3 diff pricing proced

i have 3 diff pricing procedures for the same client how do i map it in the system .............divi is JW for all 3
Plss assist
regards
Maddy

Maddy,
Thats a huge question. Let me try to suggest the procedure.
1. First understand the 3 different pricing modes and configure them as 3 different pricing procedures in the system.
2, Now be very clear about when each procedure is allowed.
3. Now decide the same on the combination of sales orgdi.channeldivisionCustomer pricing procedureDocument pricing procedure combination
4. Now map teh pricing procedure to this combinatino in OVKK
5. Make sure that your customer masterdata is correct so that the correct pricing procedure is updated.
You can randomly check some transactions to v alidate your configuration.

  • Diff pricing procedure for invoice and sales order?

can u please help me out in the following question
Is it possible to have different pricing procedure for sales order and invoice?

    hi venkat,
yes we can very well have different pricing procedures for order and invoice. for the combination of
    sales org + dist chan + div + <b>document pric proc</b> + cust pric proc --- > Pric Proc.
we determine the pric procedure. So, just have a different document pricing procedure for sales order document type and invoice document type. You can have a different pricing procedure with this change.
Hope it helps. Pl reward if useful.
    Thanks

  • Diff Pricing proc.

    Hi SD guru's
Is it possible to have different pricing procedure for sales order and invoice? if yes then how??
    Regards
    Rohan

    Hi
It is possible to maintain different pricing procedures in sales order and billing document.
    1. Assign a different "document pricing procedure" in "billing document configuration" than sales document (order) "document pricing procedure".
    e.g. Order pricing procedure = A, Billing pricing procedure = B
    2. In pricing procedure determination make sure that a different pricing procedure is assigned to (Sales area, Document pricing procedure, Customer pricing procedure combination
    Hope this helps.

  • Credit note from a credit memo with reference - Pricing

    Hi Gurus,
I have created a Credit Memo (CR) with reference to an invoice (F2). The pricing procedure in the F2 is copied to CR, following the copy control defined. (what I expected).
However, when creating the credit note (G2), the pricing procedure selected is the one defined for credit notes, and not the one in the credit memo. (I didn't expect this).
I have this config. in the system:
    - XD03: Cust.Pricing Proced: "1"
    - VOV8: Docum.Pricing Proced: "P"
    - OVKK: for the combination of Sales ORgDCH"P"+"1" --> pricing procedure is ZPROAC  (this is pricing procedure for G2.
The pricing procedure in the Credit Memo (CR) is ZNETO1.
Copy control config is the following:
    - VTFA:  G2 - CR.
Copy requirements at header level: 001
    At item cat. (G2N): copy requirement: 002 Item/order-related; Data VBRK/VBRP: 002 Ord-rel.credit memo
    Pricing type: G
Could you provide any comments here?
    Thanks
    Julian

    Dear Julian,
First of all Copy control does not controls the copying of pricing procedure from one doc to another.
Pricing procedure will be same as per your pricing procedure determination.
It controls the copying of values for particular condition types from one doc to another.
I have created a Credit Memo (CR) with reference to an invoice (F2). The pricing procedure in the F2 is copied to CR, following the copy control defined. (what I expected).
In this case I think Pricing procedure defined for both doc types F2 and CR is same, thats why all the pricing is copied as it is to CR.
if they are not same but all the condition types which are there in pricing poc. of F2 are also in pricing proc. of CR then pricing values will be copied without any change. (Still sequence of condition types in pricing proc. can make diff.)
pricing procedure is ZPROAC (this is pricing procedure for G2.
The pricing procedure in the Credit Memo (CR) is ZNETO1
Since the pricing procedure is different for both doc types, There could be some condition type which are there in ZNETO1 but not in ZPROAC.
Which ever condition types are common will be copied.
I will suggest you to keep pricing procedure same for both the doc types CR and G2.
Or atleast all condition types of ZNETO1 should be there in ZPROAC in appropriate sequence. (ZPROAC can have addition condition types as per your requirement.)

  • CIN-Pricing Procedure for Trading Goods

    Hi Gurus
Need yr expertise... Currently we have trading goods process which do not require any excise duties but VAT or CST is required.. Could you pls advise what will be the best pricing procedure to be used as the proposed pricing procedure by SAP (JFACT or JDEPOT) cannot be used as it will propose excise invoice?
If we do not maintain any excise duties in J1ID, system will not prpose any excise duties if we were to use either of the suggested pricing procedure but we will hit a warning message that excise duties are missing in J1ID..
How can we avoid this and what will be the best pricing procedure which do not require excise duties but sales tax is required?
    Rgds..Vinz

    Hi Vinz,
you can make your won pricing proced.
    e.g. ZMKTPRICE
here you can use your regular condition type what you have defined.
    e.g PR00-Sale Price
         K007-Discount
         MWST= 4% or 12.5  (PR00-K007).
I think this will help you.

