Hi,
Basically your function is zooming base to width (selected object or window) so instead of modifying I suggest to create a new a "base to scale" function.
To keep top window content shown after scaling one can use a trick and select temporalily created object in a center (remove it after), so:

I've tried several settings when saving as a PDF, to try to produce a file with fonts that can be detected by Acrobat. I tried the presets listed in guide: Photoshop Help | Saving PDF files
But none have worked.
I cannot use PNG because it is not one of the formats that Acrobat allows for a watermark. And JPG doesn't work because I need transparency.

Perl script -use essbase

In perl script , I am using
use essbase; (This statement is required to use Essbase within a Perl script)
But while compiling the perl script , this line is giving error (use essbase;)
Do we need any prerequisites in order to utilze the command "use essbase"

Transparent background after using rotobrush

I used the rotobrush on an object and now want to isolate that object and "delete" the background. I turned on the transparency and set it to zero, and exported it to premiere (i only get the option of exporting it to premiere or flash, nothing else). when I do this, the background is still with the object I used the rotobrush on. How can I completely get rid of the background so I can just superimpose the footage in premiere?

You don't set transparency to zero... that means all of your layer will be transparent.
Don't use File>Export, use Add composition to Render Cue or Composition>Make Movie
Read up on exporting with an alpha chanel
Or, if you have Creative Suite, Save your After Effects project and import into Premiere as a dynamic link.

Using analog output in the background

I need to use the analog output channel on a NI PCIe-6351 to play an audio signal, and while the signal plays i need make some changes the UI dialog box, is it possible for me to move the playing of the audio to the background and proceed with program execution?

The program reads a 10 seconds long 1kHz sine wave signal from a WAV file and plays it over AO0.
I want the program to print "Playing Audio" on the console window while the audio is still playing, i.e when DAQmxWriteAnalogF64 is executing.
I'm using Visual Studio 2005 on Windows XP and an NI PCIe6351.
I'd really appreciate any help I can get.

Hi RaziM,
It sounds like you will need to implement some sort of multithreading to accomplish playing audio in the background and also making changes in the UI dialog box in the foreground. Since DAQmx is thread safe this should definitely be possible, but it will probably take a little more work on your part.

Schedule Background job using transaction CATM

Hi all,
Since we cannot schedule a background job using transaction CATM, I have created a program calling the CATM transaction through batch-input.
I have done a recording and entered the coding in a Z-program. For a vendor, I have recorded time in CAT2 for multiple purchase orders.
After entering the vendor number in CATM, all the purchase orders showed up. I have clicked 'select all' and posted.
When I run the program in the background, it posts only for one purchase order.
When I run the program in the foreground, using the Select All-button it only proceeds with the first line in my list of PO's.
How to read the whole stack and post the whole stack of purchase orders?
Please help me out with this.

See..it's a Z-program so Its difficult to answer without checking the program. But I think, you should check your BDC again from Debugging, with the help of your abaper. You will find, why its is processing only one entry.

We're planning to schedule background job using system variant, for example, current fiscal year and current posting period (transaction AFAB). Is it possible? So for example, for this month, "Posting Period" value will be 6, and then next month will be 7.
Can you tell me how to do this, if I want to set up the schedule only once?

How to schedule a background job using the Event concept..?

Hi Folks,
I have a requirement that, I need a schedule a background job.
Once after the previous job successful only, new job should get triggered. How to go ahead with this..?
For Eg, I am scheduling a job called ZTEST periodically for 1 minute. If the job is not get completing with in 1 minute, I dont want to start my new job. Only after the success of my old job, I want my new job to run.

Hi,
You can use events that have already been defined, or you can create new events for scheduling background jobs.
If you wish to use new events, do the following to implement the event scheduling:
Define and transport the event as a user event with transaction SM62.
You must define only event IDs; event arguments are not defined in the R/3 System. Instead, you specify event arguments when you schedule a job to wait for an event and when you trigger the event.
If you define a new event, you must also transport it to your production systems. The event transaction does not have a connection to the transport system. Instead, you must create a transport request for the event yourself.
Do this to transport an event:
Create a transport request.
Start the editor in the transport request and enter the following:
R3TR TABU <table name> where table name is BTCSEV for a system event ID, BTCUEV for a user event ID.
Press F2 with the cursor on the table name to call up the screen for specifying the table entries to transport. In this screen, enter the event IDs that you have created.
Save and release the transport request. Ensure that it is imported into your production system(s).
To trigger an event, add:
the function module BP_EVENT_RAISE to your ABAP program, or
the program SAPEVT to your external script, batch file, or program.
When your programs execute these keywords, an event will be triggered in the R/3 background processing system. The event-based scheduler is started immediately. It in turn starts all jobs that were waiting upon the event, subject to normal background processing restrictions, such as the requirement that the job has been released to start.
Schedule the jobs that are to run when your events are triggered.
You can schedule jobs for one-time start or to be started whenever an event is triggered.

As an example, html widget has white background on iPad, and black on mac. The same goes for interactive widget.
The MathType text inserted is inserted as a image, and will have the same color when in fullscreen as when not. So I need the textcolor to be the same in both views. Anyone know how to fix this?

Here's a re-creation of my own, going off what you described. You said "all html widgets and all gallery widgets" have this problem. So I inserted a blank HTML widget and a blank Gallery widget, and typed into both. Inserted a MathType equation into both. I don't see any difference when I preview it on my Mac compared to the preview on the iPad. I want to help, but I can't help if I can't duplicate the issue.

I would like to change the setting so that the whole lap-top screen apart from the bookmarks column is used for the information - at the moment I have only a strap using 2/3 of the screen, and the rest is mozlla background

The previous version of Firefox used the whole screen; this version (Firefox Beta 4.0) uses only about 2/3 of the screen, leavig a space above and below the part-screen that it does use,and filling the rest with a background. I was able to chose which background when I first updated to this version, but I wasn't given the choice, as far as i remember, to have no background and use the whole screen.

How recently did you switch? If it's less than 60 days, then Verizon simply reinstates your previous account. The fact that you were on the EDGE plan and mailed the devices back, and they apparently are somewhere in the system, could cause complications, and it might just work out that you just go back on the same plan and they set you up with the same devices. I'm not sure how it will go - but since you are still being billed for the devices...

Have you looked at your page with images disabled?
I urge you to re-think this approach to web design because images of text are not indexed by search engines, screen readers or translators. Given the demographic group your site is targeting, you really need to ensure maximum web accessibility for all users.
Navigation, headings and descriptions all need to be in real text -- not images of text.
Ken is right. Absolute positioning is pure poison for such a simple layout. My advice is to start over with one of the pre-built Starter Pages in DW. Go to File > New > Blank page > HTML. Select a layout from the 3rd column and hit CREATE button.

Using a photo as the background when creating a book.

In the 08 version, the photo background could be used no matter which page layout was selected. For some unknown reason with 09, you can only use a photo as the background when you select "two" and click on the choice that has one picture frame as the page layout. When other layouts are selected, to include "two" with the two pictures frames, when you try to drag a photo into the background it will take that picture and add a photo to the page, but not as the background. Instead of having a photo in the background you went from two frames to three, or three to four, etc., with a blank background.

I got it to work. I went to another theme, added the photo to the background and then went back to the Travel theme. I got it to stick. I also could change the layout to more or fewer photos per page and keep the background photo. Not the best solution but at least it worked.
