404 warning in Fiddler due to null value in oraclemaps.js

the error occurs in the following code which I have highlighted in red:
MVUtil._f126=function(x120,x121)
var x122=(_f21._f82()&&x121)?
document.createElement('div'):document.createElement('img');
if(_f21._f82()&&x121)
if(x120)
x122.style.filter="progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader(src='"+
x120+"', sizingMethod='image');";
else
x122.src=x120;
x120 here in some instances is null causing the fiddler to warn.
x120 becomes null sometimes due to this code:
f309.prototype.f754=function()
while(this._f745.length>this._f742)
var x50=this._f745.pop();
while(x50.length>0)
if(_f21._f82()&&this._f737)
MVUtil._f124(x50.pop());
else
var x51=x50.pop();
if(x51!=null)
this._f306.removeChild(x51);
delete x51;
for(var x52=0;x52<this._f742;x52++)
if(x52>=this._f745.length)
var x53=new Array();
this._f745.push(x53);
for(var x54=0;x54<this._f743;x54++)
var x55;
if(_f21._f82())
x55=MVUtil._f126(null,this._f737);
else
x55=MVUtil._f126(this._f751,this._f737);
this._f306.appendChild(x55);
x53.push(x55);
Is this a known problem and is there a fix for it?
Thanks,
Zrinka

  • Validator not called due to null value

    Hello everyone,
    I'm creating a custom component that holds children i.e. an HtmlSelectOneMenu and HtmlInputText.
    The custom component class is UICombo and I want to attach a Validator to this component that performs a check on the values of the children in this case the values of the select and input fields.
    public class ComboValidator implements Validator {
        static Logger log = Logger.getLogger(ComboValidator.class);
        public void validate(FacesContext context, UIComponent component, Object value) {
            log.debug("validate() - value:" + value);
    }Here's the hitch. ComboValidator is never called because the submitted value to the UICombo is of course null.
    Can you think of any workarounds? I'd rather not use a third idden component with an attached validator method binding since I'd rather keep the combo component and its validator self-contained.
    The assumption that validators should not be called when the input is null seems problematic imo.

    How about implementing validate() method for the custom component?

  • Sql query slowness due to rank and columns with null values:

    Sql query slowness due to rank and columns with null values:
    I have the following table in database with around 10 millions records:
    Declaration:
    create table PropertyOwners (
    [Key] int not null primary key,
    PropertyKey int not null,
    BoughtDate DateTime,
    OwnerKey int null,
    GroupKey int null
    go
    [Key] is primary key and combination of PropertyKey, BoughtDate, OwnerKey and GroupKey is unique.
    With the following index:
    CREATE NONCLUSTERED INDEX [IX_PropertyOwners] ON [dbo].[PropertyOwners]
    [PropertyKey] ASC,
    [BoughtDate] DESC,
    [OwnerKey] DESC,
    [GroupKey] DESC
    go
    Description of the case:
    For single BoughtDate one property can belong to multiple owners or single group, for single record there can either be OwnerKey or GroupKey but not both so one of them will be null for each record. I am trying to retrieve the data from the table using
    following query for the OwnerKey. If there are same property rows for owners and group at the same time than the rows having OwnerKey with be preferred, that is why I am using "OwnerKey desc" in Rank function.
    declare @ownerKey int = 40000
    select PropertyKey, BoughtDate, OwnerKey, GroupKey
    from (
    select PropertyKey, BoughtDate, OwnerKey, GroupKey,
    RANK() over (partition by PropertyKey order by BoughtDate desc, OwnerKey desc, GroupKey desc) as [Rank]
    from PropertyOwners
    ) as result
    where result.[Rank]=1 and result.[OwnerKey]=@ownerKey
    It is taking 2-3 seconds to get the records which is too slow, similar time it is taking as I try to get the records using the GroupKey. But when I tried to get the records for the PropertyKey with the same query, it is executing in 10 milliseconds.
    May be the slowness is due to as OwnerKey/GroupKey in the table  can be null and sql server in unable to index it. I have also tried to use the Indexed view to pre ranked them but I can't use it in my query as Rank function is not supported in indexed
    view.
    Please note this table is updated once a day and using Sql Server 2008 R2. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    create table #result (PropertyKey int not null, BoughtDate datetime, OwnerKey int null, GroupKey int null, [Rank] int not null)Create index idx ON #result(OwnerKey ,rnk)
    insert into #result(PropertyKey, BoughtDate, OwnerKey, GroupKey, [Rank])
    select PropertyKey, BoughtDate, OwnerKey, GroupKey,
    RANK() over (partition by PropertyKey order by BoughtDate desc, OwnerKey desc, GroupKey desc) as [Rank]
    from PropertyOwners
    go
    declare @ownerKey int = 1
    select PropertyKey, BoughtDate, OwnerKey, GroupKey
    from #result as result
    where result.[Rank]=1

