If i wannr get the Sales Document NO. created, modified and deleted in a period,
how can i use table JCDS? Thanks very much.

pass these value to TJ02T table
ISTAT = E0002
SPRAS = EN.
you will get the meanings.
From JCDS
get the OBJNR ,STAT from JCDStable.By passing these to values to VIQMELST
you get the sales order no .

Is the associated select-statement returning rows or not?
If yes -> delete is deleting
If no -> delete is just using CPU-cycles

About C-States and VID

I have some questions about C-States and about this so-called VID.
First, what is that VID ? Core Temp shows me the VID, is the same thing with the vcore ?
I have a 3770k 4.5Ghz 1.2V and if i stress the CPU, in Core Temp VID shows 1.246V
And i had a picture from the past with my CPU and while he was stressed, and i'm using the same BIOS overclock settings, and in that picture under stress test with prime95 the VID was 1.22V, and now is 1.24V, why is that ?
And about C-States, if i put C6 State from BIOS, it will affect my CPU performance and every day usage ?
Because C States brings the CPU when is in idle into a sleeping state, and if the CPU needs to stress he wakes from the C States. This will not affect the CPU ?
So basically, if i use C2 State while already have a Turbo OC, of 4.5Ghz, will affect the CPU, beying in idle in a C2 state, and then if i need the CPU power, releasing from C2 state, then back to C2 state.
I mean is safe if i OC for the CPU to be in a C state ? I didn't have any kind of crashes or BSODS.

EDIT: Also i find, about the VID, if i do a multiplier OC, the VID always stays at 1.246V, idle and load. But if i use the turbo oc (multipliers to 45) the VID drops in idle to 0.8V-0.9V
EDIT 2: BUT, attention in games i can use even lower voltage, and don't have a single problem, crashes or everything, only prime crashes if i dont put his wanted voltage.
Setting Vdroop to 100% will result in higher CPUV than when it is set to "auto".
If you change Intel C-states to "no Limits" you will notice that many options disappear. I think that you are disabling the feature when you do this. When it is set to auto the system will select when and how it is implemented. Otherwise you can make the settings yourself.

Doubt about Select statement.

2)SELECT SINGLE * FROM TABLE

             Types of select statements:
1.     select * from ztxlfa1 into table it.
             This is simple select statement to fetch all the data of db table into internal table it.
   2.   select * from ztxlfa1 into table it where lifnr between 'V2' and 'V5'.
        Thisis using where condition between v2 and v5.
4. select * from ztxlfa1 where land1 = 'DE'. "row goes into default table work Area
5. select lifnr land1 from ztxlfa1
        into corresponding fields of it   "notice 'table' is omitted
         where land1 = 'DE'.
          append it.
           endselect.
     Now data will go into work area. and then u will add it to internal table by
        append statement.

Question about sql statement

I have following sql statement, function 'hiroc_get_delta_amount1' and 'hiroc_get_delta_amount2' are separately used in select and where subclause. these two function are exactly same, except that there is a inserting log statement inside. for function 'hiroc_get_delta_amount1' , logs are supposed to write into log table1, whereas for function 'hiroc_get_delta_amount2' , logs are supposed to write into log table2. after running this sql, I got data loaded into log table2, however, there is no data loaded into log table1.
could you please tell me why there is no data in log table2 for function

We also need more information about the log tables etc. as we cannot tell what the problem would be from just that query, and no data.

Question about Merge Statement

Is it possible to use a CASE statement inside the update clause of a merge statement? Also what about a function?
I have a string (In Source) that needs to be split into multiple columns (In Target) depending on values in other columns (In Source).

A problem about WRITE statement

Hi all
I want to use the WRITE statement in the program.But when I write it ,the result doesn't show all in the screen . It only shows a part of the result.
CALL TRANSFORMATION id
SOURCE root1 = source1
root2 = source2
RESULT XML xml_string.
WRITE XML xml_string.
Q: I want to show all the result , so what can i do now ?
write /5(108) XML xml_string.
what about the rest how to do ?

The above statement says that starting from 5th character write 108 characters of the string.
If the string is bigger that this in size, then complete text will not be displayed.
If the string is more in length, then u shud remove this 108 specification.

I have seen too many threads using with statements in sql...
The general syntax is :

What is this and where can I found info about this......????

Or, to put it in basic terms.....
When you want to test something and you need a sample set of data to use, rather than create a table and populate it with a whole load of inserts (or insert select) you can just specify a "With <name> as select...." clause before your query. This also means that you don't have to drop the table again when you're done testing.
Long winded way...
create table t as (select 1 id from dual union select 2 from dual union select 3 from dual);
select * from t;
drop table t;Simple way...
with t as (select 1 id from dual union select 2 from dual union select 3 from dual)
select * from t;The sample data is only in existence for the duration of the query, and it saves all of us here on the forums who answer peoples questions from creating loads of tables on our databases temporarily.

I have a doubt of when to execute update stat:
i create this SQL to generate an SQL script to generate update stat for all my tables:
select 'UPDATE STAT ' || schemaname || '.' || tablename || ' ESTIMATE SAMPLE 20 PERCENT' from tables where schemaname = 'DBUSER' and not tablename like 'JDBC%' AND type = 'TABLE'
and created this SQL to generate an SQL script for update stat for all columns.

Hi Clovis,
hmm... good question.
There are a few things to know about the UPDATE STAT command here.
1) It will always generate statistics for key or indexed columns.
2) The optimizer won't be able to generate a better plan when there are column statistics for non-indexed columns present.
3) The command will also collect column statistics for all columns that already have statistics.
The direct effect of 3) is that by running your second command just once - all column statistics will always be collected.
Since you can easily change the default sample size for your tables via
ALTER TABLE SAMPLE SIZE 20 PERCENT
I would say: drop your script and just use
UPDATE STAT DBUSER.* ESTIMATE
This single command would lead to the same statistics as your script does.
And if you really, really want to leave out the JDBC tables - then just set their default sample size to 0 and they will be ignored by the UPDATE STAT command.

I'm unsure what you are talking about...do you mean something like this?
import java.util.LinkedList;
import java.util.concurrent.*;-or- perhaps something like:
import java.util.*;
import java.util.LinkedList;In the case of the former, that is perfectly legal and possible. In the case of the latter, it is possible, but absurd. Perhaps neither of these were what you were talking about. If not, let me know more precisely what you mean and we'll see about it.
