how to recover a state of one object's threads by other object..
i am creating a object in that i have 10 thread..... i have started it then i have closed that object ...then i am creating a new object for the same class ...i need to stop those thread which i have started earlier

When you have a long running thread it's almost always a loop, often with a wait or sleep which causes it to wait until it's activitty is needed.
So if you want to be able to wind up a thread from another thread then you put a boolean flag in which can break the loop. The other thread then changes that flag and calls interupt() on the thread it's trying to stop. Interupt will kick the thread out of wait or sleep if that's where it is, causing an InterruptedException. On discovering that the flag indicates it should stop, or on catching an InterruptedException the thread should then clean up and finish.
The master thread can call join on the thread it's stopping if it needs to wait for it to terminate.

yes, they are stored in the file /users/username/library/StickiesDatabase. just copy it over to the corresponding location on the new computer.

It was my fault. I was on two different servers, while i was doing this and so didn't work. But copy /past action works as you suggested.
Can I select multiple actions from one stage and paste to different proxy service? I have too many options to copy/paste and hence I have this question.
Is there any other way of copying all selected actions in one stage to another, but not the complete stage itselft?

Since both computers are connected via the network, you could simply copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from one computer to another via the network.
If both computers are running Windows, use the Easy File Transfer Utility built into Windows to move iTunes and all other user media/data.

Not easy unless you're just content with adding some files to the other as new files but lose playlists for those files, and playcount, and ratings, etc. If you're okay with that, you can drag the media folder from one library to the other. If you use default settings and want to duplicate the media, just drag it. If you want to add the media but leave it where it is currently located, hold down the option key while dragging to the library window.

You can read parameters send from one WebDynpro Component to another component by adding code in "HANDLEDEFAULT" Event Handler method ( Window )of your target Web Dynpro Component.

If the content is on an external drive, but your library knows where to find it, then it should all work. Connect your device, make some selections for what to put on it, and sync. I have 2 form on same page....
first is form on table....
nd another is tabular form.....
now if I make an entry in both table ,,,,and after entering data in tabular form if click on submit button of tabular for the data of tabular form get submitted,,but the data I have been enter in first form get erased.....
now my question is how can I save state of my first form even after clicking on submit button...........
pls,help.

Hi Shirish,
in your scenario you can write manual process for one form in your both forms, using this way you can achieve you functionality.
do the above and for that manual process keep the button name as your second form button means, for two forms saving with only one button.
i am not sure in this, but you can try something.

How do I move Events from one user to the other?

I have two users on my PowerBook G4 and in preparation of moving all to a new MacBook Pro I want to move the pictures of one user to the other user. I've tried copying them and was successful but the Events did not copy, rather all 530 photos copied as one Event. How do I copy the photos and maintain the Events?

iPhoto Library Manager is recommended on here many times every day. I can't recall anyone mentioning a significnt issue with it.

How can I moving photos from one roll to an other

I tried to drag and drop photos from one roll to an other. If the roll has a lot of photos (e.g. 250) I can not scroll down to a roll below. iPhotos does not automatically scroll down when I try to drag them down.
How can I scroll or move these down?

Drag and drop will work, but you have to drag to the roll title. It will turn blue when you can drop the photos. It should scroll when you move to the top or bottom of the window, but sometimes it gets going really fast and is hard to stop where you want it.
An easy way is to close the rolls and make everything as small as possible so the the source and destination rolls are all in the window at the same time. Of course if you have a really big library this might work.

assuming there are no license issues, just install on the 2nd computer using the installation file(s). if you've already installed/activated on two computers and you have a single user license (as opposed to a volume license), you will need to de-activate (help>deactivate) on one of the other two before installing.