  • Invoice showing up with different pricing compare to Sales order.

    Hi SD Gurus,
I have just copied the standard doc types OR/LF/F2 for ZSOR/ZSLF/ZSF2.Once i created the transactions for all 3 doc types & invoice is showing up with differnt pricing procedure.
As per SAP standard what ever pricing procedure is showing up for sales order should be the same for invoice.
Note: i hav't changed any config setup for the doc type just copied, kindly suggest why the invoice is picking diff pricing procedure.,
    Thanks,

    Hi Dora sahadev
As you have copied the sales document, delivery document and billing documents . so go to VOV8 and and select the ZSOR document type and change the delivery document and billing documents to ZSLF and ZSF2.Now create the sales order and do delivery and billing ZSOR->ZSLF->ZSF2.
Also check in the SPRO->SHIPPING FUNCTIONS->PRICING procedure determination check if any other pricing procedure has been assigned to your sales area at delivery level  .If it has been assigned there then when you create delivery , system will pick up the other pricing procedure which has been assigned for shipping functionality.and that will be getting copied to the billing also . But if it is not assigned then check in VOV8 only and change delivery and billing document types

  • VPRS condition in export pricing procedure

    Hi All,
I have done the configuration for export sale scenario. I created a complete cycle from sales to Billing and documents are getting created.
As there was no VPRS condition in standard pricing procedure for exports (JINEXPO), i have not included in my Pricing procedure. Pl note no "CIN" is introduced in our project.
My doubt is why "VPRS" is not included in the std pricing proced, and how cost will be captured in the export sale?

  • Pricing procedure in RFQ

I have copied pricing procedure & defined with Z.
While maintaining RFQ, it is not adopting new pricing procedure...
How to get new pricing procedure in RFQ doc

In the Pricing there are two diff pricing procedure you have to define if oyu use your custom pricing
The first pricing is main pricing which will pickedup in the PO but there is another pricing oyu need which will be used in the the Info record, Contract, RFQ etc.
so your main pricing contains PB00 and PBXX or if you have defined custom gross pricing condition than
but your second pricing procedure will be exactly same but without PBXX
    e.g. ZB00 and ZBXX
ZB00 is pulling the price from Info record or contract or RFQ.
to get you own pricing you have to go M/06 and enter your gross pricing conditon e.g. ZB00 and than go to Master data portion and enter you second pricing procedure which has only ZB00.
Your ZB00 should have access sequence attached
once you done with this thatn you will see your own condition in RFQ.

  • Pricing in contracts

    Hi,
we can have seperate pricing procedure,in case of release order is system will allow to use another pricing proc , if so then what will happen

    Hi,
For contracts we have seperate pricing procedure. It will depend upon the pricing procedure determination, by which the document pricing procedure will be assigned to Cus PP + Sales area + Pr. Pro.
Normally for contracts the Doc Pricing procedure will be different from normal sales documents. If you want to have a release order to pick diff pricing procedure, the you change the doc pricing procedure of the release order and assigne it to the respective pricing procedure.

  • Does pricing type have any effect in Delivery to billing copy controls

    Hi,
Does pricing have any effect on delivery to billing copy controls, for example pricing type, since there is no pricing related data in delivery.
iF the billing is maintained as delivery related billing, will pricing type has any effect.
    Thanks
    Keshi

Yaa, It is a good question.
If the billing is maintained as delivery related, its all about the qty of the material to be billed after delivery. (setting maintained at VOV7).
Even though the delivery doesnt have any pricing relevant data, the pricing type has an important effect.
Of course it is maintained at delivery to billing copy control, but u have to see where u are finding the pricing type field. It is in the copy control item level for TAN. So it is not relevant to the delivery transaction any more, it is relevant to the item category only.
So the conclusion here is if the item category is relevant for billing transaction, after delivering the item, how the pricing is carried out during the billing (whether the same pricing or diff. pricing). This is explained by the pricing type field.
Hope i answers ur query. if u have any further queries, please post.
Do reward points if it is useful.

    Hi Vishal,
Check with you ABAP consltant it can be done at routine level, Check the copy control routine assigned and ask your ABAP consultant to include a code into it in such a way it should check the pricing group of each line item and should through an error

Following are the config settings I have done.

    Defined Demurrage Rate DM10 as:
    Cond class: Prices
    Cond Typ: daily pr
    Cond Category: Freight
    Defined Demurrage Factor DMFC as:
    Cond class: Discount/Surcharge

In TSW--> Laytime and Demurrage I have defined
    Laytime term defaults
Assign Laytime filter to relevance type
All the BADI's for TSW LayT and Demurrage are activated
In Freight Contract: In TSW Details Laytime tab: Defined demurrage as
    Demurrage rate  DM10
    Despatch rate   DM10
    Calcul. factor  DMFC
    Defined Laytime as:
