Oracle SQLDeveloper(formerly raptor) doesn't show Java Classes
We are evaluating this tool and love it so far. However, it doesn't list out the Java classes along with other database objects, does anyone know if Oracle is planning to add that or not?

This corroborates me saying that Java for Mac OS 10.6 is done through Software Update, no where else.
If any Mac OS 10.6 user does not have Java on their Mac, they get it from Apple just as the link you provided shows it is from Apple. Not Oracle. You have provided the evidence that plainly contradicts yourself.

Just to go over this again. Software Update not only updates Java to the latest, but if Java does not exist at all, SU will install it from scratch. And in doing so will be the latest version.
Providing a link to Oracle's site is useless information that does not get Java installed on a Mac running 10.6.

Flash CS5 - code hinting doesn't show custom class constructor parameters
Hi I've got other strange problem my code hinting works almost fine the problem is that when I create my custom class object code hinting doesn't show what kind of parameters can be passed to the class constructor. It shows only "MyClass()", when i call a method like this class_object.methodName( - parameters show correctly. What can be the problem?

I'm sorry but I don't even have Flash CS6. I still use CS5.5 because I use Flash Builder 4.6 for everything I do. I merely use Flash Pro to generate quick libraries full of goodies and export a SWC to use in Flash Builder.
I realize it's obvious but you did ensure your preferences had hinting both enabled and the delay set low (or zero)? I can only show you a CS5.5 preference panel, I'm not sure if it's the same. Note one important thing in this photo which is "Cache size". I have mine on 800 files which seems to be fine. If you're pointing toward a HUGE library of classes you may want to increase that number and check completion again. -

Cannot locate Java class oracle.tip.adapter.db.DBWriteInteractionSpec
I have created a BPEL process in which i have used DB Adapter when i try to deploy the soa suite coposite i am getting the following error.

I already created the data source and JNDI Name in the DBAdapter but still getting the error while deploying the application.
One mistake that i think i have made after creating the data source now the DBAdapter.rar file taking the path as follows.

Just check the health status and state of DB Adapter in the deployments of WLAdminConsole.
If its inactive , redeploy and update it ,also make sure its targeted to the right server. -

I am new in oracle forms.I am using oracle forms 11g with weblogic 10.3.5 at windows 7.Someone please clear me that the injection of java programing in oracle forms is through BEANS item only or I can use it(java class) as a part of my oracle forms.I mean I have a Java class.Could I use this java class inside my oracle forms without using Beans Item.

1. On the client-side. Using java-beans you can extend the client-functionality of forms. The code will run on the client-computer in the context of the applet.
2. On the server-side. Using the java-importer you can build a PL/SQL-wrapper around a java-class and so use the java-code in your forms-PL/SQL

How can I either move or view the source of a JAVA CLASS user object?
I am using Oracle 8i and I have the following JAVA CLASS objects in my database. I need to move some of these objects to a different database.
1) How can I do this?
2) How can I view the JAVA source code since these are classes?

(which is the case here, and is typically the case, such as when one loads
classes into the database using loadjava on a jar that contains only .class
files) does not exist in the database (just as it does not exist in a jar which
contains only .class files). So there is essentially no way to view the source, short of extracting the bytecodes and using some decompiling tool. I don't recall what methodologies exist for extracting bytecodes in 8i. As for transferring
the classes to another database, the standard Oracle import/export tool can do this. -
Help on creating Java Classes from WSDL in JDev 10.1.3

I am creating Java Web Service Class in JDev 10.1.3 based on my WSDL file, but I am getting a JAVA class for each Element in my WSDL, and each class has its own methods. But what I need is to have Only ONE Class with the Elements wrapped as methods in this class (this is the result I had when I was using JDev 9.0.2 but I had Datatype conversion issue, so now I am trying to do the same with JDev 10.1.3)

When creating the JAVA Classes in JDev, I am getting the following:

First, is this the Correct Class that should be Imported into Oracle Forms in order to Trigger the Java Class to Call the Web Service? Why am I getting this Error? I have read that this could be because of my CLASSPATH environment variable or the J2SE version compiling the java class???
Can someone help me to IMPORT this Java Class properly into Oracle Forms and Call the Web Service?

i'm using a freshly installed SQLDeveloper 1.5.1 to a java class to the database. Loading the class works, i can see my class in the tree under java.
Now i wanted to change the source code of my class, so i wanted to drop it in the database. But although SQLDeveloper tells me that the Java Object "MyClass" has been dropped, it is still there in the tree. When i click on the entry in the tree i can still see the code.
What do i need to do to remove my java code from the database?

select XMLTOOLKIT option in Operation mapping and execute it.
I am not sure we can call java program in XSLT Program,but alternative is copy the code and use it in XSLT mapping it self,that means your XSLT program will become with JAVA extensions.
then in Operation mapping level select SAPXMLTOOL kit option and execute it. i hope it will work. if it is not working then you have deploy some JAXP files on server,because the way execution of XSLT Mpaping program got changed,like when eve you executing XSLT with extnasions( if you are not using XMLTOOL kit option) then you have to use latest version of JAXP.JDK files.

I have just upgraded my Nokia C3 to latest software update.
After this whenever iopen any application (e.g. ebuddy or rocket talk) it shows java class error not found & asking me to delete some items.
I checked my memory the Memory card has 1 gb Free space then why should it ask to free memory
someone having faced this issue kindly assit.

Plese remember to backup you phone's data.
If your application you installed before is not working, uninstall them and install again.

Oracle Application Server Control Console doesn't show any servers

I'm configuring the Identity Manager, and in the process of doing so, I've to user tthe OASCC to do some operations.
I've discovered how to launch the OASCC and I can access it. The problem is that after configuring the ias_admin password the main menu doesn't show information.

Ricardo VilhenaI have the same problem and I checked my target.xml file - it was in place and it contained both target records - with port number 18200 - I tried to acces this address, but it gave 404 error - actaully - this is better than nothing - beacause it indicates that someone is listening to this port, but it has no default page to display. Well - documentation states that 18200 is Oracle Management Agent port but I have not yet figured out what to expect from it. In my installation I have observed:
1) I have running app server 10.3.1 on port 7777, but the weolcome page doesn't display the login portlet for logging in this server - so - I have not logged into it.
2) I have problems accessing app server 10.2.1 on port 15001, I guess it is down and I have tried to start it from start menu entries - without result. I guess - this is very important server - it contains the forms.
But weill - at present I cann't see anu connection between these two server and the entries in the target page on port 18100, I guess - that this page should display both server, but in the post was said only entry for on port... Maybe management agent is for boths app servers (and not separate agent for each server?)? -

If you can run it under chrome, you have java installed.
There was some malware that exploited an older version of Java (not javascript) running in a Browser. Since few people use it Apple turned off Java by default in the Safari Browser.
If you need it for something, just turn it back on in Safari preferences (inside Safari). After a few months of non-use, you may find it has turned itself off again. -
Budgets in Oracle EBS doesn't show in ERPi
When trying to retrieve budget data from OEBS or write-back data from Hyperion Planning to OEBS, budgets created in OEBS doesn't show as options. The Select Budget and Select Budget Organization shows "No Rows to Display" message.
We've already created dimensions from OEBS Accountable Segments and loaded Actual data from OEBS into the Hyperion Planning application. This appears to be the only thing that's not working properly.
