Problem passing texts into sap-script

Dear Experts,
I have a requirement, where I have to pass some text-lines from my selection-screen of the driver-program to the sap-script,i.e. whatever I write in those text fields that should be displayed(printed) on the specified place of my script. Another specification is that,
those lines will get printed only if the checkbox on my selection-screen is checked.
What should be the procedure,please help me.

The text lines on the selection screen will be in a variable. Pass the variable to the SAPScript. I don't see the problem.

When i am inserting company logo into sap scripts, i successfully uploaded, but the problem is i am getting black and white image instead of color,but in RSTXLDMC i am giving parameter as BCOL only, could anybody help to get my problem resolved. it is very urgent. How to Upload graphics (IMAGE) to your Sapscript?
Command in your Sapscript
/: INCLUDE Z_YOUR_LOGO OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE E
These are the steps to be followed for uploading graphics in R/3 system
1.   First save the file as BMP
2.   Open the BMP file in IMaging (Goto -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging) and
      make it Zoom as 100% and save as *.TIFF
3.   Open SE38 and execute program RSTXLDMC
4.   Give your TIFF file path name
5.   Select Bcol (for Color)
6.   TEXT ID will be ZHEX-MACRO-*.
7.   Inplace of * write your own logo name (ZCOMPANYLOGO)
8.   Execute the program
9.   Now Goto SE71 create your ZFORM
10. Create logo window
11. Goto text element of logo window
or
In 4.6x :-
1. Goto SE71 Change the mode to GRAPHICAL
2. Choose the Graph Tabstrips
3. Now type in some name for the LOGO WINDOW
4. Press the IMPORT BUTTON and then IMPORT the BMP file from your DESKTOP
5. The code will be written automatically. You just need to drag and drop wherever you want
     the graphics to be.
Please note that in 4.6c onwards, you can also used Windows Bitmap file ( .BMP).

Problem in using standard text in SAP Script

Hi All,
I have to replace English text hardcoded in a script with standard texts (SO10) in Spanish. When I am including the standard text in script, it is displayed in different font and bigger size. I want to reduce the size and change the font of standard text. Is there any way to do that?

Problem in long text in SAP script editor

Hi ,
i am maintaining long text in SAP script editor , when i am trying to change the long text in SAP script that changes are not reflected in print preview ,for example when i am giving tabs in the script then in print preview of the PO these tabs are displayed as , , ( comma) , and underlines are not appearing in print preview.please help me on this.

Hi ,
In the transaction related to PO select the path goto->header texts and then details of the texts like ID,objectname,language,name.Pass all theses details to 'READ_TEXT ' FM. Then you will get text lines described for a perticular Po ,similarly for item also.

PASSING TABLE VALUES AS AN ARGUMENT TO SAPSCRIPT:
In the line editor, specify the table field arguments enclosed by '&' symbol as follows:
/E ELEMENT

Save -> Activate.
In the Print Program, specify following code:
TABLES KNA1.
CALL FUNCTION 'OPEN_FORM'
EXPORTING
   FORM                              = 'ZSHABFORM1'
   LANGUAGE                          = SY-LANGU.
SELECT * FROM KNA1.
CALL FUNCTION 'WRITE_FORM'
EXPORTING
   ELEMENT                        = 'ELEMENT'
   WINDOW                         = 'MAIN'.
ENDSELECT.
CALL FUNCTION 'CLOSE_FORM'.
Save -> Activate -> Execute.

Standard text in SAP Script

I am Creating Standard text in SAP Script. I want to Transport it to Quality and Production servers.But while saving standard text it is not asking transport request no.weather we need to create the text seperately in quality and in production or we can attach it in to transport request. Please suggest me.

Need to print a text of 255 char from a Ztable into sap script printing.

I Have a requirement where I have to fetch an incoterm description maintained in Z table according to incoterm key and print it via SAP script.
I am getting the complete 255 char data in the variable which I am passing to the script from the driver program, However in the output I can see only 80 characters getting printed.
My code
Subroutine created in se71

Note: Here pt_output-value is having a complete 255 char data
I have tried printing it using offset as well, However complete text is not getting printed.
Please help me in solving this issue as it is urgent requirement.

   pt_output-value = l_vtext.
   MODIFY pt_output TRANSPORTING value WHERE name = 'L_VTEXT1'.
   pt_output-value = l_vtext+80.
   MODIFY pt_output TRANSPORTING value WHERE name = 'L_VTEXT2'.
   pt_output-value = l_vtext+160.
   MODIFY pt_output TRANSPORTING value WHERE name = 'L_VTEXT3'.
   pt_output-value = l_vtext+240.
   MODIFY pt_output TRANSPORTING value WHERE name = 'L_VTEXT4'.
I guess it's a workaround if it's really urgent. Present variables next to one another.

