was free. That includes OS X, so if you upgraded to OS X 10.7 or later, you must reinstall an older OS, either from the installation media, if applicable, or by booting into Internet Recovery (option-command-R at the startup chime.) If you installed from physical media, deliver those to the new owner.

You do not register the phone with the laptop. If you are using the same Apple ID on the new phone as the old, you will have no trouble. Connect the phone and you can restore from a backup of the old phone, or just sync your new phone if it is already set up, with the laptop, managing your content in iTunes.

I opening in JDeveloper 11.1.1.2 but it is asking for migrations but not all migrating and unable to see the project.
By seeing at the logs it is saying that upgrade failed.

How to identify MBeans created and registered from a Remote RMI Connection

Hi. I'm writting an application that has a central MBeanServer. Each time a remote agent is started, it creates a JMXConnection (RMI) to the Server. During its lifetime the remote agent creates mbeans, invoke methods, etc.
On the JMXConnectorServer server the JMXConnectionNotifications are listened.
What I want is:
When the remote agent dies, to unregister automatically the MBeans created through the remote connection.
I'm received the Connection Closed Notification, So I can retrieve de connectionID of the closed connection, but I cannot correlate the connectionID with the mbeans created and registered through that connection.
Any Ideas?

How to compile and register a Java CFX tag with multiple class files?

All-
If this is the wrong forum for CFX questions, please let me
know.
I need to determine how to compile and register a Java CFX
tag that contains multiple class files. One class file implements
the CustomTag interface and the other class files implement various
supporting classes. All of the documentation that I have found
talks about using a single class file. I am assuming that a JAR
file will be involved, but I am not sure of the specifics.

Yes, it will involve a jar. Use your java IDE (eclipse,
etcetera ..) to create a jar containing all of the classes. Check
your ide's documentation for how to create jar files. After you
have created the jar, place the jar in the CF class path so CF will
recognize it. For example the {cf_root}/WEB-INF/lib directory. CF
must be restarted before it will detect the new jar. After
restarting CF, register the CFX tag in the ColdFusion Administrator
using the name of the class that implements the CustomTag
interface.
Though it is worth noting you can also instantiate java
classes directly from ColdFusion (ie without using a CFX
tag).

i hav a smartform with two pages.
the fist page contains the Main window and 3 Secondary windows.
in the 1st page i'm displaying some line items and in the main window i gave the command to
go to Page 2.
the 2nd page contains only one Secondary Window.
in that i want to display a table with many line items.
if it contains only 20 line items its works fine; becoz of the window size.
how can i move to a new page if it contains more line items?

Hi,
You need to create main Window on second page also.
And in Form Attributes..there is an option for Next page.
So there you mention the next page name.
This will solve the problem.

You must have an IMAP email account in order to add additional folders on the iPad mail app.
If you go to your email account in the Mail app and look at the window where your inbox, trash folder and sent folder are - if there is an Edit button at the top of the window - tap that and then tap Add Mailbox at the bottom.
If the Edit button is not there - you cannot create folders on the iPad. Your email account is not IMAP. Only IMAP email accounts can create folders on the iPad. Any folders that you would already have in an IMAP account would sync to the device as well.
