Please Explain ORABPEL-05002 for this process
I have a very simple BPEL process which pulls messages off the Oracle AQ and sends them on to a BPEL process correlated to the received string data.
Step 1. An async partner link on the Oracle AQ to recieve a message
Step 2. It waits a minute
Step 3. Moves the single string (6 character #) from the message to and outbound service message
Step 4. Send the async outbound message to a BPEL process
Step 5. Terminate instance
I don't see how I'm getting a timeout exception (ORABPEL-05002) on the inbound message, unless BPEL holds the inbound transaction until the entire process is finished.
A. Does BPEL hold up closing the message transaction until the entire process has finished?
B. Can anyone suggest why the original developer added the one minute wait just after receiving the message?
These are the possible cause to the problem and their solutions:
Poor performance of the dehydration database If you are using Oracle Lite as dehydration store, please switch to use Oracle 9i or 10g. If Oracle 9i/10g is already in use, check the database parameter 'process' and 'session' to make sure it can handle the expected throughput.
OC4J has too few available connections to the dehydration database. Increase the maxConnection number of the BPELServerDataSource at the BPEL_HOME/integration/orabpel/system/appserver/oc4j/j2ee/home/config/data-sources.xml (for developer edition) or IAS_HOME/j2ee/OC4J_BPEL/config/data-sources.xml (mid-tier installation).
Size of message is too big Two ways to deal with this problem:
Increase the transaction timeout at PEL_HOME/integration/orabpel/system/appserver/oc4j/j2ee/home/config/server.xml (developer edition) or IAS_HOME/j2ee/OC4J_BPEL/config/server.xml (mid-tier installation)
Decrease the auditLevel from BPELConsole -> Manage BPEL Domain -> Configurations tab. Doing so will reduce the amount of data saved to the dehydration store.

Unable to charge my Ipad 4 with my Laptop (HP 7010tx) USB . I am Getting error message as "Not Charging" . Please give a solution for this ...???
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.
How to Calibrate Your Mac, iPhone, or iPad Battery
http://www.macblend.com/how-to-calibrate-your-mac-iphone-or-ipad-battery/
At this link http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/galaxy-tab-android-tablet,3014-11.html , tests show that the iPad 2 battery (25 watt-hours) will charge to 90% in 3 hours 1 minute. It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. I am trying to create a web application that uses AD LDS as its authentication provider. I have followed all the steps and verified all the web.config files, but I receive the error below:
Cannot get Membership Provider with name CustomRoleProvider. The membership provider for this process was not properly configured. You must configure the membership provider in the .config file for every SharePoint process.
Has anyone come across this error before?There seems to be some issues in your web.config files. Please make sure your Web application entries for membership and role provider(at central admin site) are matching with Web.config entries. your error

My iphone 4 is telling me I have to restore but when I plug in and connect to itunes, it freezes about 30-50 % through the process. Now I can't use my phone at all? I am waiting about 1-3 hours for this process to finish and nothing ever happens. HELP!!
Put it into DFU mode - hold the sleep/wake button and home button until the screen goes black (ignoring the slide to turn off slider). When the screen goes black release the sleep/wake button but hold the home button. Continue holding the home button for 10 seconds, then release it. The screen should stay black. Plug it into iTunes and it should come up with this message "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. It must be restored before use", that's when it is successfully in DFU mode. Now press the restore button in iTunes and it should run smoothly :)

I'm currently restoring an IPod classic ... 160 GB, which is 5th generation, I believe.
It seems to be taking forever. What is the rough length of time for this process?Restore a 160GB iPod Classic, should not take more than an hour, if your iPod Hardsik is healthy, and you connect to the USB2.0 port and not to the keyboard USB port. If you are using a Macbook, then only one of the USB port is fast enough for the slow iPod Classic.
However, if you are connecting to the correct USB port, and still having problems Restoring or Syncing, do the iPod Disk Diagnostic, refer to this outstanding post by tt2.
It wont fix your problem, but save a lot of frustration, in troubleshooting.

sir since update of ios 8.1.2 i got serious battery problem on 3g 4.30 hrs my battery gets low and sometimes serious net probelms please give an update for this issue its not alone me my friends too getting many problem commonly battery problem please can this be resolved
its not related to any hardware because last year april i got replacement new phone from apple and i maintained it well...!Probably apps running in the background are causing this, sometimes Mail get's stuck connecting to the mail server, or some social media app like Facebook can also be a reason for prolonged background activity.
Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
If this does not help, setting it up as new device would be the next step:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

ORABPEL-05002 for long running process
Hi everybody,
My question is related with a long running process I have designed and which, after running for a couple of days, ends by reporting the ORABPEL-05002 error:
===============================================================
ORABPEL-05002
Message handle error.

