Ich benutze einen Mac mit OS X Yosemtite 10.10.1 und möchte Adobe CC installieren. Es kommt aber folgende Fehlermedldung:
Problem "Error 22" : Die Installation auf Volumen, auf dem die Gross/Kleinschreibung berücksichtigt wird, wird nicht unterstützt. Wählen Sie ein anderes Volumen für die Installation aus.(Fehlercode 22)
An was liegt das?

Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, dies zu tun. Power PC-Programme können nicht auf Ihrem Computer verwendet werden. Sie haben auf neuere Versionen dieser Programme zu finden.

Photoshop cs5 supports up to camera raw 6.7, so if you look on the following chart you can see the version of camera raw your camera needs

If your camera requires a newer version than 6.7, then you might be able to use the 8.6 dng converter to convert the files to dng copies, which should then open in photoshop cs5.

Ich habe die Fehlermeldung: "Namen mit mehr als 31 Zeichen werden auf dem Zielvolume nicht unterstützt." erhalten beim Versuch, einen Dateianhang einer Mail zu sichern. Auf dem System sind jedoch schon mehrere Dateinamen mit mehr als 31 Zeichen vorhanden. Wer kann helfen?

Nicht geholfen haben Neustart, Festplattendienstprogramm.

Beim Speichern zuerst die oberste Plattenebene auswählen. Dann zum Zielordner manövrieren. Damit klappt's bei mir mit der gewünschten Dateispeicherung und allen nachfolgenden.

Mac mit Befehlstaste R starten bei Bluetoothtastatur

Ich möchte meinen iMac über die Time Mashine komplett wiederherstellen. Beim Start soll ich angeblich die Wahltaste + R gedrückt halten, um zur Wiederherstellung zu kommen. Ich betreibe den Mac mit einer Bluetoothtastatur, die aber erst mit erscheinen des Startbildschirmes aktiviert wird. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, anders in die Wiederherstellung zu gelangen?

Camera Raw 6.7 Update for Mac: Installation Failed error message. Update downloaded directly from Adobe website. Newly purchased Mac Workbook Pro, OS 10.10, using Photoshop CS5. Other updates successfully accomplished. Camera Raw 6.7 Update was downloaded multiple times with multiple installation attempts. Any recommendations?

thanks for the prompt response...i appreciate it. according to the link you listed, that's correct. the strange thing is that prior to the upgrad to mac os 10.8.4, photoshop CS5 was working just fine and i was able to open my canon raw files with my current camera raw plug-in version 6.7 which adobe has indicated is the last camera raw update they'll be offering for cs 5
so it's clearly an issue related to the "upgrade" of the os. seems like every solution creates 6 new problems...further evidence for the notion that if it ain't broke don't fix it! thanks again.

I have discovered that my question above is a non-question. A user triggered by looking at the below article about Illustrator 2014 cc 17.0.2

He had recently upgraded from wht we now know is 18.0 to 18.1 which is the latest version. He read the above artic
le and supposed that it was a bug fix release for his version - because the v17 ov18 number is not often displayed. It is usually just 2014 CC.
I have asked him to post a bug report about Adobe Illustrator CC 2014.1

Seit rund einem Jahr bin ich Abonnent der Creative Cloud. Ich stelle nun folgendes fest:
1. Das Programm Creative Cloude Desktop lässt sich nicht installieren. Die Installation bricht mit einem Fehler ab.
2. Ich kann Creative Cloude Desktop nicht mehr aus meinem System deinstallieren. Abbruch mit Fehlermeldung.
3. Ihr System verweigert mein Login in mein Adobe Konto. Auch eine Neueröffnung eines Adobe Kontos bricht mit Fehlermeldung ab.
Ich verstehe nicht, was ich falsch mache und bitte um Erläuterung. Ihre umfangreichen Hilfeseiten helfen mir hier nicht weiter.

als Erstes vielleicht dieses: Wir hier im Forum sind Anwender wie Du und ich. Nur hin und wieder taucht hier jemand der Adobe Mannschaft auf.
Zum Thema:
So seltsam es erscheinen mag, aber das ist wohl wieder eine Sache für das Cleaner Tool.
Manchmal - aus welchen Gründen auch immer - will" CC (auch bei mir) nicht richtig arbeiten. In diesem Fall solltest Du CC komplett löschen (nicht nur mit PC-Bordmitteln) und neu installieren und zwar mit Hilfe des "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool".
Ich zitiere: Mit dem Cleaner Tool für Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) können Installationsprobleme bei Adobe Creative Cloud- und Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6)-Anwendungen behoben werden. Das Tool kann Installationsdaten von Prerelease-Installationen von Creative Cloud- und Creative Suite-Anwendungen bereinigen. Es entfernt keine Installationsdaten aus früheren Versionen von Adobe Creative Cloud- oder Creative Suite-Produkten.

Dann wäre da noch dieser Tipp: Manchmal ist aber auch die (zu löschende) Datei "opm.db" im Adobe OOBE Verzeichnis der Übeltäter.