  • Null value handling in LOVs

    Has null value handling improved any in HTMLDB 1.6?
    If my LOV has "Display null"=Yes (default null value is %null%) and I need to pass in a database NULL to a After Submit process, I need to do add a After Submit computation for each of these LOVs with something like
    CASE WHEN :P1_ITEM='%null%' THEN NULL ELSE :P1_ITEM END
    I have a couple dozen LOVs on a page and it is getting tiring to go and do this on each and every one!
    Is there a better way?
    Thanks

    Hi Patrick,
    we are currently moving over to Apex 4.02 and are doing some smoke tests on our existing apps.
    I have come across an issue with your generic solution to the %null% issue above (incidently, for a long time it's the first piece of code I include when I start a new app... thank you!)
    We found that a lot of our SQL Query (PL/SQL function body returning SQL query) reports were failing due to the session state of the LOVs still having a session state of %null% even after the RemoveNulls application process had run.
    After debugging your generic process we found that the LOV_NULL_VALUE in the APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_ITEMS view has changed from NULL to '%null%'.
    so the fix was as below:-
    BEGIN
        FOR rItem IN
          ( SELECT ITEM_NAME
              FROM APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_ITEMS
             WHERE APPLICATION_ID   = TO_NUMBER(:APP_ID)
               AND PAGE_ID          IN (TO_NUMBER(:APP_PAGE_ID), 0)
               AND LOV_DISPLAY_NULL = 'Yes'
               AND LOV_DEFINITION   IS NOT NULL
    -- change here
               AND LOV_NULL_VALUE  = '%null' || '%'
        LOOP
            IF V(rItem.ITEM_NAME) = '%null' || '%'
            THEN
                Apex_Util.set_session_state(rItem.ITEM_NAME, NULL);
            END IF;
        END LOOP;
    END;Cheers,
    Gus.. (always a fan of your work!)

  • Null Values From MS Web Services Toolkit Client

    Hi,
    I've been bashing my head against a wall on this one for too long now.
    I've got a JAX-WS web service deployed to Glassfish v2 b33 which works fine when called by a Java client. It also works fine when methods with no parameters are called from the MS client, i.e. simple and complex types are returned as they should be. However the problem I am having is that when the web service methods that take parameters are called from the MS client, the values received by the service are always null. I've montitored the service and values are being sent in the soap request, but a simple System.out.println statement in the first line of the method indicates a null value. I've captured a request from the Java client and the MS client to show the difference:
    A java request:
    <soapenv:Envelope
         xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
         xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
         xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
        <soapenv:Header/>
        <soapenv:Body>
         <ns0:getConfig xmlns:ns0="http://ws.firestorm.alternativenetworks.com/">
                 <arg0>Inbound</arg0>
         </ns0:getConfig>
        </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>and a request from the web services toolkit:
    <SOAP-ENV:Envelope
         xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
         xmlns:SOAPSDK1="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
         xmlns:SOAPSDK2="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
         xmlns:SOAPSDK3="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">
         <SOAP-ENV:Header/>
         <SOAP-ENV:Body>
               <SOAPSDK4:getConfig xmlns:SOAPSDK4="http://ws.firestorm.alternativenetworks.com/">
              <SOAPSDK4:arg0>Inbound</SOAPSDK4:arg0>
         </SOAPSDK4:getConfig>
         </SOAP-ENV:Body>
    </SOAP-ENV:Envelope>I've tried everything I can think of, including changing the style from RPC/LITERAL to DOCUMENT/LITERAL, but the Java web service just seem to like the way the SOAP message is wrapped up.
    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers
    Tony