Looking in the Manual Recovery screen, I can see an Activity I can recover. It's about an assign Activity where I'm doing a single boolean assignation.
Of course, together with the ORABPEL-05002 error I got also the 'Transaction was rolled back: time out' message. Note that I have modified the transaction-timeout value to 180000. The error occurs during the night, with no heavy load of the server.
Recovering the assign activity brings back the process in the running state.
My process pattern:
while (1 == 1) {
do activity;
wait_timeout();
So, I have the following questions:
1. Which is cause of this error?
2. How may I automatically recover this lost activity? RecoveryAgent?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
Regards,
amo

Can you please provide the solution for creating process chain..
Hi Experts,
i need to work on this process chain PC_UN_HR_SAP_PM_TD01, i need to add one more step before DSO load that means delete existing data from DSO
please let u know as soon as possible.Hi Kavya,
Here you can use proces type: 'Complete deletion of data target content' from Data target administration node.
Here in this process type you need to specify the target of which data to be deleted.
PFB links which specify the creation of Process Chains. You 'll get enough idea from these to modify the existing process chain.

0x951a2000 - 0x9529Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2. -

i will be highly greatful , if u can explain the reason for blocking below mentioned thread
creating addtitional database
thanksIt is all the same issue.
... manipulation and/or creation of databases with changes in character sets and how those character sets influence the functionality of the databases.
Keep your thoughts, conclusions and responses to those that reply to you in one contiguous thread.
Keep the evolution of your issue in one place.

RSS Vulnerability in Safari - Can we please get a patch for this
Disclosure of information vulnerability in Safari

Note: The original version of this page contained a simple workaround for this issue which I believed would protect users against this problem. I have since discovered (on 13 January 2009) that changing the default RSS feed reader application in Safari does not correctly disassociate Safari from all RSS feed URLs. The workaround section of this post has been updated with additional information. I regret that what initially appeared to be a simple workaround is now substantially more complicated and requires the installation of third-party software to perform.
I have discovered that Apple's Safari browser is vulnerable to an attack that allows a malicious web site to read files on a user's hard drive without user intervention. This can be used to gain access to sensitive information stored on the user's computer, such as emails, passwords, or cookies that could be used to gain access to the user's accounts on some web sites. The vulnerability has been acknowledged by Apple.
All users of Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard who have not performed the workaround steps listed below are affected, regardless of whether they use any RSS feeds. Users of previous versions of Mac OS X are not affected.
Users of Firefox, Camino, and Opera on Mac OS X are substantially better protected against exploitation by a malicious web page than users of Safari or OmniWeb. If users of these browsers are asked to open a link in Safari, they should not allow the request and close the page which triggered the request immediately. All users of Mac OS X may still be affected by clicking on a malicious link from their email client, instant messaging program, or another application, and should perform the workaround steps given below.
Users of Safari on Windows are also affected. Users who have Safari for Windows installed but do not use it for browsing are not affected.
The details of this vulnerability have not been made public to the best of my knowledge, but secrecy is no guarantee against a sufficiently motivated attacker.
To work around this issue until a fix is released by Apple, users should perform the following steps:
Download and install the RCDefaultApp preference pane, following the included instructions.
Open System Preferences and choose the Default Applications option.
Select the "URLs" tab in the window that appears.
Choose the "feed" URL type from the column on the left, and choose a different application or the "<disabled>" option.
Repeat the previous step for the "feeds" and "feedsearch" URL types.
The only workaround available for users of Safari on Windows is to use a different web browser.
Apple has not made information available on when a fix for this issue will be released. Users with questions or concerns should contact Apple as I have no additional information about this vulnerability which can be shared at this time.
For the curious, security issues in Mac OS X which I previously reported to Apple were fixed in Security Updates 2008-001, 2008-002, 2008-003, and 2008-004.

