When using firefox on my MAC desktop the MAC toolbar with time, date, volumn ect. disappears. I want to be able to see it. How can I fix this?

While in firefox I am able to click on finder and see the missing toolbar. As soon as I go back to firefox it disappears.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

You can try the standard fixes of reset, restore from backup and restore to factory defaults to rule out a hsoftware proble. Frequently it is to to a problem with the eadphone jack and the solution is to replace the jack.

Restart your phone,hold the home button and the off button down till the apple symbol comes up. If that doesnt fix it , you need to do a restore in itunes by connecting to itunes , click on your phones name to the left, then click restore in the center of the screen and restore from backup.

In Mavericks iPhoto slide shows, why do the last pics come first, some pics are upside down, and some vertical pics are horizontal? How can I fix this?

On my iMac OSX, 10.9.4, Mavericks, I have been trying to view an album as a slide show. The slide show starts at the end (bottom row picture) instead of the beginning (top 1st picture). I have gone to View>Sort Photos>Manual. But the order of Ascending and Descending choices are greyed out with the default check by Ascending. How can I start at my beginning without rearranging all the photos? Also, some of the photos are upside down and sideways, even though they are correct in the album. How can I fix this?? Thank you! Also, can I include a video in the slide show? Up to how many seconds/minutes?

Is this a slideshow created directly from an album?
There's a bug with iPhoto 9.5 and Mavericks in that slideshows from Albums do not play correctly if they are sorted manually. Only photos that have been sorted by date, keyword, rating or title will play from albums correctly.
To have a slideshow with photos sorted manually use the slideshow mode in iPhoto.

If there is a problem with searching via the default about:home page then try to reset the search engine used on the about:home page.
Reset the browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone pref via the right-click context menu to the default on the about:config page and close and restart Firefox to restore the about:home page to its default.

I updated to the most recent (just in case) and it still isn't loading up. Out of frustration I opened MSIE to search for this problem and I noticed that Firefox was working again. Not sure what you mean then. Is QuickTime still open and playing the video? If so, do you mean you can't even get back to QT to shut it down?
Check the Dock for the QT logo. Click it to bring that app to the foreground. The menu bar then should say QuickTIme Player next to the Apple logo. Close the app and the video will shut down with it.

The ! usually means that the song file has been moved or deleted. If you can find the song file on your hard drive, you can remove the song from iTunes and put it back by using File>Open and navigating to the song file. There is also a location that iTunes will look for song files (I'm a Mac guy, so I don't know where it should be in Windows, but for me it's HD>Users>My User Name>Music>iTunes>iTunes Music and then there are various folders for different albums, podcasts, etc.), so I would keep them all there.

All devices are using updated software and here's the issue:
Mom & Dad each have an ipod 3gs. Two teen kids each have an ipod touch 4. All 4 devices use the same Apple ID, share free and purchased apps. The kids are receiving Mom and Dad's text messages & messages between our texting contacts.
Question: 1. How can we avoid the kids receiving messages displayed on our phones to their touches (we are aware of iMessage on/off but we know the kids are able to turn this feature on and off on their touches without the need for a password.
Question: 2. If we set up separate Apple ID's for each Ipod device, can we all still share current purchased Apps & continue to share purchased Apps? Apple allows up to 5 devices share Apps.
Help is appreciated before we choose to not upgrade the older 3gs phones to the latest iphone and get Samsungs.

Any devices connected to the same icloud account can sync all the data on that account. For this reason an icloud account is really for a single user.
On a mac, if each user has their own account, then the itunes for that mac account should be set up to connect to that user's icloud account (System preferences>icloud).

When I lock tracks I am not able to unlock them, how can i fix this?

I have tried duplicting the track and copy and pasting all the audio into the new track but when I go to delete the "stuck track" it says 'you must unlock track to delete'.
Has anyone else had this issue?

When I click to unlock on the track header it does nothing as if the button is disabled.

Sounds like something is stuck.
DId you toggle the visibility of the button (Show/Hide Track Header Component)
Use the "Save As ..) command to create a duplicate Project and see if it has the same problem
Is this the only Project you have that problem?
