2LIS_04_PEMATNR - How to view source tables and fields

Hi,
I need to know which Info Structures (or tables) the extractor 2LIS_04_PEMATNR reads?
The client's system writes Goods Receipt information (when viewed with transaction MCP6) to Info Structures S029 and S225.
I have activated the extractor 2LIS_04_PEMATNR, but no records come through when tested with RSA3.
The goal is to extract production GR information to BW for planning.
Any help would be appreciated, please point me into right direction!
-miikka

Please let me know what additional information you want for this extractors.
I already provided you with tales names for this datasource and was rewarded with merely 2 points....facts like these do not give us motivation enough to help others...but can't help...some people do it repeatedly here on SDN
Anyways let me know if you need further help

  • Source Tables and Fields

    Hi Experts,
Is there any documentation or any TCode or Program or FM to find from which table and from which field the data sources (2LIS_11_VAHDR, ..........) are extracting the data. I mean in DSs we have n no. of fields, from which table and from which field these fields(in DS) are getting data when i check in RSA3.
Plz can any one help me in this regard...
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,
I do not think any particular T code exists for this. You can find in the following way.
1.To find the data source details  means whether it is fetching data using tables/view or an function module using transaction RSA2 (DS Repository).Put your data source name then execute. In the next screen you will see the nature of data source and if its View/table you can see what table/structure of view it is using.
If Extraction Method is 'V' - you see table name where data is taken from.
    2. If it is F* - function module is used, and you have to go thru its code to see all the tables it uses and logic how data is processed.>Check the extract structure in the RSA2 t code. there u will find function module name just try to go through the source code of function module.>there u will find the table name.
    Ext. Meth Short text
V Transparent Table or DB View
    D Fixed Domain Value
    F1 Function Module (Complete Interface)
    F2 Function Module (Simple Interface)
    Q Extraction Using ABAP Query
    A DataSource Append
    OR
Since you have the extract structure and the extractor, you can try Extractor Checker RSA3.Execute ST05 (activating SQL Trace), switch on the trace and execute the extractor checker. Once the extractor checker presents the results
switch off trace. The clcik on Display trace and you will see all the tables that were hit by the extractor checker to retrieve data and present it to you.
Note: Set the break point in the Extractor Function module.
View the ST05 Extended Trace list. The Object name shows the Tables accessed.
    Hope this helps,

  • How to view all tables and column names from a remote database

    Hey Guys,
I have a database in a remote server. I have the db link and the schema name.. Now i want to view all the tables in the remote database with column names.. I dont have access to that database using sql developer.. But i can view some tables using the db link..Is there any way i can view all the tables with the column names?

    user10683742 wrote:

00942. 00000 - "table or view does not exist"You don't have to have 'dba' access, per se. You just have to have SELECT ALL TABLES privilege. when you use a db_link, you are connecting to the remote db with the user defined in the link, and .. on that db .. you will have the privileges of the user defined in the db link. Exactly as if you had used sqlplus to connect to that db with that user.

    Hello Roxanne,
You could use Entity framework to map classes to Azure tables. Please refer http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/363040/An-Introduction-to-Entity-Framework-for-Absolute-B to

Then i entered in SE38,in that i go with Display Object LIst to find out the tables and fields, but i failed to found.
My question is : I can write the reports if i know the fields and tables location....
Here i want to know the ,if i enter the Vendor No, i have to get the regarding information about that NO,_for that i have to know the fields and tables_ of item and cost ....every thing ...

    Hi Bhanu,
Goto transaction SE84 then follow the path
SE84-->ABAP DICTIONARY--->FIELDS---->TABLE FIELDS-->ENTER THE TABLE OR FIED NAME you want to find
and EXECUTE the programm you will get all the information regarding that field or table.

  • How to ADD reference table and make a field as currency field in dictionary

pls render some info on how to add refernce table and ref field if i want to make an added field as a currency or quantity field...

    Hi Kiran,
It sounds like you are creating a "Z" table or structure and have defined a quantity (eg MENGE). But when you run the syntax check, the system is saying you need to define a reference table / field.
Well when you are in SE11, click on the "Currency / Quantity Fields" tab. You will see 2 columns called "Reference Table" and "Reference Field". These 2 columns define the unit of measure for the currency / qty.
If you have defined in your table MENGE and MEINS and the MEINS field is the unit of measure for the MENGE field you should define your fields as such (inthe Currency/Quantity Fields" tab:
    Table - ZVBAP
    MENGE MENGE_D QUAN ZVBAP MEINS
    MEINS MEINS   UNIT
    Hope this makes sense.
    Cheers,
    Pat.