    Thanks Milan, your suggestion put me on the right track, however I've hit another snag.
    I decided the best way to solve the problem was to use the Glassfish Transformation Rules feature to take the SOAP request and transform it to a valid format before reaching the code. The XSLT file I created looks like this (I'm no XSLT guru so this will definitely need some tidying up, but for now it works): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
    <xsl:stylesheet  version="1.0"
         xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
         xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
         xmlns:SOAPSDK1="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
         xmlns:SOAPSDK2="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
         xmlns:SOAPSDK3="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">
         <xsl:output method="xml" indent="yes"/>
         <xsl:template match="*">
              <xsl:copy><xsl:copy-of select="@*"/><xsl:apply-templates/></xsl:copy>
         </xsl:template>
         <xsl:template match="/SOAP-ENV:Envelope/SOAP-ENV:Body/*">
              <xsl:copy>
                   <xsl:copy-of select="@*"/>
                   <xsl:for-each select="*">

                        <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes">></xsl:text>

                        <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"></arg</xsl:text>

                        <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes">></xsl:text>

  • Null values in Weblogic 7 HTTP Request Parameters

    It appears weblogic 7 handles nulls passed from the request object
              differently than the previous versions. In my jsp's, if a parameter
              was not passed, I used to get a java null value:
              String s = request.getParameter("something_not_passed");
              if(s == null) {
              //do stuff
              Now, weblogic seems to return the string literal "null" so I would

    HI, Thanks for the reply. I am using getString() to fetch values.
    DO u think its due to driver incompatibility?? Because, BEA claims WL7.0 supports
    Oracle 8.1.7 onwards!
    Thanks,

  • How to populate null values as blank in cell

    Hi All,
    I have an query i have data like blow

    4,069,379
    1Q-4Q 2010
    3,979,490
    and i want result like below
    1Q-4Q 2009
    4,069,379
    % Change
    -2%
    1Q-4Q 2010
    3,979,490
    for % age change i have applied the previous function
    formula is (data/previous(data)) -1*100
    but is coming like below
    % Change
    0%
    1Q-4Q 2009
    4,069,379
    % Change
    -2%
    1Q-4Q 2010
    3,979,490
    for the 1 column i am getting 0% age due to i applied previous function but i don't have data for 2008
    so i am trying  not to populate 0% for the % change before 2009
    I have checked with null value
    If (IsNull(Previous [data])) then "" else ([data]/previous[data]) -1*100
    so it is populating blanck value but i can not formatting the values as %age
    please suggest
    how can i solve this issue please advice
    Thanks in advance
    Ranjeet

    Change your formula to be:
    =If(IsNull(Previous([data])=0 then ([data]/previous([data])-1 * 100
    You can ignore the else part and it will leave the null cell as blank and you can still use your number format.

  • How to clear alert when a null value is returned for a metric column?

    Hey all,
    Recently, I've encountered a problem about clearing alert when a null value is returned for a metric column. From Oracle official doc, it seems that NO_CLEAR_ON_NULL could be used for this propose. However, it doesn't.
    Here is the line from doc, you can see when NO_CLEAR_ON_NULL is set as FALSE, the null value will clear alert, and the default value for NO_CLEAR_ON_NULL is FALSE.
    NO_CLEAR_ON_NULL: This attribute is used to control severity clearing when a null value is returned for a metric column. It defaults to FALSE with the behavior that a null value ends up clearing previous alert severities. With a TRUE value for this attribute, null values will be skipped in severity evaluations without clearing the severity.
    TRUE | FALSE (default)
    STATELESS_ALERTS: This attribute if set to TRUE indicates to EM that alerts on this
    column will not have corresponding clears. This allows the UI to decide whether to
    allow users to manually clear alerts on this column.
    TRUE | FALSE (default)Here is my code for the metric,

    WARNING. Do not confuse SQL*Plus with PL/SQL.
    There is no variable command in PL/SQL. PL/SQL does support the boolean data type.
    There is a variable command in SQL*Plus. It allows one to define bind variables. It is limited in the data types it supports. It does not support boolean as a bind variable type.
    SQL*Plus is a CLI (Command Line Interface) client tool. It has a very limited vocabularly, allowing you to (primarily):
    a) configure its local environment (e.g. size of the terminal ito number of characters per lines)
    b) configure its bevahiour (e.g. spooling data to a file)
    c) defining substitution and bind variables
    And that's it. It is not PL/SQL. It is not SQL. It takes the PL/SQL and SQL you enter, and submit that to the Oracle server. (it does some basic parsing of the data to substitute variables and bind variables where applicable)
    Do not confuse this CLI client tool with the server side PL/SQL or SQL languages.

    Hi
    Usually the error occurs due to mismatch in datatype of db field and cfsqltype of cfqueryparam. Is "FORM.ExpirationYear " of type date?.
    If so <cfqueryparam value="#FORM.ExpirationYear#" cfsqltype="CF_SQL_DATE" null="yes">)

  • NULL values and Data Control based on Web Service

    One of my ADF control is based on a Data Control created through a web service. Every thing is working fine except the way ADF control is handling the null values return by the web service based data control.
    For example for null columns the web service is sending the following:
    <ns0:beginDate xsi:nil="1"/>
    or
    <ns0:sourceCode xsi:nil="1"/>
    But the corresponding column in my ADF data control is trying to initialize itself using the value ‘[{nil=1}]’. It fails with the following error.
    2006-04-20 13:31:37.510 WARNING JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.util.Date with value:[{nil=1}]
    I will appreciate if someone could help me resolve this issue.
    Thanks,

    I tried again, but it seems that I'm unable to reproduce this in a test project which uses another data controls but is still as similar as possible to the original project in which I've encountered this behaviour.
    However, using a data control based on the same web service as in the original project, [{nil=1}] appears again instead of emtpy values.
    Is it possible that there is a significant difference in the generated wrapper classes? The underlying PL/SQL is the same (in strucutre) and the corresponding elements in the response XML of the web service are the same in the two cases, always like <ns0:someResponeValue xsi:nil="1"/>, so I don't know how it is possible that I can't reproduce this behaviour.
    A short description of the projects:
    Services/Model:
    I created a PL/SQL funcition in a package that returns a user type object. This return parameter consists of a non-empty string and a null value string. On top of this I created a PL/SQL web service and a data control for that.
    View/Controller:
    A JSF JSP page which has a read-only form showing the return values of the web service.

  • BUG in handling of null-value="exception" with optimistic locking

    When commit failed due to value of a field with null-value="exception" being
    null JDO_LOCK get incremented and subsequent commits (after supplying valid
    not null value for the field) will fail with concurrent modification
    exception. This JDO_LOCK increment does not happen to the instance itself
    (or at least my test does not show it) but to an instance to who's
    collection the instance in question belongs. For example
    We have Position, which have a collection of Addresses (inversion based
    collection)
    I am create a new Address, add it to Position collection commit it fails
    because one of the required fields of an Address is null. Every time I
    attempt commit and fail it will increment Position's JDO_LOCK

    I need to add that if I put throw JDOUserException in jdoPrestore() in case
    if the field in question is null (to avoid null-value="exception" check)
    everything works as expected no problems with JDO_LOCK is present

  • Ago Function gives NULL values

    Friends,
    I need help regarding Ago function available at column level in BMM.
    I am not at all receiving any error. Unfortunately after Ago function implementation i am getting NULL values for that particular column.
    Here are my implementation steps for getting "Month Ago" values for "Amout column" in Sales table.
    1. i have created Time dimension hieararchy.
    It is like this - Year - > Quarter - > Month - > Actual Date
    2. Defining Keys and making them chronological are also done.
    3. Actual Date is the PK and joins with my Fact.
    4. "Amount" Column in Fact is set to 'Sum'.
    5. i created a new column named " Amount Month Ago" and set following logic to its expression builder.
    Ago("AR Reserve"."Fact - AR Reserve Calc Dtl"."Amount" ,  "AR Reserve"."Dim - TimeDim"."Month" , 1)
    I have not received any error.
    Once i pull this new column (Amont Month Ago) into the presentation layer and try to create a Tabular report. It is not showing any value. Other column values are OK as expected.
    I know i am missing something important here.
    Requesting you all to guide me. I am working on OBIEE 10g.

