Hi there,
Are clients 555 and 333 both on DEV Server? If so you may use transaction SCC1 to copy the form from one client to another. Just run SCC1 on the client where the sapscript form will be copied, indicate the source client, and search for the transport request number that contains your form.
Also, where did you develop your form?
Let me know.

Changes are not reflecting while executing the SAP script from report
HI,
In SAP-script we are nmaking changes in form in client 130
it is showing the changes in 140 client but while excuting the report the same are not reflecting in the output.
Thanks in Advance
Naveen MHello.
Scripts are mandant depentant. So you must copy from 130 to 140 for changes take efect.
Do it in transaction SE71 in mandant 140, first screen, in the menu options.
And never forget to activate it in all mandants.
Best regards.

Send sap script to client through mail
hi gurus,
here it goes..
i have made a sap script and when i execute the driver program a screen pops up showing print parameters like 'print',printpreview , spool request etc.
i assign a local printer lp01 to it and slect new spool request and click on print .
but after that nothing happens . actually i want to view the spool number i go to transaction sp01 where i cannot find any spool numbers under my id.
secondly,
if i get the spool number (if i get) how to send the sap script to client's email id directly .also the sap script delivered to client should be in a printable form
do help .points will be awarded.HI

My question is that How to add a report into the SAP-SCRIPT .
by using PERFORM ......ENDPERFORM
I don't know how to used it .Hi Sandeep,
Please check this link

Calling ABAP Subroutines: PERFORM
You can use the PERFORM command to call an ABAP subroutine (form) from any program, subject to the normal ABAP runtime authorization checking. You can use such calls to subroutines for carrying out calculations, for obtaining data from the database that is needed at display or print time, for formatting data, and so on.
PERFORM commands, like all control commands, are executed when a document is formatted for display or printing. Communication between a subroutine that you call and the document is by way of symbols whose values are set in the subroutine.
Syntax in a form window:
/: PERFORM <form> IN PROGRAM <prog>
/: USING &INVAR1&
/: USING &INVAR2&
/: CHANGING &OUTVAR1&
/: CHANGING &OUTVAR2&
/: ENDPERFORM
INVAR1 and INVAR2 are variable symbols and may be of any of the four SAPscript symbol types.
OUTVAR1 and OUTVAR2 are local text symbols and must therefore be character strings.
The ABAP subroutine called via the command line stated above must be defined in the ABAP report prog as follows:
FORM <form> TABLES IN_TAB STRUCTURE ITCSY
OUT_TAB STRUCTURE ITCSY.
ENDFORM.
The values of the SAPscript symbols passed with /: USING... are now stored in the internal table IN_TAB . Note that the system passes the values as character string to the subroutine, since the field Feld VALUE in structure ITCSY has the domain TDSYMVALUE (CHAR 80). See the example below on how to access the variables.
The internal table OUT_TAB contains names and values of the CHANGING parameters in the PERFORM statement. These parameters are local text symbols, that is, character fields. See the example below on how to return the variables within the subroutine.
From within a SAPscript form, a subroutine GET_BARCODE in the ABAP program QCJPERFO is called. Then the simple barcode contained there (u2018First pageu2019, u2018Next pageu2019, u2018Last pageu2019) is printed as local variable symbol.
Definition in the SAPscript form:
/: PERFORM GET_BARCODE IN PROGRAM QCJPERFO
/: USING &PAGE&
/: USING &NEXTPAGE&
/: CHANGING &BARCODE&
/: ENDPERFORM
/ &BARCODE&
Coding of the calling ABAP program:
REPORT QCJPERFO.
FORM GET_BARCODE TABLES IN_PAR STUCTURE ITCSY
OUT_PAR STRUCTURE ITCSY.
DATA: PAGNUM LIKE SY-TABIX, "page number
NEXTPAGE LIKE SY-TABIX. "number of next page
READ TABLE IN_PAR WITH KEY u2018PAGEu2019.
CHECK SY-SUBRC = 0.
PAGNUM = IN_PAR-VALUE.
READ TABLE IN_PAR WITH KEY u2018NEXTPAGEu2019.
CHECK SY-SUBRC = 0.
NEXTPAGE = IN_PAR-VALUE.
READ TABLE IN_PAR WITH KEY u2018BARCODEu2019.
CHECK SY-SUBRC = 0.
IF PAGNUM = 1.
OUT_PAR-VALUE = u2018|u2019. "First page
ELSE.
OUT_PAR-VALUE = u2018||u2019. "Next page
ENDIF.
IF NEXTPAGE = 0.
OUT_PAR-VALUE+2 = u2018Lu2019. "Flag: last page
ENDIF.
MODIFY OUT_PAR INDEX SY-TABIX.
ENDFORM.

What are the different functions used in sap script?
Hi,
What are the different functions used in sap script? What are the parameters used in each Function?
Regards,
Maheshhe print program is used to print forms. The program retieves the necesary data from datbase tables, defines the order of in which text elements are printed, chooses a form for printing and selects an output device and print options.
Function modules in a printprogram:
When you print a form you must used the staments OPEN_FORM and CLOSE_FORM. To combine forms into a single spool request use START_FORM and END_FORM.
To print textelements in a form use WRITE_FORM. The order in which the textelements are printed, is determined by the order of the WRITE_FORM statements. Note: for printing lines in the body, you can also use the WRITE_FORM_LINES function module.
To transfer control command to a form use CONTROL_FORM.
Structure of a print program
Read data
Tables: xxx.
SELECT *

Open form printing - Must be called before working with any of the other form function modules.
Must be ended with function module CLOSE FORM

How to transport SAPSCRIPT??
SMARTFORMS translate and transport
SAP Scripts are client-dependent objects. Hence, they may often require to be downloaded from or uploaded to SAP system
Following programs can be used to download from/upload to SAP System
RSTXR3TR To EXPORT/IMPORT layout set (FORM) using a Transport Request (CTS)
RSTXSCRP To EXPORT/IMPORT layout set (FORM), Style, Standard Text or Device Type without using a Transport Request
execute the Program 'RSTXSCRP' give the Script name and Export it to u'r system and then log on in different client and Import the script using the same Program.

Why SAP script is client dependent ?
why SAP script is client dependent ?
Hi,
By design, SAP script is a word processing tool which displays data on the form with the help of text elements where the logic of those is written in the print program and Forms were designed to be driven from print program, hence are often termed as client dependent. Smart forms are client independent. Bcoz it doesnu2019t use any text elements. It will be executed through a function module. When a print program calls a Smart Form, the form itself takes over to produce output, without any further direction from print program.

Problem passing texts into sap-script
Dear Experts,
I have a requirement, where I have to pass some text-lines from my selection-screen of the driver-program to the sap-script,i.e. whatever I write in those text fields that should be displayed(printed) on the specified place of my script. Another specification is that,
those lines will get printed only if the checkbox on my selection-screen is checked.
What should be the procedure, please help me.The text lines on the selection screen will be in a variable. Pass the variable to the SAPScript. I don't see the problem.