  • How to find Tables and Fields from R3 that some InfoSource use

    Hi people,
I already know how to get the table or fields from R3 that some InfoSource use by "Portal SAP" that our friend here answered.
Now, I would like to know if there is some way to get this but using some transaction in the ECC6 (R3) or BW.
I ask by that because I will be some situation that I will have to  know tables and fields that some InfoSource use and maybe there isn't in the Portal SAP.
Obs.: I don't know ABAP, so I would like some way that doesn't use Debug (ABAP), if it is possible.
    Thank you,
    Rosana.

    Hi Rosanna
In many cases you will be able to get documentation from help.sap.com regarding the tables and fields used by standard datasources. For example for all the Sales and Distribution datasources you can refer the below link
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/17/cd5e407aa4c44ce10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm
Here you can click on the different datasources and see both the table and field names. If you are looking for any specific datasource let me know...may be i can help.
    Thanks.

  • How to get the disco model with all tables and fields ?

    Hello !

I haven't find any ways to perform this directly from disco admin and I can't make a query using the EUL tables ...
    Please Help ...

    Hi,
I am assuming you are using Discoverer 4.1/4i. In the Oracle Home\Discvr4 directory contains an EUL4.eex file. Import this in Admin edition, and it will create a business area on your EUL. Then you can get details on the Folders and Items and use it to create reports....

  • How to view the table at the application level

    Dear All,
How to view the table in the Data Dictionary at the application level, If a table is created at the database level by using CREATE statement.
    code/
    create table zmard as select * from sapone.mard where 1 = 2
    /code
I would like to view the table above, which is created at the Oracle database level in the Data Dictionary.
    can anyone guess the solution.
    Best wishes
    Mahesh

    Hi
U should create a program using SQL native in order to select and show the data.
By SE11 or directly in the program u can define a structure like your table:
    DATA: BEGIN OF W_ZMARD,
                  FIELD,
              END     OF W_ZMARD.
    EXEC.
OPEN CURSO FOR SELECT * FROM ZMARD
    ENDEXEC.
    DO.
      EXEC.
         FETCH NEXT CURSOR INTO :W_ZMARD
      ENDEXEC.
      IF SY-SUBRC <> 0.
         EXIT.
      ENDIF.
      WRITE: / W_ZMARD-FIELD,
    ENDDO.
    EXEC.
      CLOSE CURSOR
    ENDEXEC.
I don't know if it's possible to create a view in SE11, because it's needs a table just defined in SE11, u can create a new view ZMARD based on MARD but I don't believe it'll use your table.

    Hi,
I don't remember exacly: RSA1 -> source system -> "replicate datasources". Works this also in a DB-source system. I think so.
=> you get all tables that your user has authorisation.
This function execute for example (in oracle there are same information tables: dba_tables, user_tables ...) following select in the database:
    select TABLE_NAME from DBA_TABLES;

The only option to see the active table/ field name is through F1 --> Technical Information. Apart from this, you can use any 3rd part application like GUIex (INbuilt in SAP ECC 6.0 ... can be activated by clicking on the tri-color button on the top right), but you need technical knowledge to understand the information. As far consolidated list of MM tables is concerned, SAP don;t provide you the same at one place, it experience and knowledge which help you in this regard. For your immediate reference MM tables are as under :

    Hi,
dates will be stores in the table 'SCAPPTSEG'.
I double checked it. This table stores all the date types of one order transactions...
    The relationship is as follows..
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H- guid = crmd_link-guid_hi
    crmd_link-guid_set = SCAPPTSEG-APPL_GUID.
    Thanks and regards,

        Hi,
I can tell you where the pricing records are saved, replicated from ECC.
The data from ECC table Axxx (e.g. A304) is replicated to CRM table
    CNCCRMPRSAPxxx (e.g. CNCCRMPRSAP304).
Here you can find fields TIMESTAMP_TO and TIMESTAMP_FROM.
About the dates: what Sreekantha Gorla stated, about table 'SCAPPTSEG' is correct.
What might help is to execute program "CRM_ORDER_READ". Here you can find
    the relevant entries also.
    regards,
    Wim