Dispaly standard text in SAP SCRIPT which content saved using SAVE_TEXT FM

I want to display one standard text content in SAP SCRIPT and want to store content of it during run time.
For that, first I have created one standard text using SO10.Named the standard text as Z_TEST_WRITE. Initially it was empty.
In my SAP SCRIPT, I try to display the content of the standard text using below given SAP SCRIPT code and report program. Although I am able to store text in Standard text
Z_TEST_WRITE but in first display of the SCRIPT it is not displaying against the include command of SAP SCRIPT. But when I see the content of Z_TEST_WRITE through SO10 transaction, I can see the content with new text which was previously empty.
Now if I do the same transaction newly (suppose second time), then text stored in standard text Z_TEST_WRITE is displaid against includes command of SAP SCRIPT.
My print program is a SAP STANDARD which one can be changed.

If the text is getting displayed the second time, then this should be due to delay in saving the text.
After your COMMIT WORK AND WAIT in your report program, just put a WAIT FOR 2 SECS and check again.

Formatted Text Edit & SAP Script Text

I'm working through a business requirement to input some long text, and then update an existing SAP script text object (attached to a sales order).
I'm using a formatted text editor to allow the users to enter the text - however I can't find a utlity that allows me to convert this data into a format that can be saved into a sap script text.

You can create standard texts using the transaction SO10. Then to insert these standard texts in the SAPScript choose the menu, Insert->Text->Standard and choose the standard text that you want to choose.
Alternatively, you can display standard texts in your SAP Scripts using the command:
INCLUDE ZSTEXT OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE EN
where ZSTEXT refers to the Standard Text name.

I am working on a sap script which is developed in the 555 cliet(Quality) but now the error comes change to repository or cross client is not allowed.
In order to change the script which i am working on i tried to copy that script in 333 client and created with the orignal script. I tried to copy the modified script (developed in 555) but it is copying that script.
Plzz proivde me guideliness how to solve this problem.

Hi there,
Are clients 555 and 333 both on DEV Server? If so you may use transaction SCC1 to copy the form from one client to another. Just run SCC1 on the client where the sapscript form will be copied, indicate the source client, and search for the transport request number that contains your form.

Converting HR Form(pe51) into sap script/smartform

I have an HR form created in PE51 - how do I convert this into a sap script/smartforms? I would like to put our company logo on the form...

Well i once found these two Notes:

It is talking about PE51 and some interaction with smartforms and a couple of Function modules.
Following objects are created in release 4.6B and delivered from releases upwards via this note :
Function group HR99S00_SMARTFORM
Function module HR_99S_CONV_PRIPARMS_TO_SSFCOMPOP converts printing parameters from format PRIPARMS to Smartform format SSFCOMPOP.
Function module HR_99S_CONV_SFERROR_TO_HRERROR converts and integrates Smartform error table to an HR error table.
It looks like it is possible to produce a smartform payslip. What I could not find is how to do it.

You can get a Vertical Line using the foll eg in the Script:
/: BOX XPOS '12' CM YPOS '10' CM WIDTH '0' CM HEIGHT '18' CM FRAME 10 TW
keeping the Width as 0 will create a box with width 0 which will be a vertical Line,
when you will use this code it will automatically appear in the other pages as weel when you use this main window.

Problem printing box in sap script

i am printing the main window in a box in sap script, the box is appearing on page one but it does not seem to appear on the later pages, how do i get it to appear on all the pages? is there any setting that i'm missing?

Can you elobrate your question.
if your question is like this.
-> You have only one page you are displaying the data in that box and that data is exceeding the main window and printing in
the second page and you are not getting the BOX in the second page .
a) If it is your question check whether there is any if condition
before the BOX command like
/: if &page& = 1.
/: BOX height 5 ln width 50 ch
/: Endif.
remove the if condition there.
or
/E ele1.
/: BOX height 5 ln width 50 ch
place the Box statement in the first line of that window.
-> You have two pages .
a) If it is so check wheter the box command is there in both
pages.
