Hi,
Firstly, please check whether was there any recent transport containing changes relating to the ZGS_CONV_NET tcode or the below standard report imported into this system leading to inconsistencies.
Also, please check space critical objects in DB02.
Also, check the update status in SM13, it should be "Active".
Finally, Contact the user M124356 and ask him/her as to what are they doing with the Z tcode. You might get a clue over there.
Hope this helps. Try these and let me know.

  • Update termination record found in SM13 - material document posting error

    Hi All,
    A record was found in SM13 relating to missing material document and accounting document. When 'update header' button is clicked in SM13 selecting that record, the resultant pop up shows report name SAPLZ2K_MB_BUS2028. And when 'update status' button is clicked it shows error description '00 671: ABAP/4 processor: LOAD_NO_ROLL'.
    Since update was termianted, the material document could not be found in database though MSEG entries in SM13 shows that material document number.
    Help required to interpret the above scenario and what could be the root cause for the update termiantion.
    Regards
    JB

  • SM13 - Error in Collect.Run - Yellow status update records.

    Hello,
    After some problems with update queues in R/3, we have some update records in yellow status "Error in collective run" in sm13 t-code.
    If we run collective run, new records are pushed into rsa7, but this yellow status records won't move, and we actually need them.
    Does anyone know how to process this errors?

    Hi,
    There is no problem with background process, the new update records are being processed with no problem.
    These update records remain in yellow status since yesterday, but new records are being processed.

  • While updating J1INBANK No records found.

    Dear All,
    We have made TDS remittance through J1INCHLN and while doing J1iNBANK no records found in table J_1IEWTCHLN for a particular company code. But the TDS Payment document is appearing in FB03. We are in ECC 6.0.
    If anybody knows please let me the reason why the table J_1IEWTCHLN is not getting updated once TDS Payment is done.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards / Paul

    Dear Mr. Joshi,
    There are documents since Nov'2009 and till now I know the document numbers. But while doing J1INBANK if you enter the document number, the system says " no document found" OR if you press F4 to select available documents, for a given company code there is no records available. At the same time there are records for other 30 company codes in the client.
    My question is, am i missing any configuration for this company code. Because none of a record pertaining to TDS Payment is not found in the table J_1IEWTCHLN, which were generated through tcode: J1INCHLN.
    Do you think any config missing relevant to this portion.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Paul

  • Error -2028 Update No matching records found (ODBC -2028)

    An apology for my English, I'm trying to update a field but I get this error:
    No matching records found (ODBC -2028)
    This is part of the code that I use to add new ones and works fine, when I change the oItems.Add (); by oItems.Update () does not work.
    public static void addItem(DataRow itemObject)
       oItems = (SAPbobsCOM.Items)(oCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oItems));
       oItems.ItemCode = itemObject["ItemCode"].ToString();
       oItems.ItemName = itemObject["ItemName"].ToString();
       lRetCode = oItems.Add();
       if (lRetCode != 0)
          oCompany.GetLastError(out lErrCode, out sErrMsg);
    I get the data from MySql, and I tried putting the data manually from an existing record and does not work
    Any ideas why?

    Hi,
    Before you can call Update on an item you need to call the GetByKey method to retrieve the item you want to update:
    public static void updateItem(DataRow itemObject)
       oItems = (SAPbobsCOM.Items)(oCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oItems));
       if(oItems.GetByKey(itemObject["ItemCode"].ToString())
            oItems.ItemName = itemObject["ItemName"].ToString();
            lRetCode = oItems.Update();
            if (lRetCode != 0)
                    oCompany.GetLastError(out lErrCode, out sErrMsg);
    Kind Regards,