How come the entire Apple community isn't going APE about this issue?
What exactly do you want? Worldwide demonstrations? The Mac community to lay siege to Infinite Loop? Vulnerabilities crop up quite regularly on any OS, and fortunately less commonly on Mac OS X. Apple take security threats very seriously. I'm sure that Apple's script-smiths have been sweating 24/7 over a fix for this ever since it was brought to their attention, in the meantime FLUIDNYC has posted Brian Mastenbrook's workaround. And be grateful that there are White Hats such as B.Mastenbrook Esq who search out vulnerabilities and bring them to our attention.
Have fun,

after a software update search an update is found, it is downloaded, restarts computer, but during the configuration it freezed at about 15% done. how can i update? i'm a non-techie.
Some general advice on updating Leopard:
It is worth noting that it is an extreme rarity for updates to cause upsets to your system, as they have all been extensively beta-tested, but they may well reveal pre-existing ones, particularly those of which you may have been unaware. If you are actually aware of any glitches, make sure they are fixed before proceeding further.
So before you do anything else:
If you can, make a full backup first to an external hard disk. Ideally you should always have a bootable clone of your system that enables you to revert to the previous pre-update state.
Turn off sleep mode for both screen and hard disk.
Disconnect all peripherals except your keyboard and mouse.
1. Repair Permissions (in Disk Utility)
2. Verify the state of your hard disk using Disk Utility. If any faults are reported, restart from your install disk (holding down the C key), go to Disk Utility, and repair your startup disk. Restart again to get back to your startup disk.
At least you can now be reasonably certain that your system does not contain any obvious faults that might cause an update/upgrade to fail.
3. Download the correct version of the COMBO update from the Apple download site.
The Combo updater of Leopard 10.5.8 can be found here:
http://support.apple.com/downloads/Mac_OS_X_10_5_8_Combo_Update
If you prefer to download updates via Software Update in the Apple menu (which would ensure that the correct version for your Mac was being downloaded), it is not recommended to allow SU to install major (or even minor) updates automatically. Set Software Update to just download the updater without immediately installing it. There is always the possibility that the combined download and install (which can be a lengthy process) might be interrupted by a power outage or your cat walking across the keyboard, and an interrupted install will almost certainly cause havoc. Once it is downloaded, you can install at a time that suits you. You should make a backup copy of the updater on a CD in case you ever need a reinstall.
Full details about the 10.5.8 update here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3606
More information on using Software Updater here:
http://support.apple.com/kb/TA24901?viewlocale=en_US
Using the Combo updater ensures that all system files changed since the original 10.5.0 are included, and any that may have been missed out or subsequently damaged will be repaired. The Delta updater, although a temptingly smaller download, only takes you from the previous version to the new one, i.e. for example from 10.5.7 to 10.5.8. Software Update will generally download the Delta updater only. The preferable Combo updater needs to be downloaded from Apple's download site.
Now proceed as follows:
4. Close all applications and turn off energy saving and screensaver.
5. Unplug all peripherals except your keyboard and mouse.
6. Install the update/upgrade. Do not under any circumstances interrupt this procedure. Do not do anything else on your computer while it is installing. Be patient.
7. When it ask for a restart to complete the installation, click restart. This can take longer than normal, there are probably thousands of files to overwrite and place in the correct location. Do nothing while this is going on.
8. Once your Mac is awake, repair permissions again, and you should be good to go!
If your Mac seems slightly sluggish or ‘different’, perform a second restart. It can’t hurt and is sometimes efficacious! In fact a second restart can be recommended.
9. Open a few of your most used applications and check that all is OK. In this connection please remember that not all manufacturers of third party applications and plug-ins, add-ons, haxies etc, will have had time to do any necessary rewrites to their software to make them compliant with the latest version of your operating system. Give them a week or two while you regularly check their websites for updates.
N.B. Do not attempt to install two different updates at the same time as each may have different routines and requirements. Follow the above recommendations for each update in turn.
Lastly, Apple's own article on the subject of Software Update may also be useful reading:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106695
[b]If you are updating Safari (or just have):[/b]
Input Managers from third parties can do as much harm as good. They use a security loophole to reach right into your applications' code and change that code as the application starts up. If you have installed an OS update and Safari is crashing, the very [i]first[/i] thing to do is clear out your InputManagers folders (both in your own Library and in the top-level /Library), log out and log back in, and try again.
So, disable all third party add-ons before updating Safari, as they may not have been updated yet for the new version. Add them back one by one. If something goes awry, remove it again and check on the software manufacturer's website for news of an update to match your version of Safari.
Most errors reported here after an update are due to an unrepaired or undetected inherent fault in the system, and/or a third party add-on.
Additional tips on software installation here:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106692
To reiterate, Input Managers reach right into an application and alter its code. This puts the behavior of the affected application outside the control and responsibility of its developers: a recipe for problems. That's not to say that issues absolutely will ensue as a result of Input Managers, but you, as a user, must decide. If the functionality of a specific Input Manager or set thereof is really important to you, you may well choose to assume the associated risk.
Again, the advice is to remove all Input Managers from the following directories:
/Library/InputManagers
~/Library/InputManagers
especially prior to system updates (they can always be added back one-by-one later).

