Access Error Using Webservice In Weblogic 7
Hi,
I am getting the following error in Weblogic 7 sp1 when I call a client, which
invokes
a web service application (A). The application will then connect through the t3
protocol to call another application (B) returning some data.

I have set the necessary user credentials when I create the Initial context

Hashtable ht = new Hashtable();

ht.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL,SOME_URL);
ht.put(Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL,"system");
ht.put(Context.SECURITY_CREDENTIALS,"weblogic1234");
Hope someone could shed some light on this.
Thanks a lot.

Error Using Sequence in Weblogic
I tried to use Sequence object in weblogic to generate auto-imcremental integers
for my db insert keys. I first create a mydbsequece in oracle database. Then,
I built a class in which I obtain a dataSource using jndi to look for my dataSource.
And then use the ds to getConnection. After I had the connection, I do the following:
Sequence sequence = new Sequence(con, "mydbsequence");
int i = sequence.nextValue();
When I call sequence.nextValue() method, I got the following error message: NullPointerException
at Weblogic.jdbc.rmi.SerialConnection.createStatement(SerialConnection.java:65).
Does anyone know what causes this error? and How do I fix it? Please advise me
on this. Thank you very much.

QinSequence is a non-standard JDBC object. It is an Oracle-specific class, which presumably
takes a standard java.sql.Connection in it's constructor. Oracle has repeatedly created
such new classes with methods claiming to take java.sql.* arguments, but in fact they
require an Oracle-specific class. In this case, however, we might succeed anyway if
we dig some. Can you show me the entire stacktrace of the exception?
Please take the attached jar file, and put it in front of all the weblogic stuff
in the server's classpath, and repeat the problem and show me the new exception.
From the line, I am assuming you're on the 6.1 version of WebLogic. If not, forget the
jar, and let me know.
Joe

There are 2 WebLogic 7.0 on UNIX and Windows machines.
I have simple WebService with single method:
public String getMsg() { return "..."; }
If returned string consists only English characters, all work.
But if there is Russian character in returned string, WebService can't return
this string,
i.e. when WebServise builds XML, it generates error.Hello,
This flag is also valid for 7.x
Try it and see if it resolves your issue.

Parameters you said use only WebLogic 8.

Hi Experts,
I'm getting a weird error when I am using SoapUI. It is saying readTimeOut error. But when I am checking in RWB Message Monitoring, it is saying that the message is successfully delivered (both request and response). I was however, unable to retrieve the response message. The previous threads in SDN regarding readTimeOut says that the request/response failed. In my case, both are successful.Any ideas?
Regards,Hi Mark,
Try the cache refresh with the link:

- In Integration Repository/Directory go to menu Environment -> Clear SLD Data Cache
- In R/3 go to transaction SXI_CACHE -> menu XI Runtime Cache -> Start Complete Cache Refresh

Error using Webservices through ESB
Hi Folks...
I have deployed web services on some machine and Now I am tryting to contact those web services from from UI through ESB.
When I create UI and run the app, Iam getting this error.. Please let me know whats the problem.
I know Oracle ESB very new and I request the Oracle Gurus of ESB to help me...
The error I am getting is

Regards,
SreeI am pointing to Spring XFire WS application endpoint ... it works fine when invoked from application but same service when called from ESB gives me the following error:

Can any body look into this issue -
There are two possible reasons:
- bug in dbx,
- peculiarity of run-time memory checking on x86 platform.
If you're curious, you can read more on this subject in this thread:
http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5188256&messageID=9735867#9735867
Meanwhile, I'll try to investigate whether we have a bug here or not.Dbx should track lmalloc/lfree on x86, but apparently there are still unresolved issues and as far as I know, they are being worked on.

'Data Access Error' while trying to delete period using Table Editor in FDM
Hi,
I'm trying to delete a period that has been entered wrongly using Tools->Table Editor option.
But when I try to 'Update Grid' after deleting the Period,I get 'Data Access Error'.
Could any one let me know how to solve the error.
Thanks in advanceHi Kelly,
There is no data that is entered in that period.The data will be entered for that period next month.
POV is also not set to that period,but still the problem persists.
Thanks -

Getting error: E_ADEPT_DISTRIBUTOR_AUTH while access ACS4 using java
Hello Everyone,
Thanks for ur time. I am new to ACS4.
I am trying to access ACS4 using java code and view the response for ALL ITEMS.
Below is the code that i created using UploadTest reference.
String targetURL_viewAllItems = "http://xxx.xxxxxxx.com:8080/admin/ManageResourceItem";
String nonce = Base64.encodeBytes(makeNonce());
byte[] hmacKeyBytesSHA1 = TestXMLUtils.SHA1(PASSWORD);
String hmacKey = TestXMLUtils.hmac(hmacKeyBytesSHA1);
String output_viewAllItems = "<request action='get' auth='builtin' xmlns='http://ns.adobe.com/adept'><nonce>"+nonce+"</nonce><expiration>2011-08-17T09:43:34-00:00</expiration><hmac>"+hmacKe y+"</hmac></request>";
System.out.println(output_viewAllItems);
sendContent(output_viewAllItems, createConnection(targetURL_viewAllItems));
But after executing this code from my desktop, i am getting the below error response:
<error xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/adept" data="E_ADEPT_DISTRIBUTOR_AUTH http://xxx.xxxxxxx.com:8080/admin/ManageResourceItem urn:uuid:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001"/>
Please help me to figure out the error.
Thanks

Shut down and restarted computer, "browser error" still pops up when trying to access documents using Google doc's.
Holding shift key and clicking refresh does not clear window.
What else can be done to clear the window and gain access to my documents?Hi,
Found a note explaining the significance of these errors.
It says:
"NZE-28862: SSL connection failed
Cause: This error occurred because the peer closed the connection.
Action: Enable Oracle Net tracing on both sides and examine the trace output. Contact Oracle Customer support with the trace output."
For further details you may refer the Note: 244527.1 - Explanation of "SSL call to NZ function nzos_Handshake failed" error codes
Thanks & Regards,