  • Mapping problem with compressed key update record

    Hi, could you please advise?
    I'm getting the following problem:
    About a week ago replicat abened with "Error in mapping" error. I found in discard file some record looking like:
    filed1 = NULL
    field2 =
    field3 =
    field4 =
    field5 =
    datefield = -04-09 00:00:00
    field6 =
    field8 =
    field9 = NULL
    field10 =
    Where filed9 = @GETENV("GGHEADER", "COMMITTIMESTAM"), field10 = = @GETENV("GGHEADER", "COMMITTIMESTAM"), others are table fields mapped by USEDEFAULTS
    So I got Mapping problem with compressed key update record at 2012-06-01 15:44
    I guess I need to mention that extract failed in 5 minuts before it with: VAM function VAMRead returned unexpected result: error 600 - VAM Client Report <[CFileInfo::Read] Timeout expired after 10 retries with 1000 ms delay, waiting to read transaction log or backup files. To increase the number of retries, use SETENV (GGS_CacheRetryCount = n) in Extract parameter file. To control retry delay time, use SETENV (GGS_CacheRetryDelay = n). handle: 0000000000000398 ReadFile GetLastError:997 Wait GetLastError:997>.
    I don't know if it has ther same source as data corruption, could you tell me if it is?
    Well, I created new extract, starting 2012-06-01 15:30 to check if there was something with extract at the time, but got the same error.
    If I run extract beging at 15:52 it starts and works.
    But well, I got another one today. Data didn't look that bad, but yet one column came with null value:( And I'm using it as a key column, so I got Mapping problem with compressed key update record again:(
    I'm replicating from SQL Server 2008 to Oracle 11g.
    I'm actually using NOCOMPRESSUPDATES in Extract.
    CDC is enabled for all tables replicated. The only thing is that it is enabled not by ADD TRANDATA command, but by SQL Server sys.sp_cdc_enable_table, does it matter?
    Could you please advise why does it happen?

    Well, the problem begins somewhere in extract or before extract, may be in transaction log, I don't know:(

    Thanks,

    BWer,
    We have exactly the same issue when loading the infoobject 0PM_ORDER, the datasource is 0PM_ORDER_ATTR.
    The workaround we have been using is 'Manual push' from the details tab of the monitor. Weirdly we don't have this issue in our test and dev systems, even in Production, this doesn't occur somedays. We have all the necessary settings enabled in the infopackage.
    Did you figure out a solution for your issue, if so please let me know and likewise I will.

  • Duplicate records found while loading master data(very urgent)

    Hi all,
    One infopackage in the process chain failed while laoding the master data(full update).Its showing the following error-->duplicate record found ..1 record used in /BI0/PTCTQUERY and the same record occured in /BI0/PTCTQUERY tables.
    can anyone give me the solution...its very urgent...
    Thanks & Regards,
    Manjula

    Hi
    You can see the check box in the Processing tab page. Make a tick mark for the check box Ignore Duplicate Data Records indicator . When multiple data records that have the same key are transferred, the last data record in the request is updated to BI. Any other data records in the request with the same key are ignored.
    Help says that:
    To maintain consistency, ignoring duplicate data records is only possible if the data is updated serially. A serial update is when data is first updated into the PSA then, after it has been successfully written to the PSA, it is updated into the master data or text tables of the InfoObject.
    If a DataSource transfers potentially duplicate data records or if you manually set the Ignore Duplicate Data Records indicator, the PSA Only update type is automatically selected in the scheduler.
    hope it clears ur doubt, otherwise let me know.
    Regards
    Kiran

  • Get error ORA-20505 and ORA-01403 when UPDATING record

    Hi,
    I'm running APEX 3.2.1, on Oracle XE 10.2.0.1, on Sun Ultra20 (Intel-based) running Windows Server 2003.
    I created a small, department database - to keep track of contacts, equipment, etc.
    Initially, I used a NUMBER as the PRIMARY KEY in both the CONTACTS table and EQUIPMENT tables. I created a CONTACTS interactive report and a CONTACT DETAILS form, where the EDIT button on a row in the CONTACTS report brings up the individual record to modify. Same thing for EQUIPMENT - interactive report page and form page.
    This all worked fine!
    Then, I decided to change the PRIMARY KEY for the CONTACTS table to a STRING - with CONTACT_FIRST_NAME and CONTACT_LAST_NAME as the primary key. I figured I this would prevent duplicate entries. After the change, inserts work. Updates work, IF a change is made to ANY field EXCEPT first name or last name.
    UPDATES fail - if user modifies EITHER the first name or last name - in APEX. But, update SUCCEEDS if done in SQL Developer. Obviously, I missing a subtle nuance in APEX, but I can't figure it out.
    I've included DEBUG trace and version information below.
    Thanks,
    Andy

    Maybe because you're changing primary key...and then updating record with primary key that doesn't exist.