    Hi,
    Hitting a 'NULL' value in the report hints me of some issues with the Hierarchy/Content setup of the LTS. I suggest you to enable level 7 log and see if the AGO(<measure>) is being nullified by the BI Server due to incompatible facts.
    If it is, then you got to revisit your Period hierarchy and content settings in the Fact LTS. Some generic suggestions are,
    1. Create hierarchies for all dimensions available.
    2. Set the granularity of the sources in the fact to all available hierarchies.
    Hope this helps.
    Thank you,
    Dhar

  • SQL errors in SMS_STATE_SYSTEM - Trying to write NULL values to PropertyLocale

    Hi!
    We are getting a lot of the following error in the SMS_STATE_SYSTEM:
    Microsoft SQL Server reported SQL message 515, severity 16: [23000][515][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'PropertyLocale', table 'CM_I20.dbo.CatalogAppModelProperties'; column does not allow

    Please refer to your Configuration Manager documentation, SQL Server documentation, or the Microsoft Knowledge Base for further troubleshooting information.
    I understand what this message means but i cant find which applications are causing the problem.
    (actually i think I do but I still get the error messages after deleting them..)
    It seems it's trying to write NULL-values twice every 5 minutes, but from "where"? What is telling it to update the row with a NULL value?

    Here are part of the statesys.log - It's not very helpful ;)

  • Runtime error from null value

    I have a request to create a Function Module that will be assigned to an Action Box, which when executed will copy long text for Quality Notification tasks.  I have the module created and working, but after my code is executed a runtime error happens due to a null value being passed to a method in the SAP program QM07_UPDATE_ACTIONBOX.  It looks to me like it is trying to perform some kind of cleanup tasks, and is trying to delete a node tree that does not exist.  My code did nothing with any kind of node tree, so I am not sure how to avoid this runtime error.  My code works as desired, except for this error that occurs after my code is processed.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  Below are more details from the error received...
    Error analysis
        An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
        The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL', was not caught in procedure "QM07_UPDATE_ACTIONBOX" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.  Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
        The reason for the exception is:
        You attempted to use a 'NULL' object reference (points to 'nothing') access a component (variable: "TREE_ACTIONBOX").   An object reference must point to an object (an instance of a class) before it can be used to access components.  Either the reference was never set or it was set to 'NULL' using the CLEAR statement.
    Information on where terminated
        Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLQM07" - in "QM07_UPDATE_ACTIONBOX".  The main program was "SAPLIQS0 ".
        In the source code you have the termination point in line 39 of the (Include) program "LQM07U12".  The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" occurred in procedure "QM07_UPDATE_ACTIONBOX" "(FUNCTION)", but it was neither handled locally nor declared in the RAISING clause of its signature.
        The procedure is in program "SAPLQM07 "; its source code begins in line 1 of the (Include program "LQM07U12 ".

    Yes, I have searched the notes.  I used the keywords suggested in the dump...
    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following keywords:
    "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED" "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL"
    "SAPLQM07" or "LQM07U12"
    "QM07_UPDATE_ACTIONBOX"

  • [Coercions] Attempt to apply operator "-" to null value

    What is this warning? I have it in my console every time I load page:
    [Coercions] Attempt to apply operator "-" to null value
    I tried to find any line in code where I try to apply "-" to any value. I found just one, but in method that isn't called every time, so it should appear. It's in:
    public void negateDouble(Double value) {
      double negated = -value.doubleValue();
    }Anyway, that's only in this app, and I have another where the same warning is appearing.
    PS. I'm using Creator 2.

    I guess that you are trying to apply the - operator to a null value...
    Check to see if values is not null before.
