L use lion OS and still the appstore want to upgrade iPhoto 9.2 but with (unknown) other account name. So in the dock is 1 upgrade mensionned but l can't upgrade ! What can l do ?
When l want to upgrade in Appstore a message tells me that this update is available for another account...but not for mine !
l think that this upgrade is part of a upgrade for OS Lion because l did not bought iPhoto in the appstore.
You must get help from App Store support. They are the only people who can help with this.

You don't. Mirroring is duplicating your ipad screen on another projector - so you can't have another app going on your iPad without it also showing up on the projected image. Some apps are designed so that you see a different image in the iPad than the mirrored out display, but even then you're within the app itself.

I've bought a student plan but every time I open currently downloaded programms I see an automatically opened window that says I'm using trial version and still have several days to use it. After installing Mountain Lion, iMessages and Facetime does not work. When I try to sign-in I get a message that says: The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later. After 4 calls to apple and 8 and a half hours on the phone. The apple people does not how to solve the problem. The last thing they told me is that they will send the problem to their engineers and I will hear from them. unfortunately they have not contact me.
During the phone calls I tried putting the date and time in automatic, changing the username and password, I even tried using somebody elses username and password. Please help, facetime is my tool to telecomute, and it is hurting my job.I had the same problem and found the solution here:

You can't downgrade the iOS on the iPad.
Quit iTunes, reboot the Mac and reboot the iPad and then try again.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
Unable to delete email from trash bin. How do I do this? If I select and chose delete, it doesn't. What am I doing wrong? My grand daughte is using my iPad and I don't want her to see some of the mail there.
There are two ways that should work. When you are in the trash folder, you can swipe on the email in the list - left to right - and a red Delete button should pop up. Or you can select - Edit - at the top of the list of messages and then select the message and tap delete.
Not sure exactly how this works - but if you have restrictions enabled - especially since you let your grandchild use the device - that may be restricting what you can do in the mail app. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions. If you have it set to on - turn it off or see if you have mail restricted. -

Given you have a backup you may want to think about erasing the hard drive and reinstalling Snow Leopard then restore your backup. -
I just got a new iMac. was following the onscreen instructions to do migration assistance and I guess it connected to my old iMac via wi fi. It never instructed me to connect via firewire. Now it seems to have stopped. what can I do that won't completely mess it up? how Long will it take to do over wi fi?

I forgot My iPhone 5s passcode and can't remember what can I do because it is lock for 1 min. Then 5 min. Then one hour and I don't know what to do ????
If you forgot the passcode, you'll have to restore it to remove the passcode, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212. If it is running iOS 7 with Find My iPhone enabled, you'll have to force it into recovery mode in order to restore it, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 (or erase it using Find My iPhone on icloud.com).

Use the search feature and type in Flash and there are like thousands of posts on this.

I accidentally set up two accounts. One account with my old e-mail address which I've been using for years and has all of my purchases on it. Now I have a new account with my current e-mail address. How do I disable this new account? I need to disable the new e-mail address account so that I can add it as an additional e-mail to my old account. THEN, how do I make this new e-mail address my primary e-mail for this old account?