  • Problem with update record, then link to file

    Environment:
    Dreamweaver 8, MySQL, PHP.
    I have a repeating record from my database. I added an Update
    Record server behavior for each search result for the result table.
    I added a button to the form and changed "submit" to "view".
    Pressing "view" is supposed to allow the user to view the detailed
    record information.
    The Update Record server behavior is supposed to do two
    things:
    1) add 1 to the 'numViews' filed of the record's database
    entry when the "view" button is pressed
    2) After updating the numViews field, the form is supposed to
    redirect the user to the detailed record
    I found that depending on how I create the record, I an do
    one of the above 2 behaviors, but not both. HELP!
    To add 1 to the numViews field, I created a form variable
    called incNumViews, which does the following:
    <?php echo $row_rsSearchResults['recipeNumViews']+1; ?>
    Very simple.
    The Update Record ends up changing the form action to the
    following:
    <?php echo $editFormAction; ?>
    Looking at the code for this, I ee the following:
    $editFormAction = $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];
    if (isset($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'])) {
    $editFormAction .= "?" .
    htmlentities($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING']);
    But when the "view" (ie: submit" button for the form is
    pressed, I get redirected back to the same repeating record search
    result page, not to the record detail page.
    However, the numViews field in the record is getting properly
    incremented.
    I tried to get around this by changing the Update Record
    behavior "After updating, go to:" field to point to the record
    detail page, and tried passing a parameter tot he recordID I want
    to see details of, as a URL parameter, but that does not work.
    If I change the Update Record form action from
    <?php echo $editFormAction; ?>
    to
    record_detail.php?recordID=<?php echo
    $row_rsSearchResults['recordID']; ?>
    Then I am able to link to the detail page, but NOT update the
    numViews field.
    HOW can I fix this to both update the record, then jump to
    the detail page with a URL parameter being passed, when I click the
    "view" (submit) button o the form??
    Thanks in advance.

    If the user's computer doesn't know what to do with a TIFF file, I guess that Open button would be missing.  Tiff is not a web normal file format, or even a common one for graphics applications....

  • Integrity constraint child record found

    TopLink Version: Oracle TopLink - 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.0.0) (Build 070323)
    I may be going crazy here, but I keep getting an integrity constraint when I try to delete an object that has 1:M relationship (Resource 1:M Attribute):
    Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (WEBCENTER.WP_RELATIONSHIP_RES_FK) violated - child record found
    The child object attribute is set to "Private Owned", and there is an FK from the child table to the parent table in the database (this is where the integrity constraint violation is coming from).
    I query for the Resource, register it in the unit of work, call UOW.deleteObject(resource), and then call UOW.commitAndResume(). TopLink is making a sql call to delete the Resource, but it does not first delete the privately owned Attributes which results in the FK violation.
    It should delete the child records first, right?
    In addtion to having the attribute set to "Private Owned", I also have set:
    Batch Reading
    Use Indirection
    Transparent
    Not sure if that makes a difference.

    Use a trigger. Example:
    CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER update_parent_chilren
    BEFORE UPDATE OF pkey_column ON parent_table
    FOR EACH ROW
    BEGIN
    UPDATE child_table
    SET fkey_column = :NEW.pkey_column
    WHERE fkey_column = :OLD.pkey_column;
    END update_parent_children;
    null

  • Update record error message

    Hello Group,
    Apex 3.0
    I get an error when I try to update a field in the Master-Detail form (where both Master and Child records are on the same page) but only on the Master record. If I make changes to the Child records I have no problems.
    Here is the error message:
    ORA-20001: Error in DML: p_rowid=185, p_alt_rowid=MULTIYEAR_CONTRACTS_ID, p_rowid2=, p_alt_rowid2=. ORA-02292: integrity constraint (XXUTPA_BA.RENEW_OPT_CON) violated - child record found
    I'm not sure if it is because the p_rowid2 and p_alt_rowid2 are blank (null) or if it is something else.
    Thanks