Please give me flowchart for this code...
Writing a Java applet to communicate with a serial device attached to the Device
Server is very straightforward. However, familiarity with Java programming and a
Java compiler are required.
As with any network application, open a communication channel to the remote
device. In our example, a socket is opened and and two data streams are created to
perform the actual sending and receiving of data.
The following example uses a new Java Class called tcpip. Copy the following code
into a file called tcpip.java.
import java.*;
import java.lang.*;
import java.net.*;
import java.util.*;
import java.io.*;
* This class opens a TCP connection, and allows reading and writing of byte
arrays.
public class tcpip
protected Socket s = null;
public DataInputStream dis = null;
protected DataOutputStream dos = null;
public tcpip(InetAddress ipa, int port)
Socket s1 = null;
try { // Open the socket
s1 = new Socket(ipa.getHostAddress(), port);
catch (IOException e) {
System.out.println("Error opening socket");
return;
s = s1;
try { // Create an input stream
dis = new DataInputStream(new
BufferedInputStream(s.getInputStream()));
catch(Exception ex) {
System.out.println("Error creating input stream");
try { // Create an output stream
dos = new DataOutputStream(new
BufferedOutputStream(s.getOutputStream()));
catch(Exception ex) {
System.out.println("Error creating output stream");
public synchronized void disconnect()
if (s != null) {
try {
s.close();
catch (IOException e){}
public synchronized void send(byte[] temp)
try {
dos.write(temp, 0, temp.length);
dos.flush();
catch(Exception ex) {
System.out.println("Error sending data : " + ex.toString());
public synchronized void send(byte[] temp, int len)
try {
dos.write(temp, 0, len);
dos.flush();
catch(Exception ex) {
System.out.println("Error sending data : " + ex.toString());
public synchronized void send(String given)
// WARNING: this routine may not properly convert Strings to bytes
int length = given.length();
byte[] retvalue = new byte[length];
char[] c = new char[length];
given.getChars(0, length, c, 0);
for (int i = 0; i < length; i++) {
retvalue[i] = (byte)c;
send(retvalue);
public synchronized byte[] receive()
byte[] retval = new byte[0];
try {
while(dis.available() == 0); /* Wait for data */
catch (IOException e){}
try {
retval = new byte[dis.available()];
catch (IOException e){}
try {
dis.read(retval);
catch (IOException e){}
return(retval);
public int available()
int avail;
avail = 0;
try {
avail = dis.available();
catch (IOException e) {}
return(avail);
Next, create the Text_io class as the application. Copy the following code
into a file called Text_io.java.
import java.awt.*;
import java.awt.event.*;
import java.lang.*;
public class Text_io extends Panel implements Runnable,
TextListener {
private tcpip gtp;
String oldmessage = new String("");
TextArea input_box = new TextArea("", 10, 60, 3);
TextArea output_box = new TextArea("", 10, 60, 3);
Thread timer;
public Text_io(tcpip tp) {
gtp = tp;
setLayout(new GridBagLayout());
GridBagConstraints c = new GridBagConstraints();
c.insets = new Insets(5,5,5,5);
setBackground(java.awt.Color.lightGray);
setSize(561,380);
c.gridx = 0; c.gridy = 2; c.gridwidth = 1; c.gridheight =
1;
c.weightx = 0.0; c.weighty = 0.0; c.anchor =
GridBagConstraints.WEST;
c.fill = GridBagConstraints.NONE;
add((new Label("To Device Server: (Type Here--->)")), c);
//input_box
input_box.addTextListener(this);
c.gridx = 1; c.gridy = 2; c.gridwidth = 3; c.gridheight =
1;
c.weightx = 0.5; c.weighty = 0.0; c.anchor =
GridBagConstraints.CENTER;
c.fill = GridBagConstraints.BOTH;
add(input_box,c);
c.gridx = 0; c.gridy = 4; c.gridwidth = 1; c.gridheight =
1;
c.weightx = 0.0; c.weighty = 0.0; c.anchor =
GridBagConstraints.WEST;
c.fill = GridBagConstraints.NONE;
add((new Label("From Device Server:")), c);
c.gridx = 1; c.gridy = 4; c.gridwidth = 3; c.gridheight =
1;
c.weightx = 0.5; c.weighty = 0.0; c.anchor =
GridBagConstraints.CENTER;
c.fill = GridBagConstraints.BOTH;
add(output_box,c);
output_box.setEditable(false);
timer = new Thread(this);
timer.start();
public void run() {
int i;
byte[] in;
Thread me = Thread.currentThread();
while (timer == me) {
try {
Thread.currentThread().sleep(200);
catch (InterruptedException e) { }
if ( (gtp != null) && ((i = gtp.available()) > 0) ) {
in = gtp.receive();
/* remove non-printing bytes */
for (i = 0; i < in.length; i++) {
if (in[i] < 0x20)
in[i] = 0x20;
output_box.append((new String(in)));
public void textValueChanged(TextEvent e) {
int len, i;
String str = new String("");
String message = input_box.getText();
len = message.length() - oldmessage.length();
if (len < 0) {
for (i = 0; i < -len; i++)
str += "\b";
//System.out.println("Backspace");
else if (len > 0) {
str = message.substring(oldmessage.length());
//System.out.println("len = "+str.length()+" str =
"+str);
oldmessage = message;
if ( (len != 0) && (gtp != null) )
gtp.send(str);
Next, create the actual applet that uses the tcpip and Text_io classes. Copy
the following code into a file called Test.java.
import java.awt.*;
import java.awt.event.*;
import java.applet.Applet;
import java.net.*;
import java.io.*;
import java.lang.*;
import java.text.*;
import java.util.*;
public class Test extends Applet {
static private boolean isapplet = true;
static private InetAddress arg_ip = null;
static private int arg_port = 0;
public tcpip gtp = null;;
InetAddress reader_ip = null;
int port = 10001;
public void init()
gtp = null;
reader_ip = null;
port = 10001;
public void start()
String st = new String("TCP/IP connection status: ");
setFont(new Font("Dialog",Font.BOLD,16));
setLayout(new GridBagLayout());
GridBagConstraints c = new GridBagConstraints();
c.gridx = 0; c.gridy = 0; c.gridwidth = 1; c.gridheight
= 1;
c.anchor = GridBagConstraints.CENTER;
c.fill = GridBagConstraints.BOTH;
c.insets = new Insets(5,5,5,5);
setBackground(Color.yellow);

