TS1398 Since I upgraded to iOS 7.0.2 my phone will not auto-connect to the home WiFi network.
I upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 7.0.2 and now my phone will not auto-connect to the home wifi network. Each time I leave and return to within range of the network I have to remember to manually connect, otherwise it continues to use 4G for data. The credentials are saved (all I have to do is tap it to connect) but just won't happen automatically any more.
Is anyone else seeing this problem?
Tried the reset multiple times. No go. Before the IOS 7.0,2 update my devices were connecting to home WIFI eventually.

Assuming your iPhone was not hacked or jailbroken, and is an iPhone 4 or newer, try recovery mode as described here. Note you may have to try to get into recovery mode more than once.

Since I upgraded to IOS 7.0.2, many times I am unable to answer the calls. Then I have to switch off and on to answer the calls. I checked with my three friends who updated and they are also facing same problem. Kindly let me know the solution.
Since other millions of people updated and do not have that problem - it means one of two.
1.Your friends lied to you and do not have that problem and in that case only your installation of ios7 got corrupted and you need to restore your phone.
2.Your friends didn't lie to you and all 4 of you need to restore phones (that way reinstalling ios 7 properly)

Ever since I upgraded to IOS 7 on my iPad2, it does not remember my passwords, even though I check "keep me signed on". Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? I did not have this issue with the previous OS. Thank you.
Thank you, James, but I do have a WiFi connection on the iPad mini. The Numbers files update on my iPad third generation and iPhone just fine when connected to the same network.

My iPhone 4s will not connect with my home WiFi network. I have ios6 on my iPhone. The connection was working perfectly before I updated my IMac and my MacBook Pro to ios 10.8.2. I have had ios6 since I purchased the phone a couple of months ago. It searches for a network and finds them, but when it asks for my password, it will not accept the password. Have never had this happen before.

I updated my iPhone 5S to iOS 7.0.2 and iBooks will not load anything from the Store- I cannot search or even view my purchases.

Unfortunately yes, though technology would never move on if it kept to older standards and did not strive to do more.
The app store always gives you the option to use a previous version of the app IF it is available for your device.

TS1398 since I downloaded the IEO 7.2 my phone will no longer connect or find available wifi
I downloaded the IOS 7.2 and since doing that my phone will not connect to available WIFI that it used to before the upgrade. I even reset all settings, reentered the wifi network and password and nothing.
I am having the same problem. I have a couple of friends who said that they put their phones in the freezer for an hour to cool them down and after that it worked perfectly ever since. I triend it and my wifi worked for about 5 minutes and then stopped working again so its not 100% sure but its worth a try. good luck.

Have ipad 1. Was working fine and was able to connect to the home Wi Fi network. Was running ios3.2.2. Upgrade to so called improved ios 4.3.2 and cheers the pad just doesnt join the home network. Tried all the tricks and trouble shooting listed in the forum and as guided by the technical support. Even restored the pad three times. Still the same problem remains. Have been advised to upgrade to 4.3.3, but am apprehensive- dont know what else will stop working. As such without WiFi my pad is as good as a piece of junk. Apple has some serious issues that require sorting out. If anyone can help me kindly do so.

like you, my problem is absolutely linked to upgrading to 4.3.3. Everything worked fine for 10 months before that upgrade, and NOW well.........

I have four iOS devices, an iPad Air, an iPhone 5S, an iPhone 4, and an iPad2. All but the iPad2 are running iOS 7.1. The iPad2 is still iOS 7.0.4. I am only getting 1mbs download speeds with the iOS 7.1 devices. The iPad2, as well as my Windows 7 laptop on the same WiFi network, are getting a full 15mbs download speed using the Ookla Speedtest. I have tried resetting the wireless router, as well as resetting the network configurations on the iOS devices, rebooting the devices, etc., but the slow speeds persist. While I can't definitively tie the issue to the iOS 7.1 upgrade, I distinctly recall running speedtests on the iPad Air in the past, and getting 15mbs.
Any troubleshooting suggestions?Thanks for the reply, Jim. I double-checked my wireless router settings against the recommendations in the link you provided. Only one setting was different. I had the 2.4GHz channel width set to auto, and the recommendation is 20MHz. I made this change. The 5GHz channel is disabled on my router.
After the change, I got mixed results. My iPhone 5S now gets over 15Mbs, but my iPad Air gets less than 1Mbs. My iPad2, as well as my laptop, continue to get over 15Mbs. I don't think the issue is with the router configuration at this time. Any other suggestions? -
I have just upgraded to windows 8.1 but my photoshop elements 11 now will not let me change the paper size and type in the print properties. Also some of the property popup boxes just flash on the screen but do not stay displayed!
