As I tried to turn on my computer nothing happened. I checked the battery on the side and it said it was all 100 percent charged. I tried pressing the power button several times an dnothing happened no sound or image appeared. This is not the first time they fix it, last time that we went to the apple store they had to reset it and it was fine for a few weeks, until now that my computer is complety dead. what should I do

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

As a test, shut down your computer and disconnect ALL USB devices. Do this procedure to Reset the shuffle

Mavericks downloads into the Applications folder, where you can install it. Some Mac App Store Troubleshooting information and how to resume a download that was interrupted; some of the information here might get you an answer. Failing that, try contacting Apple Support.

If you are not getting any sound from the speaker, follow this article.

Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.
If the iPhone is in a protective case, make sure that the speaker port isn't blocked by the case.
Make sure that the speaker and dock port aren't clogged with debris. If necessary, clean it with a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush. Carefully and gently brush away any debris.
If an audio issue occurs when using a specific application, try testing other applications to see if the issue persists.
If the iPhone is paired with a Bluetooth headset or car kit:
Try turning off Bluetooth.
If you experience difficulties with the Bluetooth feature, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Restart the iPhone.
If restarting doesn't fix the issue, ensure that your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS.

When done, it may open automatically, but the file will be in your apps folder

The iTunes Store needs the 3-digit security code from your credit card on the account. The iPad will display the account information so you can enter this information. Once you enter the information, purchase the app and it will download. Sounds like the Apple ID and payment information is not yours (your parents), so discuss this with the account holder.

When I tried to update to os6 on my iPad2, it says "Your iPad was updated successfully, but when I hit "continue" the bar turns blue, but nothing happens. I powered off and restarted, but nothing changed.

Ok, so I transferred some songs using my USB cable. Then, I checked my iPod, and it had spaces where there would be songs (ones that I had transferred from my laptop when I first got my iPod, so not bought from iTunes) but they were blank, so I completely turned off my iPod and turned it back on, that's when all of those songs disappeared, but they were still on my computer. Only the ones I had purchased iTunes on my iPod remained. I got some other songs to transfer after that, then it started saying "preparing to update files on iPod" "finishing updates" then it doesn't say anything and the songs still aren't on my iPod. Can't delete favorites from face time. Hit the edit button at top of list, but can not delete. The red circles appear next to contact , but nothing happens when touch the delete button???