I've found that usually the more thought and effort posters put into creating and solving their questions, the better their chances are of a volunteer here taking the time and effort to consider it and give a helpful answer. In other words, show that you are putting effort into doing your own homework first.
Also, when posting your code, please use code tags so that your code will retain its formatting and be readable. To do this, you will need to paste already formatted code into the forum, highlight this code, and then press the "code" button at the top of the forum Message editor prior to posting the message. You may want to click on the Preview tab to make sure that your code is formatted correctly. Another way is to place the tag [code] at the top of your block of code and the tag [/code] at the bottom, like so:
[code]
// your code block goes here.
// note the differences between the tag at the top vs the bottom.
[/code]or
{code}
// your code block goes here.
// note here that the tags are the same.

Can somebody please explain how to fix this?!
After doing my first ever Phone Software update on my phone (a Nokia E52) this problem started.
In the Standby mode if I choose "Basic" it shows the entire theme as it's meant to be. But when I change it to "Active" the bottom of the theme cuts off! This NEVER happened before I did the update.
Please see the images attached and you will see what I'm talking about.
Any help would be appreciated or if this problem cannot be remedied then please say so as well. I have been to a Nokia Support Centre and had a technician check it out, his only unwaiving response was "The update makes the phone better", which doesn't do squat to solve my problem jack.
