Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Contact the developer/go to there support site
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

hello there peeps, i cant use the iphone that i bought from a local buy, swap and sell site. the phone was restored to factory setting and i used it for 4 months but after that a message appeared and said that this phone has been lost. i tried to restore it again but i need the previous owner's apple id and password.
i tried to contact him but i cannot reach him already, i tried reaching him on the sell site's page but still no response. i am pretty sure that the phone is not stolen coz i was present when he restore it to its factory setting. i just wanna ask you people what else can i do with it to be activated again, i paid $200 for this iphone 4 and dont just want it to go down to the drain. The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

Syncing is really slow after upgrading my iPhone 3Gs to iOS 4.3.3.
After upgrading my iPhone 3Gs to iOS 4.3.3, syncing my iPhone takes 15 to 20 minutes. Prior to this, it only took a minute or two. It just sits on "Preparing to Sync" the whole time, an finally completes the sync after 15 or 20 minutes. My office 2007 Outlook locks up in "Office Outlook is Syncronizing Folders" right after syncing. I have to reboot the computer to get it out of this state. What is the problem here? Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how was it resolved? Thank you.

I had the same thing yesterday. After google gave me nothing and after I was sure my phone had enough charge to restart, I did a reset on my phone...
Holding down the Power button, volume button and selector button on the front - for about 30 secs (or untill I knew the beeping had stopped).
I cant remember if I then restarted it or it it restarted itself, but now its back to normal! No memory loss from the phone either.
Freeked me out as its a new iphone 4s but glad to have it back! Without having to take it to get fixed by a pro.

After updating my iPhone 4s to iOS 6.1, Verification Failed: "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made." My wifi connection works; the icon is present at the top left. But Internet apps won't connect, be it Safari, App Store or Facebook & instagram. Push notifications also work so posts from Facebook and Instagram still pop-up. Does any one have any ideas? Thanks.

After updating my Iphone 4 on iOS7, my microphone stopped working when someone is calling me(or when I call someone). But the mic works with other applications like Skype...

There is no such thing as an iPhone 's3'. There is a 3G which can only be updated to iOS 4.2.1 and a 3GS which can be updated to iOS 6.1.3.

i have ipad-2 -16gb wifi. i recently upgraded to latest software 4.3.5 by using i tunes. after updating my ipad wifi icon is bleached and showing no wifi tried resetting several times and also tried rebooting it and i restored the software several times but still the problem remains please help me out.

After all you've tried, Dah*veed is probably right about needing warranty assistance.
But first check to be sure Settings-Airplane Mode is set to OFF, and Settings-WiFi-WiFi is set to ON.
Try unplugging your WiFi router for a few seconds. Then reset the iPad's network. Go to Settings-General-Reset-Reset Network Settings. You will need to reconnect to your WiFi.

I recently purchased FaceTime from the Application Store. After approx. ±10 meg, the application resets and starts downloading again. I have tried to download it at different times of the day but with the same results. I have been in contact with Apple support and have tried different options with the same result. I cannot download a new Version because in my Purchased List the applicaiton (FaceTime) is still there, and because I have halted it it tells me to resume. I can’t, because the same thing is going to happen. I have tried all the various troubleshooting tips supplied by my ISP and also Apple Support with no luck. I am currently working on a IMac OS 10.6.7. Has anybody got any ideas? Any suggestion would help. Thanks

Not much consolation but even new products can have issues and might need a trip to a store to return/replace.
The reason i asked about the LED on the AppleTV is that occasionally it thinks it's paired with a specific remote and ignores others - the unpair keypress I described is quick and free.

My apple ID password works for all of my devices but one. i only have one account and have changed the password several times but still cannot get it to work on my iPhone. any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks for the suggestion, Chris. I actually did not resolve the issue which is why i did not post an answer.
it turns out that my iphone seems to default to an incorrect User ID (it defaults to an @me account, which is not something that i have ever used).
even when i change the User ID in my settings for the iTunes store, it still appears when i attempt to get updates for my existing apps. however, it does seem to use the correct ID when i attempt to purchase new apps.
If someone actually had an answer to correct this, i would love to update my existing apps.

After I upgraded my iphone 4 to IOS 6, i can't get any of my bluetooth connections to work. Both my headset and my car are not recognized. I validated that Bluetooth is on in the configuration, but it just keeps searching for devices and never recognizes them. Is there a setting I'm missing?