CS4 Installation Problem on Mac - Error 2

I have tried for several hours to make the new install of Adobe CS4 work. The Lightroom2 install worked fine. Background: I have a macbook pro, OS/X 10.5.7, enough avail disk space. I had a trial version of LR2 and full CS2. I have done the following: checked "repair permissions" - an OS/X utility that interfered with operating Capture NX a couple years ago, so I added that step. I have uninstalled every Adobe application, using Clean Script 3 and Clean Script 4. I have tried to install CS4 in a separate user account, which has since been deleted, and again both Clean Scripts have been run. I have restarted my computer and downloaded a fresh version of CS4. I have tired to install it as a Tial version instead of an upgrade, also. It NEARLY installs, but at the very end of the install bar, after Bridge and before finishing Photoshop installation, I get a big red X and an error and find it is Error 2. The Adobe support pdf's have not helped, including those referenced by their little support bot.
Have spent a couple hours with Adobe Support, also. No one knows what Error 2 means.
Also, the "support" person closed my case as though it had been resolved - said he would call me back in one hour and 2ours 45 minutes later had not called back. He CLOSED the case, wasting my time and lying to me.

I have just committed the cardinal sin of allowing my daughter to install Adobe CS4 Web Premium on my new Mac Pro 2.26 8 Core.
I use this computer for pro music composition, and until I allowed my daughter to talk me into letting her use it for Adobe Web Premium (24" Apple screen, she has a PC laptop), it was strictly a no fly zone.
My worst fears were realized.
Neither she, nor I, can't get a clean install. Each attempt is greeted by a 'Successful but with Errors' or some such garbage. I have submitted a support requerst but have had no reply.
The new Mac died. Apple replaced it with a new computer under Applecare Warranty, and a new hard disk, but still the problem remains.
I've tried a new partition; nope.

I tried to download the Adobe Support Advisor, but it would not download. I have erased the registration, followed the instructions to the letter.
Nothing.
Adobe help in Australia were polite but did not resolve the problem. I called again and was greeted by a call centre somewhere in the Third World by someone who knew less about computers that they did about Adobe products. This poor person probably has a good job within his impoverished community, but undoubtedly paid a pittance (or why would Adobe set up a Call Centre in India), which make s it really hard to vent my frustrations without appearing racist.
I am attempting to take over the problem as there is no way a seventeen year old girl could negotiate this. I can't.
Has anybody any clues?
Appreciate any help. I can't access my daughter's email which the product is registered through at Adobe, as it is on her school computer which is connected through the school server, but my email is [email protected].

Installation problem of Flash player on Mac

Tried to install update of flash player, but it stopped at 20%. Uninstalled old version of flash and now I am trying to install latest version, but it stops at 30%. I am running Mac OS X Yosemite vs. 10.10.2 and Safari 8.04. Checked security settings and yava script is allowed. What else can I do?

Download the install package from this link. Double-click to open it from your downloads folder; when you see the red "install" folder, right-click it and select "Show Package Contents"; click on the "Contents" folder; then click on the "Resources" folder; then double-click on the "Adobe Flash Player.pkg" file. The installation will start. It worked for me.... FINALLY!! I hope it also works for you.

Windows XP Installation problem on Mac Pro (Early 2009)

I am wanting to install Windows XP on 400GB of my hard drive in Bay 2
I have 2 hard drives in my Mac Pro. The 1st one came pre-installed and I got a 1TB Western Digital SATA and formatted it as Mac OS Journaled. I used The Bootcamp Utility to make a Windows partition on my 2nd hard drive.
Once I do that I insert the Windows XP SP3 install disc to install it and it says it cannot install it because some random file is missing that is a random bunch of letter and numbers and it says I should erase the partition and try formatting it again. While I'm still using the Windows XP install disc I try doing this it does not work and then when I boot back into Snow Leopard the Bootcamp partition is still there.
Is this not possible? Or is the only way to install Windows XP on the hard drive in bay 2 by formatting the entire drive for Windows?

Since the Vista recovery works fine there must be a problem with the XP installation CD created by nLite. And yes this installation CD was not good. I created it with all current Security Patches and with all available Toshiba Satellite A200 Windows XP drivers. Obvisiously i picked up a wrong driver. May a 64-bit one.
I tried this:
First I created a new Windows XP disc only with the Toshiba Storage Manager driver. This XP Installation works.
Then I created again a Windows XP disc will all Security Patches and all Toshiba Drivers. I doubble checked that I did NOT picked up a 64-bit driver. And this disc works. Thanks all.

Hi, I am having a little trouble with exporting images to another drive and Catalogue and need some help if anyone can give me some advice
I am currently using Lightroom 5.6 and operating on a Mac with OSX Ver 10.9.5.
I am receiving an error problem when doing the following -
I am exporting selected photos from a particular Catalogue saved on Drive 1 to a folder created on another Drive where a Lightroom Catalogue has been created. In this Catalogue I have arranged for the images once exported to be moved to a different folder - I used the Auto Import process under the File dialogue box.
When processing the Export I receive an error message for each of the images being exported indicating the following -
Heading Import Results
Some import operations were not performed
Could not move a file to requested location. (1)
then a description of the image with file name
Box Save As Box OK
If I click the OK button to each image I can then go to the other Catalogue and all images are then transferred to the file as required.
To click the OK button each time is time consuming, possibly I have missed an action or maybe you can advise an alternative method to save the time in actioning this process.

Becasue this has never been a feature of iphone/ipod/ipad. There is nothing to repair.
